Abstract

The exhibition that has been followed by the SMEs in East Java is currently profitable and hurt. The advantage of the exhibition is the SMEs helped to introduce the product, but still less profitable for the SMEs because not all the exhibits crowded by consumers, so it is not optimal in the sale of products. It is influenced by several things such as location selection, less weighted exhibit themes and many other things that can affect. This research aims to determine the attributes of consumers ' desire to increase product sales along with a prioritized technical function variable to be repaired through the integration of the Kano method and the Quality Function Deployment. From the calculations obtained category Must be 5 attributes, One Dimensional 3 attribute, attractive 5 attributes and Indeffrent 2 attributes. Where is the value of Adjustment Importance (%) of the highest value is as follows: promotion and publication of exhibitions by Event Organizer is more driven/active in digital media as well as newspapers to attract 11.77% of visitors, selection of the right area according to the products offered and local community shots 11.38%, decoration exhibition stand more impressive 11.18%, and security and cleanliness during maintenance maximum 11.08%.

Abstract

PT. Sekar Lima Pratama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang tekstil yang memiliki unit usaha finishing kain katun. Dalam identifikasi yang dilakukan perusahaan masih menghasilkan waste dan belum menjalankan proses yang ramah lingkungan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk mengidentifikasi waste pada proses finishing kain tenun guna menjadikan proses yang ramah lingkungan dengan pertimbangan tingkat eco  efficiency dan eco cost guna menentukan proses usulan yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini meliputi langkah-langkah antara lain dengan menganalisa value stream mapping untuk mengetahui kegiatan yang memiliki value added dan yang berkategori NVA. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran dampak lingkungan dengan LCA (Life Cycle Analyisis) serta selanjutnya memberikan usulan memberikan usulan proses dengan pendekatan 6R (reuse, reduce, recycle, remanufacturing, recovery dan redesign) pada proses finishing kain katun diperoleh waste yaitu in appropriate processing, defect dan waiting time. Dari hasil pengukuran Life Cycle Assessment diperoleh hasil untuk proses sebesar 248,76 pt, untuk Life Cycle Impact Assessment Damage Category Human Health sebesar 4,8813 DAILY, Damage Category Ecosystem Quality sebesar 310,000 PDF*m2yr dan untuk Damage Category Resources 1615,646 MJ surplus. Biaya eco cost sebesar Rp 608.425.018,2. Usulan proses ramah lingkungan dengan menaikkan level green manufacturing menjadi recycling dan reuse

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur barang – barang terkait derek di Indonesia. Perusahaan yang bermarkas di Jerman ini memproduksi berbagai macam cranes, salah satu yang paling populer adalah derek industri. Perusahaan menyediakan derek berdasarkan permintaan (MTO) atau berdasarkan pesanan atau pesanan untuk semua jenis cranes. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pihak perusahaan adalah banyaknya aktivitas yang terbuang pada proses pembuatan cranes dari girder pada proses boxing, hal ini mengakibatkan perusahaan tidak mencapai standar produktivitas yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan.Untuk mempelajari frekuensi aktivitas pemborosan pada proses pembuatan boxing girder digunakan lean approach pada manufaktur, pendekatan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi pemborosan sekaligus memberikan sarana perbaikan berkelanjutan yang akan berujung pada efisiensi dalam proses. Dalam proses penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan Lean Manufacturing untuk menganalisis keberadaan waste dengan menggunakan metode Waste Assessment Model (WAM), ditentukan jenis waste yang dominan pada proses pembuatan boxing girder dengan menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM), dan nilai proses dinilai menggunakan Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT). Penyebab dan akibat dari proses tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode lima alasan dengan diagram sebab akibat sebagai usulan perbaikan pada proses pembuatan box girder.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga kategori pemborosan terbesar adalah pemborosan pesanan berlebih (22,2%), pemborosan inventaris (17%), dan pemborosan pergerakan yang tidak perlu (15,2%). Saran perbaikan diberikan untuk mengetahui penyebab utama permasalahan dengan penjelasan lebih detail menggunakan kombinasi metode diagram sebab akibat dan analisis lima alasan. Setelah usulan perbaikan diterapkan, proses pembuatan boxing girder mengurangi waktu sebanyak 12,4 jam. Kata Kunci : Boxing, Cranes, Girders, Lean, Waste

Abstract

Industrial development in Gresik Regency is increasing along with industrial B3 waste generation. This study aims to obtain a model for measuring the criticality value, management, and depreciation of the impact of B3 Waste and ranking the company's environmental performance. This research is descriptive qualitative with EPI, LCA and PROPER methods. To determine the level of criticality of B3 waste, initial identification is carried out with criteria, namely the extent of impact, seriousness of impact, probability of impact, exposure time, laws and regulations, control methods and community image of the company, after that in the technical evaluation of B3 waste treatment by conducting FGD, the average weight score is still below 5 so that it can be assumed that the category of impact on the environment and society is further carried out design and determination of measurement indicators with EPI and EPI Validation with quantitative KEPI, with questionnaires 3 company management who have more than 5 years of experience in the field of Health, Safety, Environment then processed with LCA with the results of data processing in the SimaPro 7.0 program with the Eco-Indicator 99 method which measures 11 impact categories obtained the volume of liquid waste increased twice. The results of EPI weighting are included in LCA with 3 impacts, namely carcinogens, respiratory inorganic and climate change obtained the results of environmental performance assessments that do not meet the proposed improvements to red EPI after that B3, EPI, LCA waste management strategies and PROPER assessments are carried out with SWOT PROPER rack matrix analysts. Keywords: b3, waste, epi, lca , proper
