The challenge during this pandemic is for universities to carry out entrance exam selection while still implementing health protocols set by the government. The public's fear of Covid 19 makes parents of prospective students reluctant to give permission for prospective students to come directly to universities to take admission tests carried out by universities. With the development of technology and communication, it is now possible to take a new student acceptance test without having to come to the destination college. By utilizing web application technology, prospective students will be able to carry out written exams and interviews in one web application via the internet. So that the health protocol can still be implemented by universities without limiting the number of participants who will take the test. The research method used is the waterfall method starting from analysis, design, coding and testing. This new student admission test information system was built using the PHP programming language. The result of this research is a new student entrance examination information system that makes it easier for universities to carry out online admission tests.

Dhyana Pura University (Undhira) is one of the universities that accepts KIP students. Based on an interview with the Head of Student Affairs Undhira, the requirements to be accepted as a student with KIP pathway must meet several requirements. With data collection that is still manual, of course, it makes the selection process of KIP recipients who should be more appropriate to receive KIP do not receive cards due to errors in analyzing data. Based on these problems, the researcher proposes a Decision Support System in determining the recipients of the Smart Indonesia Card in order to facilitate the student affairs department to provide decision support in determining the receipt of KIP Lectures. The AHP method was chosen in the research of the KIP Lecture decision support system. The AHP method process is carried out by knowing the best alternative from many elements of choice using pair wise comparison with the involvement of several objectives and criteria. Decision making becomes complex because of the involvement of several objectives and criteria. The college KIP decision support system will be built web-based.

AbstrakPerkembangan berbagai teknologi membuat kemudahan di bidang kesehatan, salah satunya adalah pendaftaran langsung dan tidak langsung yang bertujuan untuk mengidenitifikasi pada penumpukan pasien akibat lamanya waktu pendaftaran.Dalam pelaksanaan sistem lewat whatsapp ini menambah beban kerja petugas, Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis Sistem Pendaftaran Online Pasien Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit Tk. II Udayana Denpasar. Metode analisis pengembangan sistem yang digunakan System Developempent Life Cycle (SLDC). Hasil pengujian Usability memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 80,66% atau dapat diklasifikasikan “Baik”. Hasil Uji Independet t-test diketahui signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya Efetivitas Penggunaan Sistem Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit Tingkat II Udayana Denpasar. Kesimpulan dari penilitian ini adalah menunjukkan adanya efektivikas penggunaan sistem pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan terhadap waktu pendaftaran online di Rumah Sakit Tingkat II Udayana dengan menggunakan uji independent t test yang menghasilkan angka signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.AbstractThe development of various technologies makes it easy in the health sector, one of which is direct and indirect registration which aims to identify the accumulation of patients due to the length of registration time. Although at the Hospital Udayana Level II Denpasar, patient registration is applied via WhatsApp. However, implementing the system via WhatsApp, adds to the workload of the officer, namely the officer re-writes the patient registration book. Therefore, this study aims to design and analyze the Online Registration System for Outpatients at Udayana Hospital Level II Denpasar. The research design used was the Pre Experimental Design research method. The system development analysis method used was the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC). Usability test results obtained a percentage value of 80.66% which can be classified as "Good". The results of the independent t-test are known to be significant at 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is effectiveness in the use of the Outpatient Registration System at the Udayana Hospital Level II Denpasar. The conclusion of this study was that it showed the effectiveness of using an outpatient online registration system on online registration time at Udayana Hospital Level II by using an independent t-test which produces a significant number of 0.000 <0.05.

AbstrakPerkembangan sistem informasi dan komunikasi di era saat ini memberikan pengaruh besar pada penerapan sistem informasi dan komunikasi di berbagai bidang, salah satunya sistem rekam medis rumah sakit. Peneliti menemukan sistem rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Buleleng masih menggunakan metode manual. Waktu penyediaan rekam medis pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng masih mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian maka dibuat sistem rekam medis elektronik berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre experimental design pre test post test dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji usability sebesar 83.6% atau dapat diklarifikasikan sangat baik. Hasil analisis uji bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxondengan nilai sebesar 0.00 < 0.05. To answer the research questions, a web-based electronic medical record system was created. This study uses a pre experimental research design pre test post test with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the usability test value is 83.6% or can be classified as very good. The results of the bivariate test analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a value of 0.00 < 0.05. The conclusion in this study is the effectiveness of the use of a web-based outpatient electronic medical record system on the time of providing medical records at the Buleleng Regency General Hospital.

Dinata Koi Farm is a Koi fish cultivation business that has been started since 2018. The Koi fish cultivation business is carried out starting from breeding, sorting, growing and marketing Koi fish. The demand for Koi fish orders by customers is not proportional to the amount of production produced. The problem is that many fish die due to poor water quality, thereby reducing the number of Koi fish produced for market. Koi fish are very sensitive to increases in temperature and pH levels of pond water. Dinata Koi Farm has a problem, namely that it cannot continuously monitor the temperature and pH levels of the water, so sometimes handling the pond water quality becomes slow and the Koi fish die. Based on the problems faced by partners, the service team helped develop smart fish farming technology that can monitor Koi pond water quality in real time and automatically handle it if there is an increase in the temperature and pH levels of the pond water. . The approach methods that will be used in this activity include individual approaches and training. The components evaluated in this activity are the application of smart fish farm technology and increasing partners' knowledge in the use of information technology, especially smart fish farms.

In the current digital era, gadget use has become an inseparable part of everyday life, including among children. However, excessive use of gadgets can have a significant impact on children's health. This service activity aims to provide education regarding the negative impact of gadget use on children's health. Excessive use of gadgets can cause mental health and physical health problems, including disturbances in body posture and vision problems due to exposure to blue light which can affect their growth and development. Results The pre-test carried out before the educational activity resulted in only 27.5% understanding the impact of using gadgets on health, while the test carried out after the education resulted in 77.5% understanding the impact of gadgets on health. This shows an increase in understanding of 50% after it was carried out. education regarding the impact of gadget use on children's health.

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Maju Mapan Jaya is one of the cooperatives engaged in savings and loans. In an effort to provide maximum service to customers, KSP Maju Mapan Jaya has collectors who are tasked with collecting credit installments and taking customer savings deposits directly to the customer's location for the convenience and security of customer funds.Transaction recording is still done manually by cooperative collectors by recording in the savings ledger or loan ledger and then submitting it to the cooperative office. Partners expect assistance in the application of information technology, especially the digitization of collector transaction data to minimize obstacles in the field. The purpose of this community service activity is to help partners provide assistance and implement a digital-based collector transaction data information system.

Medical records for outpatients at Udayana Level II Hospital are still being carried out manually which affects the provision of medical record time. Based on the results of observations made during the provision of outpatient medical records, that is an average of 18 minutes. This is not in accordance with the minimum service standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 129 of 2008 with a set standard of 10 minutes.The research design was a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The system development analysis method applied is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance.The results of the study used usability testing on this electronic medical record system and met the usability standard of 88% or can be classified as "very good". The Mann-Whitney test results get a Significance Asym value of 0.000. The significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates the influence of the use of electronic medical records on the provision of outpatient medical records at Udayana Level II Hospital in Denpasar with an average time of providing outpatient medical records is 25 seconds.
