Abstract

Capaian kinerja diterapkan diseluruh Fakultas dan Unit yang ada di Universitas Brawijaya dengan bentuk kontrak kinerja antara Rektor dengan masing-masing Dekan dan Ketua Unit. Penelitian ini terfokus pada capaian kinerja yang dianggap memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan salah satunya di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana. Varibel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Capaian Kinerja (X) sedangkan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan adalah variable terikatnya (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Dosen dan Mahasiswa Pascasarjana Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya sejumlah sampel 286 orang.Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa secara parsial Capaian Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Penerapan Capaian Kinerja oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya memiliki pengaruh senilai R Square 0,402 atau 40,2% terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan didalamnya.  Kata Kunci : Capaian Kinerja, Produktivitas Kerja, Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous halal label, productquality and price on consumer purchasing decisions on apple cider beverage productsin Andonosari village. This research is a quantitative research. The method used to testthe hypothesis is to use an instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test,multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with simultaneous test (Ftest), coefficient of determination (R2) and partial test (t test). The sample in this studywas 52 respondents with the provisions that each respondent is a consumer of AppleSari beverage products who reside in the Andonosari Village area and consumers whoknow and have consumed Apple Sari beverage products. The data used is primary dataobtained directly through consumer questionnaires on apple cider beverage products inAndonosari village. The results showed that the halal label, product quality and pricehad an effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions on apple ciderdrink products in Andonosari village. The results of the research on the hypothesis,show that the halal label has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions,product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and pricehas a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The problems faced by the IRT 'Siti Rochaniyah' household scale business is the lack of production equipment in the form of oil filters and product processing methods that do not pay attention to sanitation and hygiene and there is no bookkeeping of business finances. Implementing this service program aims to increase the productivity and income of 'Siti Rochaniyah' Home Industry (IRT) partners through increasing producers' knowledge and skills in production and financial management. The method for implementing this program is through counseling, training and assistance to the owners and employees of IRT 'Siti Rochaniyah'. The results of implementing the service program include: availability of a mud cake oven to increase production; increasing partners' knowledge about sanitation and hygiene principles; and Increasing partners' understanding and skills for financial bookkeeping with business management with the POAC (Planning Organizing Actuating Controlling) concept.
