The good remuneration information system services can provide useful information for hospital administrators to evaluate employee performance. The aim of this research is to develop a remuneration system services to support employee performance evaluation Kepahiang Hospital. System development methods using FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) / Framework for Application of Systems Thinking. Evaluation results of employee performance become the basis of government decision-makers to make improvements and reward. Data used in the research is the data of performance of employees and the amount of revenues from services. Remuneration information system services to produce output tables and graphs to support employee performance evaluation in hospitals Kepahiang for various levels of management. The quality of the information system of the proposed system is better than the old information system.

The regulation and supply of oxygen as one of the medical gases in the hospital is important to ensure the availability of these gases for the survival of patients. The regulation of oxygen gas in hospitals usually uses a piping system with manifolds. The manifold will monitor the oxygen gas pressure on each tube. Manifold systems that are widely used in general can only monitor pressure but cannot perform an automatic exchange on gas cylinders if the pressure is under the permissible conditions. The manifold system design developed is equipped with pressure monitoring for automatic exchange of oxygen gas cylinders using pressure sensors and microprocessors. The test results of the system using regulator and barometer comparisons showed the percentage value of sensor pressure accuracy of 96.92 percent and 97.16 percent. At pressure below the limit of 285 KPa manifold can perform the exchange of active gas cylinders automatically. These results show the manifold design built can work quite well.

Retinal vessel segmentation is part of the morphological extraction of retinal blood vessels that plays an essential role in medical image processing. Manual segmentation is possible to do, but it is time-consuming and requires special operators. Moreover, the possibility of variability between operators is vast. This study aims to answer the shortcomings of the manual segmentation process by automatically segmenting retinal blood vessels. The main contribution of this study is the use of a simple method to iteratively segment retinal blood vessels. All processes in the segmentation are simulated using Matlab. The algorithm was evaluated by comparing the results of the automatic segmentation with 20 manually segmented images from the STARE dataset. The result show specificity 98.13%, accuracy 93.60%, sensitivity 56.42%, precision 80.48%, and the dice coefficient 64.06%. In conclusion, the automatic retinal blood vessel image segmentation process worked well.

Indonesia has a large population in the world, and this is both an advantage and a challenge. The importance of recording and monitoring nutrition from the age of toddlers is a form of intervention to create a productive population. Integrated Healthcare Center or posyandu is community empowerment to monitor nutrition independently and sustainably. The pandemic caused by COVID-19 also affects the implementation of posyandu in Indonesia, one of which is in densely populated areas, namely Kelurahan Duri Selatan Jakarta Barat. This community service activity aims to apply mobile-health technology so that the nutrition monitoring activities of toddlers in posyandu continue to run during this pandemic. The technology used in this community service activity is a mobile-health application based on android, which is a form of application of technology from research. The method used is the provision of material online, then conducting assistance implementation practice. Evaluation of the results was achieved by applying pre-test and post-test to posyandu cadres and citizens. The evaluation results showed increased knowledge of posyandu cadres and residents after community service activities. This community service activity provides an alternative application of new technologies for community empowerment in improving nutritional status.

The heart is a vital organ that must always be kept healthy. Not only the heart, body temperature is also important to control the condition of the body with the environment and know the symptoms of serious illness.Heart rate and body temperature are very important parameters to determine a person's health condition. The importance of monitoring these two parameters so that we need gauges that are easy to use and carry so that they can always monitor the values of the two parameters within normal limits. The purpose of this research is to design and build an Android-based Heart Rate and Body Temperature Monitor.The methods used are literature study, tool design and interface, testing tools, and analyzing test results. Arduino Nano-based heart rate and body temperature detector uses Max 30100 sensor as a measurement of heart rate and DS18B20 sensor as body temperature sensor. The sensor readings will be processed by Arduino Nano which will be displayed on LCD 16 x 2 and Android.The test results show that the heart rate and body temperature monitoring tools function properly with an accuracy value of 99.1% for measuring heart rate and 99.4% for measuring body temperature. Suggestions as a consideration for developing this research next is to make the android display easier and have health information and what should be done by a system user related to heart rate and body temperature.

In 2018 Indonesia still ranked fifth as the country with the highest number of stunting in the world. A better level of a mother’s knowledge can decrease about 4% to 5% in the possibility of stunting in children. Efforts to increase maternal knowledge about the importance of preventing stunting in the first thousand days of life are not only the responsibility of the government, especially the Ministry of Health. The mass media are also responsible for providing knowledge to mothers. One of the most widely used media in accessing news and information is through mobile devices such as mobile phones. From this background the problem of this research can be formulated is how to build an Android-based mobile health application for monitoring and preventing stunting. The purpose of this research is to build an Android-based mobile health for stunting monitoring and prevention. The research method is Research and Development consists of two stages, the Research Phase using qualitative methods and the Development Phase using FAST system development methods. The research was conducted at the Poltekkes of the Ministry of Health Jakarta II, Department of Electromedical Engineering from January to December 2019. The results of the study are android mobile health applications for monitoring and evaluating stunting. From the result of system testing, the mobile health application for monitoring and evaluating stunting could work well.

Latar Belakang. Peralatan medis dan kesehatan dewasa ini menjadi sangat kompleks dan canggih sehingga membutuhkan lingkungan dan pemeliharaan yang semakin khusus agar dapat digunakan secara optimal. Alat kesehatan dapat berfungsi dan berjalan sesuai fungsinya jika penggunaan dan pemeliharaan alat tersebut sesuai dengan petunjuk penggunaan dan pemeliharaan alat yang baik. Pemeliharaan yang baik pada sebuah alat kesehatan akan mencegah potensi bahaya yang ada pada peralatan tersebut sehingga tidak mencederai manusia dan lingkungannya. Disamping itu juga dapat mengurangi biaya pemeliharaan, meningkatkan utility, serta selalu dalam keadaan siap untuk digunakan. Peralatan kesehatan di puskesmas merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang yang sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Puskesmas harus memastikan bahwa peralatan medis penting mereka aman, akurat, handal dan beroperasi pada tingkat kinerja yang optimal. Dalam kenyataan sehari-hari sering dijumpai masalah adanya alat rusak atau tidak dapat digunakan sebagaimana mestinya sehingga pelayanan kesehtan menjadi terganggu atau tidak berjalan sama sekali. . Banyak hal yang dapat menyebabkan sebuah alat atau mesin rusak atau tidak berfungsi, salah satu diantaranya adalah karena pemakaian alat yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur. Kesalahan dalam pengoperasian suatu peralatan kesehatan dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan peralatan, hasil pemeriksaan tidak seperti yang diharapkan bahkan terkadang dikarenakan kesalahan pengoperasian, harus dilakukan pemeriksaan ulang yang berakibat adanya inefisiensi dan ketidakpuasan pasien. Agar terhidar dari permasalahan tersebut, maka pemahaman tentang Inspeksi pemeliharaan pencegahan (Inspection and Preventive Maintenance) peralatan kesehatan yang benar harus dipahami dan dipelajari, sehingga alat dapat digunakan secara benar dan mengurangi keluhan kerusakan alat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Sukasari Tangerang Banten. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pada tingkat pengetahuan petugas terhadap prosedur pemeliharaan pencegahan (prentive maintenance) alat elektrokardiografi setelah dilakukan pendampingan di Puskesmas Sukasari Tangerang Banten. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa wawancara dan observasi langsung terhadap petugas di Puskesmas Sukasari Tangerang Banten untuk mengetahui pemahaman petugas mengenai prosedur pemeliharaan pencegahan (prentive maintenance) alat elektrokardiografi. Tahap kedua pembuktian dengan metode statistik menggunakan metode uji tanda (sign test) . Hasil : Dengan uji tanda (sign est) terhadap tindakan petugas dalam pemeliharaan pencegahan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendampingan menunjukkan tingkat α = 0,016 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya adanya pengaruh pengetahuan petugas terhadap prosedur pemeliharaan pencegahan (prentive maintenance) alat elektrokardiografi setelah dilakukan pendampingan pada Puskesmas Sukasari Tangerang Banten. Kesimpulan : Inspeksi dan pemeliharaan pencegahan (prentive maintenance) alat elektrokardiografi di Puskesmas Sukasari Tangerang Banten sebelum dilakukan pendampingan belum dilaksanakan tetapi setelah dilakukan pendampingan kepada petugas terlihat adanya perubahan tindakan petugas dalam melakukan upaya pemeliharaan pencegahan terhadap alat elektrokardiografi. Dari hasil pendampingan di Puskesmas Sukasari Tangerang Banten dihasilkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pemeliharaan alat elektrokardiografi sebagai acuan melaksanakan prosedur pemeliharaan pencegahan (prentive maintenance). Bell’s Palsy is a disease that attacks the facial nerves to cause muscle paralysis on one side of the face, indicated by conditions one side of the face becomes stiff and difficult to move. Therapeutic devices are also very much needed to cure facial stiffness besides of giving medicines. One of the most widely used therapies is warm therapy, however, this therapy takes a long time and quite expensive too. This research proposed a simple and affordable bell’s palsy therapy device use LED temperature heating media and a time controller based on the microcontroller ATMega 8535. The test is carried out at a time and temperature series, the result shows the circuit accuracy reaches 100% on a 15-minutes test. Testing on temperature stability also showed achieving a stable temperature at 420C in the 15 minutes. Device function tests are only carried out at a time and temperature series, the patient safety test has not been carried out. So that it still needs to be improved in future studies, especially in safety mode.

X-ray film is something that can not be separated in the world of radiology, in the form of large sheets and can only be seen using a film viewer. Film viewer, as a medium for clearly seeing X-ray films, often provides an excessive illumination dimension to the dimensions of the film you want to see. The purpose of this study is to create a film viewer module that automatically turns on the LED following the size of the film you want to put, capture images and save them at MMC. The method of this research is Arduino Mega based automatic film viewer design system. Colomn and row accuracy test results obtained a stable value, although tested using different X-ray film sizes with an accuracy level above 85%. The images captured by the camera are stored on MMC, formatted in the .JPG format and can be accessed for review. The conclusion in this study in the form of making an automatic X-Ray Film Viewer system has obtained the results beginning with the design of the Block diagram. Designing hardware and software that is done properly, can minimize errors and mismatches results in the manufacture and design of automatic X-Ray Film Viewer. The function test, which is carried out as a representation of the suitability of hardware and software design, is focused on the quality of the work to turn on the LED according to film size in rows and columns.

UV light radiation is the most important thing to sterilize medical devices. Over years studies continue to develop technology for sterilization using UV lights. This study aimed to develop an affordable UV cabinet sterilizer design by optimizing UV light using aluminum foil. The main contribution of this study is that the device can optimize the UV light intensity to whole over the cabinet. For instance, the device was only used two UV lamps as resources. Furthermore, the UV lights reflecting on the aluminum foil surface. To validate the results, the intensity of UV light was measured using a UV analyzer. The intensity was measured at 5 different points inside the device. This study has shown the measurement of UV light intensity at 5 different points were almost similar. The highest intensity was on center point 860 µW/cm^2, on the front area 632 µW/cm^2 and 606 µW/cm^2. On the rear area, the intensities are 630 µW/cm^2 and 670 µW/cm^2. This study improved the UV light intensity by using an aluminum surface to reflect the lights. This study has proven that UV radiation can be maximized by using the aluminum foil as the light reflector.
