Abstract

Sports activity today is very significant growth. The spirit to welcome the 2018 Asian Games, which was originally held in Jakarta and Palembang, made the West Bangka district government plan to build a Sport Center as a medium to foster youth activities and especially in sports. The selected location is in Air Belo Village, Muntok District, West Bangka Regency with 13 hectares area.The research of planning of Masterplan Sport Center by using Topographical Mapping Method Based on Geographic Information System (GIS) with initial coordinate reference using GPS Handheld is expected to produce accurate design that can meet the needs of sports facilities and tourism sector in West Bangka Regency.The result of the Topography Teristris measurement in the form of Contour Map integrated with Rambut Bumi Indonesia (RBI) resulted in the location oriented Thematic map. For position correction using Google Earth, the result must meet Gross coordinate position error fault

Abstract

Industrial development in the village shoe Kepuhkemiri-Modong subdistrict of Sidoarjo regency Reinforcement require changing the flow pattern of the existing drainage channels affected by the construction. The shoe industry has a spacious area ±48.700 m2, so that the necessary planning measurable drainage system in order to move the existing flow patterns affected by construction. To calculate capacity analysis of new tertiary channel, channels in the industrial area, and the flow pattern in the area of ??the shoe industry. Data rainfall station includes four observation stations are Durungbedug, KETIMANG, Sidoarjo and Sumput and use rain observation period of 10 years. Channel overall flow of new tertiary and industrial areas in the channels piped to DAS 'Waterstand Channel' north side. Analysis of the design rainfall in this deign using the method of Log-Pearson III. The result of the rain discharge when the 5-year plan amounted to 121,369 m3 / sec, the channel carrying capacity of 2070m3, while the capacities of the channel plan with the calculations 2736,34 m3

Abstract

Kalidami river has a length of 4.2 kilometers with a stretch of channels from the Airlangga, Manyar, Kertajaya, to Kejawan Putih Tambak areas. Boezem Kalidami is located at the downstream of the Kalidami river which is also equipped with a pump house and a water gate. The Log Pearson III method produces a design rainfall of 127.38 mm / 24 hours so that the rainfall is very heavy. So that it will produce a maximum flood discharge of 40.3 m³ / s and when compared to the capacity of Boezem Kalidami which is only 49,440 m³, Boezem Kalidami will fill very quickly. Coupled with the total efficient pump capacity of only 15.33 m³ / s, Boezem is only able to accommodate the first 2 hours and an overflow of 1.58 meters from Boezem Kalidami's riverside at 2.14.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to create a road network in the form of a geographic information system and to find out the traffic conditions that occurred on the Girilaya road, Surabaya City in 2021. This traffic condition research used a method that refers to the calculation of congestion figures. In accordance with field observations, the road with the type of road 2/2 UD is two lanes – two-way undivided, with a road width of 6 meters for a total of 2 directions with a shoulder of 1 meter each on the right and left sections. The facilities on these roads are not equipped with traffic signs such as (no stopping, no parking, speed limit). The highest average daily traffic volume on this road segment is from 07.00 – 18.00 as many as 1725.8 vehicles/hour. Motorcycles are the most dominant type of vehicles passing through these roads. From the analysis of the level of congestion carried out, the results showed that the side barriers on the road segment were categorized as moderate (M) at 378.6 events/hour. Congestion occurs because of the density of activities and vehicles reduce speed and stop on the side of the road. This results in the value of service on the road section being D indicating that the flow of vehicles is obstructed, the speed is low and the volume of vehicles is above capacity. Therefore, the role of the government is very important to reduce the level of congestion that occurs and drivers are more orderly in carrying out activities on these roads.

Abstract

Kalibokor Channel is one of the primary channels in East Surabaya. This channel overflows during the rainy season. The inundation height that occurs is between 0-15 cm. Some of the flood-prone areas that the channel passes through are Manyar, Klampis, Gebang Putih, and JL. Arif Rahman Hakim. The Surabaya City Government built the araya pump house as a helper for the Kalibokor channel in order to reduce inundation on Jl. Arief Rachman Hakim and reduce the load on the Kalibokor pump house. The study was conducted by calculating the value of the planned rain and flood discharge, then analyzing the existing one and ending by recommending a new pump capacity design. The results of the analysis calculation obtained that the planned discharge entered the Kalibokor primary channel on the side of Jl. Arief Rachman Hakim is 18.56 m3/s while the existing capacity of the Kalibokor primary channel on the side of Jl. Arief Rachman Hakim can only accommodate a capacity of 16.6 m3/s.

Abstract

Abstract

Permasalahan sumber daya air terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Banyaknya industri dan indikasi terjadinya intrusi air laut di berbagai daerah membuat Kabupaten Sidoarjo mengalami ancaman permasalahan air bersih yang cukup serius. Untuk itu pemerintah berupaya membentuk komunitas yaitu Himpunan Penduduk Pengguna Air Minum (HIPPAM) yang merupakan wadah bagi masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada warga dari kekurangan dan keterbatasan terhadap air minum/air bersih. Permasalahan utama puluhan HIPPAM yang telah terbentuk di kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan air bersih yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah daerah, kurang mampunya masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dalam menanggung biaya pemasangan sambungan rumah (SR) serta kurang terampilnyapengurus HIPPAM dalam mengelola administrasi organisasi. Program PKM Himpunan Penduduk Pengguna Air Minum (HIPPAM) Desa Balongdowo dan Desa Putat Kecamatan Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur menawarkan solusi yang diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan oleh mitra kegiatan, yaitu warga desa Balongdowo dan desa Putat. Adapun metode pelaksanaannya adalah: pertama memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan air bersih untuk kehidupan sehari- hari, kedua memberikan sebuah metode penjernihan air dan ketiga dengan memberikan pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan HIPPAM sebagaimana layaknya sebuah lembaga yang dapat memberi keuntungan dan masukan bagi kas desa. Program ini juga bertujuan membantu masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah untuk mendapatkan sambungan rumah dari sumber air HIPPAM, serta melaksanakan pemantauan terhadap air HIPPAM desa Balongdowo dan desa Putat yang berasal dari sumur artesis, baik dalamsegi kualitas maupun kuantitasnya. Dari program ini juga diharapkan pengurus dapat mengelola organisasi HIPPAM dengan baik dan profesional.

Abstract

A project implementation schedule can be said to be successful if the implementation process can be completed in accordance with the planned time. Planning a good project implementation schedule must be supported by good project control. Because what happens in the field is not necessarily in accordance with what has been planned. By analyzing the cost and end time of project completion, it can provide detailed project performance schedule information. In this study, the analysis of the project implementation schedule is done manually, which is to make the S curve and use the Microsoft Project 2019 program. The method used is to enter the data related to the analysis into the program, then this Microsoft project will calculate automatically according to the formulas. calculation formula that has been made, so that the calculation of the project implementation schedule analysis will be faster and more accurate. The results of the cost analysis following the price of the Trenggalek district work unit for the renovation of the City Square is IDR. 6,078,136,530. Estimated schedule in planning the S schedule time curve with Microsoft Project 2019, there is a time difference of scheduling 39 calendar days or a difference of 1 month more that can save time and costs of implementing work. At the planning stage of scheduling with an S curve of 20 weeks or 140 days, using Microsoft Project 2019, the results obtained 101 days of project completion time.
