Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik yang selanjutnyadisebut UU KIP, menjamin hak warga negara untuk dapat mengakses informasi yang dikuasai olehbadan pubik. Warga negara berhak memperoleh informasi publik untuk berperan aktif dalam prosespenyelenggaraan negara, yaitu dalam pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan keterlibatan dalam prosespengambilan keputusan yang berdampak bagi kepentingan publik. Sesuai dengan UU KIP, warganegara berhak memperoleh data dan informasi yang tersedia setiap saat, diumumkan berkala daninformasi yang bersifat serta merta yang dimiliki oleh badan publik. Untuk dapat memberikan layananinformasi publik yang optimal, penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) merupkansuatu hal yang mutlak. Sejalan dengan itu, UU KIP mewajibkan setiap badan publik membangundan mengembangkan sistem informasi dan dokumentasi untuk mengelola informasi publik secarabaik dan efisien sehingga dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh masyarakat. Pemanfaatan TIKdiharapkan memberikan nilai tambah dalam memberikan layanan informasi kepada masyarakat,yaitu dapat mempercepat pelayanan, mempermudah proses layanan dan meningkatakantransparansi dan akuntabilitas. Dalam perkembangannya, teknologi memunculkan berbagai inovasibaru, salah satunya adalah cloud computing, yaitu teknologi yang dapat menawarkan virtualisasidalam pengelolaan sumberdaya komputasi. Cloud computing dapat dimanfaatkan dalam aspekpendokumentasian dan pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat melalui jaringan internet. Penelitianini melakukan kajian terhadap peluang pemanfaatan teknologi cloud computing dalam pengelolaaninformasi dan dokumentasi di badan publik pemerintah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan studi literaturdan telaah pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Hasil dari makalah iniberupa poin-poin solusi yang ditawarkan teknologi cloud computing untuk mendukung pengelolaaninformasi dan penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat oleh badan publik pemerintah diIndonesia.

Abstract

Rate-gyroscope sensor is used in the IMU to measure the rotation angle in three axes. The output of rate-gyroscope sensor is a voltage which is the angular rate, so to obtain the angle used once an integral process. The integral result of rate-gyroscope sensor depend on sampling time or the cycle time of program to get the datum, so the integral calculation depends on the processor speed of microcontroller (computer). Using of the different sampling time will affect the integral result or in other words we can say that for the same program, if we apply it to a different microcontroller, we will obtain the different calculation. This paper presents the calibration method for determining the calibration factor on the rate-gyroscope sensor, so we will get the actual angle value. The rate-gyroscope sensors on different axes have different characteristics, so each sensor needs to be calibrated. In the experiment results, the calibration factors in three axes are different in both for the clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. Key words: Calibration, Rate-gyroscope, IMU

Abstract

As one of the backbones of the economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aim to grow and develop their businesses in order to build a national economy based on just economic democracy. In various countries, MSMEs play an important role in job creation, productivity and economic growth. For the sake of sustainability and competitive advantage in MSMEs in this industrial era 4.0, digital transformation needs to be implemented. This paper aims to study the ongoing digital transformation of MSMEs in order to gain a richer understanding of the drivers, processes and challenges of digital transformation. There are 40 recent studies on digital transformation in MSMEs from 2016 to 2020 in the form of systematic literature reviews. The results of the study conducted were that MSMEs had different factors, processes and challenges according to the characteristics of each SMEs. The results of the research are practically an informative indicator for policy makers, information service providers, researchers and SMEs to evaluate the elements of digital transformation that have been running on MSMEs. Keywords: Digital Transformation, SMEs, MSMEs

Abstract

BLDC motors were operated in many industrial environments, especially flammable industry. Besides, it possessed higher efficiency than induction motors, and smaller dimensions than a conventional direct current motors. Moreover, the absence of brush allowed its treatment became easy and showed almost no noise.Fuzzy logic was used as one of the motor speed controlling methods. The design of fuzzy controllers was done by simulating the output speed based on fuzzy controlling reference in order to obtain optimal control results. Several types of defuzzification used were COA / centroid, bisector, MOM, LOM, and SOM. Transient and calculation methods were used to analyze the ISE design optimization of control. The result showed that defuzzification method was able to follow the speed setting that was provided by COA method.The testing on changes of the speed setting from 1000 rpm to 2000 rpm showed the response characteristics of conventional PID control system with an average value of the rise time (tr) 0.29 second, steady time (ts) 0.9 second, overshoot 8.63%, and the percentage of ISE 98.19%. While results generated on fuzzy control system were average value of rise time (tr) 0.25 second, steady time (ts) 0.27 second, overshoot 0.15% and the percentage of ISE 99.36%. The fuzzy control system which was implemented to set the BLDC motor could improve the performance of conventional PID.

Abstract

Wheeling is a solution to the complexity of transmission network constructing problem. With the wheeling concept, a power plant owner can deliver electricity to its load without having to construct a transmission network. The owner of the power plant can utilize the transmission network belonging to other entities. The wheeling concept is an interesting thing in terms of increasing current renewable energy penetration. This is due to the construction of the transmission network, which is one of the obstacles in increasing renewable energy penetration. Fairness of wheeling costs is still one important topic. The discussion regarding wheeling costs emphasizes that the costs charged to each party involved can meet the fairness principle, which is in accordance with their respective contributions to the implementation of wheeling. Broadly speaking, research related to wheeling can be grouped into research for developing wheeling cost calculation methods and research for developing wheeling cost allocation methods. The development of the wheeling cost calculation method also includes the development of cost components that can be included in the cost calculation. This study summarizes the discussion of wheeling costs on three aspects, namely calculation methods, cost components, and cost allocation mechanisms.

Abstract

Indonesia as a big country is facing electricity demand increase as the economy is intensively growing. Along with the economy growth, the electricity demand is also increasing. This should be balanced with the growth of power plants installed, but power plants can not be built in a short time. This growth may affect the stability. Stability is one of main problems of power system. Power system can be represented by simplifying it into Single Machine Infinite Bus (SMIB). Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) is one of the solutions to enlarge the capacity by compensating the reactive load. By installing the FACTS, the dynamic characteristic of power system also changes. The result shows that system has better dynamic response with FACTS than without FACTS. A proper control is subsequently needed for tackling those phenomenons, e.g. using PID-POD controller. In this type of controller, the PID constant is needed to be determined. Flower Pollination Algorithm (FPA) is then employed for solving such problem. As the newest metaheuristic method, FPA has shown better characteristic than other methods. The results show that FPA can be used as a method to find the optimal PID controller constant in a simple power sytem, such as SMIB.

Abstract

The main problem of the implementation of Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) is due to its location away from the consumer. One solution to these problems is the implementation of the Pemanfaatan Bersama Jaringan Distribusi (PBJD). This study aims to analyze the economic aspects of the use of PBJD in the application of the RPS, the determination of the transmission cost. The cost allocation methods used in this paper are MVA-KM method and Unused Transmission Capacity method with Absolute, Reverse and Dominant approach.

Abstract

This paper presents a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method to solve Optimal Power Flow (OPF) problem. The proposed PSO method is used to minimize power losses in transmission line with involves two stages optimization, namely the minimization of power generation and followed by the minimization of reactive power or Optimal Reactive Power Dispatch (ORPD) in the optimization process. Then, this approach is applied to the 500 kV Java-Bali electrical power system during peak loads. Simulation results on the 500 kV Java-Bali electrical power system showed that, the proposed method is able to reduce power losses in transmission lines and also production costs amounted to 23.37 MW or 17.85% and amounted to RP 631.61 million per hour or 9.63%, respectively, compared with PT. PLN (Persero) operational data.

Abstract

This paper presents an effective design and coordination of controllers in power system equipped with UPFC. Each controller produce different supplementary signals, the power system stabilizer PSS signal for machine and the power oscillation damping POD signal for UPFC. A single stage lead-lag compensator scheme was considered in the PSS and POD structure. A new computational approach was proposed using PSO algorithm to determine simultaneously the parameter controllers for both PSS and POD. Pole assignment technique was proposed in controller parameter design, the dominant pole should be assigned to locate close to threshold – 0.1. The controller performances were investigated by using 0.2 pu additional load to power system. The simulation results show that both PSS and UPFC POD controller simultaneously present a positive interaction. PSS and POD could enhance dynamic responses performance. The dominant eigenvalues shift and approach their real part threshold. The controllers could give a better rotor angle response, only 4.5 s settling time and the first swing overshoot reduced to 23.38%.

Abstract

Scenario analysis of electricity supply to meet the demand of electricity is done by the support of LEAP software. Developed LEAP model used the base year of 2010 and the end year of 2050. In the model, scenario consisted of demand and supply side scenarios. In the demand side, designed scenario consisted of the reference and the conservation scenario. The reference scenario used to describe the demand of electricity without any introduction of conservation strategy. While in the conservation scenario, the strategy of energy conservation was integrated in the model. In the supply side, designed scenario consisted of the reference, the optimized, and the reduction of CO2 emission scenario. The reduction of CO2 emission scenario consisted of the implementation of nuclear power plant and renewable energy power plant. The result of the simulation showed that by the implementation of energy conservation strategy the demand of electricity in JAMALI system can be reduced by 20% compare to the reference scenario. The implementation of nuclear power plant can be used to reduce the CO2 emission with the growth of 3.26% per year. In the other hand, the implementation of renewable energy will reduce the CO2 emission with the growth of 3.14% per year.
