Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Customer Orientation, Competitor Orientation, and Marketing Strategy on the Marketing Performance of Coffee Shop & Coworking Space in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 40 respondents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of the instrument test state that the data in this study are proven to be valid and reliable. The classical assumption test states that the data in this study are normally distributed and produce a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The findings of the results of this study prove that: (1) Customer Orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of Coffee Shop & Coworking Space in Yogyakarta, (2) Competitor Orientation has no effect on the marketing performance of Coffee Shop & Coworking Space in Yogyakarta, (3) Marketing strategy has no effect on the marketing performance of Coffee Shop & Coworking Space in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, teamwork, work-life balance on employee engagement at PJK3 in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research sampel was 46 respondents using the non probability sampling technique. Questionnaire instruments int the form of questionnaires were distributed through direct face-to-face with respondents. Data analysis tools using multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that : (1) Organizational culture no significant effect on employee engagement in PJK3 Yogyakarta Special Region. (2) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PJK3 Yogyakarta Special Region. (3) Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PJK3 Yogyakarta Special Region

Abstract

Trini Karya is one of the driving forces for the family economy in the Trini hamlet whose existence must be supported by intellectuals so that its business continues to develop and grow. Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta is one of the campuses that has contributed tothe development of Trini Karya through service programs. This service aims to be able to help describe the problems that occur in the Trini Karya Business Unit, where one of the problems that arise is problems in the field of financial reporting. In the Trini Karya business unit, the problems are unstructured financial reporting, knowledge of financial reports and the ability of Trini Karya members to perform digital financial reports. Based on these problems, several things that can be a solution are to disseminate information about making financial reports simpler so that Trini Karya members can easily understand how to make financial reports. In addition, Trini Karya members or management are also given socialization regarding the use of digital financial reports, the goal is to use digital financial reports, which are expected to be able to make financial reports easier and more structured. After that, members and administrators are given training on the practice of making financial reports and making financial reports digitally using software that can be accessed by members or administrators of Trini Karya. After that, assistance was provided to the Trini Karya management in relation to digital financial reporting. The expected output target of this program is, it is hoped that Trini Karya will be able to make digital financial reports more accurately, structured and well-scheduled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how market orientation, marketing capability, and promotion affect Yogyakarta's flower shop MSMEs' marketing performance. In this study, 45 responders made up the sample. A questionnaire is utilized as the study instrument in this non-probability sampling strategy. The study's findings demonstrate that: (1) Market orientation has no discernible impact on marketing performance. (2) Marketing Performance is positively and significantly impacted by Marketing Capability. (3) The Marketing Performance is not much impacted by promotion. (4) The marketing performance of Yogyakarta's flower shop MSMEs is significantly impacted by market orientation, marketing capability, and stimulant promotion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how price, product quality, and service quality affect a coffee shop's ability to compete in Cirebon City. Using questionnaires and the non-probability sampling approach, 40 respondents made up the study's sample. According to the Instrument Test findings, the study's data turned out to be accurate and genuine. The data in this study were shown to be normally distributed using the Classical Assumption Test, which also yielded a regression model devoid of heterokedasticity and multicollinearity. The study's findings demonstrate that: (1) Cirebon City's coffee shops' competitive advantage is not significantly impacted by service quality. (2) The Cirebon City Coffee Shop's Competitive Advantage is positively and significantly impacted by the quality of Prodik. (3) Cirebon City's Coffee Shop is not greatly impacted by price.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture, locus of control, organizational citizenship behavior, and employee performance. The research design employed quantitative method using explanatory research approach. The sample comprised the entire population, totaling 170 participants. Data was collected through questionnaire surveys. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0, involving three stages: outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The conclusion drawn from this study is that organizational culture, locus of control, and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of competitive advantage, marketing inovation and product inovation on the marketing performance of coffee shop in Yogyakarta. The population in this study is coffee shop business actors who have been running their business for at least the last 3 years. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample 100 coffee shops in Yogygakarta. The results of this research analyze show that: (1) Competitive advantage has a potitive and significant effect on marketing performance, (2) Marketing innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, (3) Product inovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Customer Engagement, Service Quality and Brand Trust on the Brand Loyalty of the Jambuluwuk Malioboro Hotel. The research sample was 290 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that customer involvement, service quality, brand trust have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Customer involvement is the most dominant variable influencing brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, compensation and organizational competence on STIKES Surya Global employee retention. The sample in this study was 45 respondents. The data collection technique used is a survey method with the research instrument used is a questionnaire. The instrument test results stated that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable. The classical assumption test states that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of the multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination show that partially: (1) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on STIKES Surya Global employee retention, (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. STIKES Surya Global employee retention, (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on STIKES Surya Global employee retention.

Abstract

Savings and Loans Cooperatives or in Indonesian called “Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP)” are business entities whose management requires work regulations and good administrative arrangements so that they can run well. The purpose of this program is to improve the work skills of administrative staff at KSP Mitra Mandiri Abadi and increase employee awareness in complying with the work regulations. The method used is the transfer of knowledge and technology through work practices and socialisation activities. The result of the activity is the frequency of employee attendance running efficiently and regularly and improving the quality of discipline in the management of KSP Mitra Mandiri Abadi.
