Abstract

The research analysis aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of going-concern audit opinions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The sample size for this study was 19 companies. Primary data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The results showed that profitability had a significance value of 0.032 <0.05, or less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the relationship between profitability and going-concern audit opinions, or the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Solvency had a significance value of 0.027 <0.05, or less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the relationship between solvency and going-concern audit opinions, or the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. Liquidity had a significance value of 0.225 >0.05, or greater than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the relationship between liquidity and going-concern audit opinions does not affect the going-concern audit opinion, or the third hypothesis (H3) is rejected. The significant value of the profitability test in the simultaneous test means that the profitability value is 0.026 < 0.05. Profitability, solvency, and liquidity influence the going-concern audit opinion, or the first hypothesis (H4) is accepted.

The t-count value is 0.859 <1.99 (t-table) and sig 0.393 > 0.05, so H2 is rejected and H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that return on assets does not have a partial significant effect on the price of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The t-count value is 3.032 > 1.99 (t-table) and sig 0.003 < 0.05, so H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that the debt to equity ratio has a partial significant effect on the price of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The calculated F-value of 4.841 is greater than the F-table value of 2.71, with a significance level of 0.000, which is much lower than 0.05. Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how solvency ratios, liquidity, and company size influence the financial performance of BEI construction from 2020 to 2024. Return on Assets (ROA) is used as the dependent variable to measure financial performance, while Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Cash Ratio (CR), and the natural logarithm of total assets (Ln Total Assets) are used to measure solvency, liquidity, and company size. This research uses a quantitative methodology that uses a multiple linear regression analysis approach. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample, which included 80 observations from a total of 16 companies over a 5-year period. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that while firm size has a substantial impact on financial performance, the solvency and liquidity variables have no significant impact on financial performance. At the same time, financial performance is significantly impacted by solvency, liquidity, and company size. It is hoped that these findings will contribute to the body of knowledge in the field of corporate finance and provide investors and company management something to think about when making financial decisions.
