Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries whose people will believe in God's existence. Indonesian society adheres to various religions, according to what has been recognized by the state, namely 6 religions. Of course there is diversity in one religion. One of them is Islam, in which there are various sects. The Naqsabandiyah Order itself is a sect which is regulated by its adherents as part of Islam, although sometimes it is still a hope in society. These various teachings of Islamic teachings in it may be a pro-contra factor in society. Of course, various speculations about this school will affect its interactions with the surrounding community and views of the community. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data sourced from interviews and literature review. The research objective here is to analyze and analyze the social construction of the people who know the existence of the Naqsabandiyah Order. The theory used is Peter L. Berger's theory of construction. This theory is used to understand how a certain reality is, so it is suitable for analyzing the phenomenon. The result of this research is that the people in Beduri Village tend to emerge because the sect is deviant because of several teachings and behavior on the road. Society still tends to remain related to the adherents of this sect.

Abstract

Masyarakat Sumenep memegang teguh nilai patriraki dalam kehidupannya. Salah satu nilai patriarki yang diterapkan oleh masyarakat Sumenep adalah seorang pemimpin harus seorang laki-laki. Namun, pada kenyataannya kepala desa di Desa Lalangon saat ini dpimpin oleh perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat rasionalitas masyarakat desa Lalangon memilih kepala desa perempuan. Metode yang digunakan berupa kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penggunaan prespektif fenomenologi diharapkan dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih luas dalam diri individu mengenai motif sosialnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan juga menggunakan sumber sekunder dari jurnal dan buku. Penggunaan teori dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep teori rasionalitas dar Max Weber. Weber melihat jika individu memiliki tahapan ideal dalam melakukan tindakan sosialnya. Oleh sebab itu, dengan menggunakan teori rasionalitas dari Max Weber, dapat membantu untuk melihat tindakan sosial dalam pemilihan kepala desa perempuan di desa Lalangon Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan ada 4 rasionalitas, yakni rasionalitas afeksi, rasionalitas instrumental, dan rasionalitas nilai.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit all corners of the world, Indonesia is one of the Asian countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in various fields, one of which is the world of education. The education policy set by the government does not only have an impact on students but also has an impact on educators. During the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities, the Minister of Education allows face-to-face teaching and learning activities for areas where PPKM level 1 – 3. See and describe the effectiveness and risks in changing mixed learning patterns carried out by educators and students. This study uses a qualitative method using literature study, interviews and observations as data collection techniques, the informants in this study were students and teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. Action Rationality Theory which was initiated by Max Weber as a reference for analysis in this study. The assumption in the study refers to the policy of SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya in making decisions. Teaching and learning activities are carried out in a hybrid (mixed) manner, so offline and online learning are solutions and adaptations of new policies.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the response of the Indonesian people after the decision on the Job Creation Bill drafted by the DPR. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method by explaining the sociological view of law on the impact resulting from the decision of the Work Creation Bill to become a permanent law. The data collection technique used is to collect literature studies, namely taking from several sources such as journals, articles , news, magazines or other sources related to the topic being discussed. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for future studies and can provide useful knowledge for readers.

Abstract

Quiet days is one of a series of elections be used as a policy in each of the Electoral Law (Legislative, President and Head of Region) in order to be a separation between the days of the campaign were at odds a little bit with the D-day implementation of the voting and counting. A quiet day at the time of the elections is an opportunity for electoral participants to rest after a long activity to meet constituents during the campaign schedule. Election participants are expected colling down after delivering a program, a vision and mission for the implementation of the campaign with a variety of creative shapes and models of the campaign. Voters as the object of the campaign as well as subjects that determine victory or defeat of election participants, given the opportunity to weigh up between the pair of candidates, that is where the best of the candidates who have offered programs, vision and mission during the campaign. Quiet day is expected to be the capital of preparation conscience of voters, still somewhat tainted by parties who are not responsible, either the presence of a covert campaign, black campaign, partisan survey implementation and violations of other quiet day.

Abstract

Local beliefs and cultural values are still attached to the Javanese community, especially in the countryside. Karangpuri Village still preserves the tradition of its general, especially in political terms. Next April there will be a village head election. cakades carries on the tradition of iajen for the smooth running of the pilkades. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with the foundation of Peter L. Berger's sosial construction theory. This research was conducted in Karangpuri Village, Sidoarjo. The goal is to find out the Karangpuri village community construction against the tradition of the generalthe results of this study are that the community sees this as normal and should be done by everyone who has a desire for fluency, pangestu to ancestors, and as a form of preserving local culture and beliefs inherited from previous ancestors.

Abstract

Pandemi Corona Virus Diserse 2019 (COVID-19) menyebabkan sebagaian masyarakat harus kehilangan pekerjaan secara tidak terduga. Hal ini yang menyebabkan adanya peningkatan kriminalitas di Surabaya pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Kehilangannya pekerjaan menyebabkan mereka mengambil jalan pintas untuk meperoleh penghasilan demi menafkahi keluarganya. Semenjak pandemi sampai sekarang setidaknya terdapat beberapa kasus kriminalitas pencurian kendaraan bermotor yang memanfaatkan situasi saat ini. Kondisi seperti ini mengakibatkan adanya perubahan perilaku pada seseorang yang bersifat menyimpang sehingga melakukan perbuatan yang bertentangan dengan hukum salah satunya melakukan aksi pencurian dengan mengambil milik orang lain secara sembunyi-sembunyi atau diam-diam dengan jalan yang illegal atau menyimpang. Dalam prespektif sosiologi hukum keadaan yang sedang tejadi saat ini dapat dikatakan bahwa setiap masyarakat memiliki tipe kejahatan dan pelaku kejahatan sesuai dengan kondisi-kondisi sosial dan ekonominya. Penelitian ini menggunakan peneltian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur.

Abstract

During the pandemic it is not prohibited by the government and WHO. The public can still carry out activities procedurally. However, religious activities still hold. However, in the religious community they carry out in accordance with government recommendations. One of the activities that do not escape the characteristics of Muslims is the prayer assembly. The sholawat assembly is an activity carried out by a group of people who have such great love for the Prophet and God. The purpose of this study was to look at the views of the Anggaswangi village community, especially Youth Mosques on sholawat assembly activities during the pandemic. The method used is a qualitative research method, because researchers need to make an in-depth approach with the Anggaswangi village community in order to obtain data directly from informants. The theory used is the theory of social behavior from Max Weber. The theory explains that according to Weber, human individuals in society are creative actors and social reality is not a static tool of coercion of social facts. That is, human actions are not determined by norms, habits, values, and so on which are included in the concept of social facts. The initial assumption of this research is that the people of Anggaswangi village view religious activities as a form of love for God, but activities such as Majeliis Sholawat can also be used as activities to pray to God due to the situation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Praktik konsumsi minuman alkohol memiliki makna tersendiri bagi para remaja. Sekalipun mereka memahami dan mempraktikan aturan agama mereka, namun para remaja memiliki pengetahuan tersendiri tentang minuman alkohol. Melalui pengetahuan mereka, seolah-olah dapat lolos dari aturan agama mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman mengkonsumsi alkohol dan prakti keagamaan remaja di Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori interaksinonlisme simbolik untuk mengetahui presepsi tentang konsumis alkohol; mencari tahu tentang konsumsi alkohol, sehingga meloloskan diri dari aturan agama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa para remaja memiliki makna tentang konsumsi alkohol, seperti simbol kebahagiaan, penlampiasan, pencair suasana, rasa syukur, dan kebersamaan. Para remaja memberikan alasan bahwa konsumsi alkohol bukan urusan halal atau haramnya, selama tidak merugikan orang lain. Stigma masyarakat tentang alkohol adalah penyimpangan sosial dan agama dikarenakan digunakan secara rusuh, sehingga merugikan orang lain.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic continues to be a significant issue, as well as in Indonesia. Although the number of cases has scaled back, this virus continues to change and still poses potential threat to public health. Solely, the word endemic may be a phrase that has been emphasized to refer to a currently occurring phenomena. Where dread begins to subside in a society, attentiveness and acceptance with the threat of a pandemic overtake it. The majority of churches, for instance, have raised their doorways so that their communities may worship as usual. Apart from adhering to strict health protocols, this study will delve into the rationale for the flock's participation in GBI Gilgal on-site, or face-to-face, worship. The methodology adopted in this research is phenomenology, which is weighted correctly to develop a thorough understanding of the research subject.. Additionally, researchers collected data through observation and interviews. The findings of this study expose the researcher to two distinct types of rationality inherent in this action: instrumental and affective rationality. The data reveals that the congregation yearns for the routine of coming to church and experiencing worship in real-time; thus, when GBI Gilgal reintroduces the opportunity for its flock to worship at church, it is put to good use despite the dangers of a pandemic threatening the community.Keywords: Endemic, On-Site Worship, RationalityAbstrakPandemi Covid-19 masih menjadi sebuah permasalahan internasional, tidak terkecuali di bumi pertiwi–Indonesia. Walaupun angka penyebarannya sempat mengalami penurunan, virus ini senantiasa bermutasi secara kontinu dan tetap membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat. Secara spesifik, kata endemi mungkin menjadi sebuah frasa yang mulai ditegaskan untuk merujuk pada fenomena yang terjadi saat ini.  Di mana mulai meluruhnya ketakutan di tengah masyarakat, digantikan dengan kesiagaan dan keterbiasaan terhadap bahaya pandemi. Sebagian besar tempat ibadah, misalnya, sudah membuka kembali akses untuk jemaatnya datang dan beribadah secara langsung seperti sedia kala. Terlepas dari penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, penelitian ini berupaya untuk meneliti secara mendalam sejumlah hal yang melatarbelakangi rasionalitas jemaat untuk ikut serta dalam ibadah on site, atau tatap muka, yang diselenggarakan oleh GBI Gilgal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi yang ditimbang tepat untuk memahami subjek penelitian secara mendalam. Metode observasi dan wawancara juga dilakukan oleh peneliti dalam memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian ini menghadapkan peneliti kepada dua jenis rasionalitas yang terkandung pada aksi ini, yakni rasionalitas instrumental dan rasionalitas afektif. Temuan data menunjukan bahwa jemaat rindu terhadap rutinitas untuk datang ke gereja dan merasakan ibadah secara real-time, maka dari itu ketika GBI Gilgal membuka kesempatan untuk jemaatnya kembali datang beribadah ke gereja, hal tersebut dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya terlepas di tengah bahaya pandemi yang mengancam.Kata Kunci: Endemi, Ibadah Tatap Muka, Rasionalitas
