Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada sekolah Permata Madani Islamic School di kabupaten Bogor.Metode. Dalam penelitian ini berjenis asosiatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantatif deskriptif. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 respondenHasil. Penlitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Kompetensi dan Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dipertama madani Islamic School.Implikasi. Dalam meningkat Kinerja guru madani Islamic School diperlukanya trening berjejang dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta sekaligus dapat meningkat motivasi guru dalam memaksimal menyelesaikan tanggung jawab sebagai guru.

Abstract

Jual beli adalah transaksi antara satu orang dengan orang lain yang berupa tukarmenukar suatu barang dengan barang yang lain berdasarkan tata cara atau akad tertentu Dengan syarat objek jual beli barang tersebut memiliki spesifikasi yang jelas. Sedangkan jual beli online sendiri merupakan transaksi pertukaran barang yang dilakukan melalui media elektronik dengan menggunakan bantuan koneksi internet atau secara online Pada sistem dropshipping ini proses pemasaran bisa dilakukan secara onlinemaupun offline, tetapibiasanya cara online lebih efektif bagi sebagian besar orang. Dropshipping sekilas mirip dengan bai’ as-salam, bai’ assalam merupakan akad pesanan atau jual beli pesanan dengan pembayaran didepan atau terlebih dahulu dan barangnnya diserahkan kemudian hari. Tetapi ciri-ciri barang tersebut haruslah jelas penyifatannya serta jelas kuantitas, kualitas dan waktu penyerahannya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu penelitian yang data dan informasinya diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait dan observasi pengamatan secara langsung Transaksi dropshipping yang sekarang telah menjamur di masyarakat diperbolehkan selama pelaku mengerti tata cara dalam bertransaksi, karena dalam sistem tersebut rawan dan mengarah pada batalnya suatu akad, yaitu menjual barang yang bukan miliknya, juala beli pada aplikasi Shopee ataupun tokopedia sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) Nomor: 05/DSN- MUI/IV/2000 terkait jual beli pesanan atau salam baik dari segi akad tanggung jawab dan proses lainya sebagai syarat ataupun rukun yang telah ditetntukan dalam jual beli sudah terpenuhi.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the creative industry in Indonesia requires the development of human resources capable of producing innovative and economically valuable products. This community service activity (PKM) was conducted to strengthen the skills and knowledge of the local community in managing waste into creative products. The main objective of this PKM was to empower the members of the Cicalengka Village waste bank to enhance their creativity, entrepreneurial mindset, and economic independence through sustainable waste management practices. The activity took place on November 2, 2025, involving 8 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators and 49 community participants. The implementation method included material presentation, hands-on practice, group discussion, and question-and-answer sessions. The program was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’ understanding of creative product design, marketing strategies, and the economic potential of recycled materials. Participants also demonstrated improved skills in processing waste into marketable products, indicating a positive impact on local creative industry development.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in achieving organizational goals, particularly in public sector institutions that demand effective and efficient public services. Motivation and work discipline are considered essential aspects that can influence employee performance improvement. However, several organizational problems such as low work motivation, lack of discipline, absenteeism, and work delays may negatively affect employee productivity and organizational effectiveness. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Pagedangan District Office, Tangerang. This study employed a quantitative research approach using a survey method. The respondents consisted of 90 employees selected using a census sampling technique. The research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The collected data were processed using SPSS version 27 and analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline significantly affect employee performance and contribute substantially to improving work effectiveness and organizational productivity. These findings demonstrate that strengthening employee motivation and maintaining work discipline are important strategies for improving employee performance in public organizations.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) literacy plays a crucial role in strengthening the capacity of youth organizations to manage their human resources effectively and sustainably. This community service program aims to enhance HRM literacy among members of the Gerakan Pemuda Ansor in Pagedangan District so they can improve organizational performance. The method of implementation was carried out at Balai Desa Cicalengka Pagedangan Tangerang Regency on May 19 2026 involving three lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and 32 participants. The activity was conducted through material presentation practical sessions discussion and question-and-answer sessions following preparation implementation and reporting stages. The results showed increased understanding of HRM concepts improved awareness of effective human resource management and stronger commitment to organizational development among participants. It also indicated that continuous training and mentoring are necessary to support sustainable human resource development within youth organizations and to strengthen leadership capacity and teamwork skills in managing community programs effectively. Recommendations include collaboration between universities and community organizations to expand HRM literacy programs and encourage practical implementation in daily organizational activities for long-term impact on youth empowerment and institutional sustainability in local communities. This program contributes significantly to strengthening community based organizational management capacity in Indonesia in sustainable development efforts.
