Abstract

Tujuan Program Pengembangan Produk Ekspor (PPPE) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan volume dan daya saing mitra PPPE.produk ekspor camilan. Mitra dari Program Pengembangan Produk Ekspor ini terdiri dari mitra I berlokasi di Kabupaten Tulungagung dan mitra II di Kota Blitar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra I adalah belum terpenuhinya permintaan pasar disebabkan karena keterbatasan peralatan yang dimiliki oleh mitra, pengetahuan manajemen tentang savety produce masih kurang, kemampuan manajemen di bidang pembukuan, pemasaran, personalia, yang masih rendah, belum memiliki SOP (Standard Operasional Procedure) yang jelas, diversifikasi produk ekspor yang masih sedikit, belum menggunakan media internet untuk melakukan promosi produk. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra II, belum terpenuhinya permintaan pasar disebabkan karena keterbatasan peralatan yang dimiliki oleh mitra (kapasitas mixer yang kecil), kemampuan manajemen di bidang pembukuan, pemasaran, personalia, yang masih rendah, belum memiliki SOP yang jelas, produk yang dihasilkan belum memiliki SNI.Metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan PPPE adalah melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan dibidang keuangan, pemasaran dan produksi serta mensinergikan hubungan kerjasama antara mitra 1 dan mitra 2.Luaran program ini adalah terjalinnya hubungan antar mitra, penyediaan peralatan, pembukuan laporan keuangan sesuai PSAK, keamanan operasional produksi, branding, adanya webb, dan kemasan produk yang lebih baik serta HAKI.

Abstract

Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Petani Jambu kristal di DesaBumiaji. Desa Bumiaji, Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Merupakan Desa yang memiliki potensi besarsebagai agro wisata. Sebagai Agro Wisata, UMKM di Desa Bumiaji berupaya menjadikan wisatapetik jambu sebagai edu wisata selain pemasaran melalui supermarket dan online. Hasil jambuyang dipanen oleh petani jambu tidak semuanya bisa diterima oleh pasar terutama Supermarketyang memiliki standar-standar kualitas tertentu. Jambu Kristal yang direject oleh supermarketmenjadi masalah tersendiri bagi petani jambu karena jambu yang sudah dipanen akan berakibatlayu dan busuk.Metode pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan, magangUKM ke SMK Batu serta pendampingan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap UKM prioritasdi bidang keuangan, pemasaran dan produksi.Luaran yang dihasilkan dari PKM ini adalah adanya diversifikasi produk jambu kristal menjadipie jambu kristal. Peningkatan kemampuan mitra di bidang produksi dan keuangan telahmenyebabkan peningkatan pendapatan bagi mitra serta mengurangi resiko kerugian akibat jambubusuk.

Abstract

Family financial planning is a strategy to achieve family financial goals in the short and long term. Good financial planning certainly cannot be separated from good financial management, because good financial management attitudes start from the implementation of good financial attitudes. Partners in this Community Service Program are women in the Mojolangu village, Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang city. The method of implementing this service is the interview, presentation and discussion method. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that the problems that occurred, namely: (1) lack of public knowledge in managing family finances and also good financial planning. (2) The community has not recorded their results (3) there are still many mothers who lack knowledge about the importance of saving as a priority. The solutions offered in this service are as follows: (1) provide education/knowledge about the importance of how to manage family finances smartly and carefully, (2) the service team provides education/knowledge about the importance of recording and household financial income from business results, (3) the proposing team will provide education / insight related to the importance of knowledge about saving and investment activities.

Abstract

Kota Malang terus menggencarkan pertanian perkotaan melalui urban farming mulai dari tingkat RT/RW hingga ke perkantoran. Urban farming merupakan kegiatan produktif untuk memanfaatkan ruang terbuka serta sebagai optimalisasi lahan pekarangan dan lahan kosong sekitar rumah. Urban farming juga bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam penganekaragaman konsumsi pangan berbasis sumber daya lokal. Warga di Kelurahan Mojolangu khususnya di kawasan RT 04 RW 18 saat ini sedang menjalankan program urban farming dengan membudidayakan berbagai jenis tanaman, buah dan sayuran dengan berfokus pisang sebagai tanaman icon kampungnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep urban farming agar dapat memenuhi ketahanan pangan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan juga menjadikan lingkungan semakin hijau dan sehat. Tahapan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pengondisian lapangan pada saat survei dan pelaksanaan kegiatan; menyiapkan bahan- bahan yang disumbangkan kepada warga RW 18 Mojolangu; melakukan dokumentasi; dan membantu menyusun laporan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa konsep urban farming yang diterapkan di RW 18 Kelurahan Mojolangu, Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Credo Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Intention to Leave with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable at PT. Johnson & Johnson Indonesia, Medical Division.This type of research is survey research using a quantitative approach. The study population was the employees of PT. Johnson & Johnson Indonesia, especially in the Medical Division, which amounted to 70 employees, while the total sample was 60 respondents who were taken using the Slovin's equation. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software.The results in this study indicate that: 1) Credo Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, 3) Job Satisfaction has a negative and un significant effect on Intention to Leave (4) Credo Organizational Culture has a negative and significant effect on Intention to Leave (5) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Leave. The results also show that organizational commitment is a variable that has a dominant effect on intention to leave. The findings of this study suggest that employees' high levels of commitment influence their desire to leave.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang sumber daya manusia selalu dibutuhkan sesuai tuntutan perkembangan jaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat organizational culture, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, dan employee engagement pada sebuah institusi rumah sakit, sekaligus juga mengetahui pengaruh organizational culture, emotional intelligence, dan social intelligence terhadap employee engagement. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research melalui pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner skala Likert 1-5 sebagai alat pengumpul data. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase (%) dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis t-test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa organizational culture, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, dan employee engagement masing-masing memiliki tingkat persentase yang tinggi atau termasuk dalam kategori baik. Temuan berikutnya, organizational culture dan social intelligence berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement, sedangkan emotional intelligence berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

Abstract

Argosari Village is a village that is very active in making efforts to improve the welfare and economy of its citizens by providing various knowledge and skills, especially for PKK and Karang Taruna women. The results of observations and preliminary interviews showed that most of the people of Argosari village did not know that entrepreneurship is a person's ability to create jobs for himself and others. This service aims to help the community to develop self-confidence, as well as a need for achievement so that a high work ethic arises, and is happy to work hard. The method used is to socialize the program, provide materials, training and mentoring. The result of this service is the increase in participants' skills in sewing bags and masks as well as assembling mask connector materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of competence on organizational commitment, competence on performance the influence of competence on performance through organizational commitment, the influence of the CWB on organizational commitment, CWB on performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance and the influence of CWB on performance through organizational commitment. With the help of literature, the current study developed seven hypotheses regarding competence, counterproductive work behavior (CWB), organizational commitment, and performance. The distribution of questionnaires was used for data collection carried out at the Pasuruan City Regional Revenue Agency and the Pasuruan City Financial and Asset Management Agency with a population of 59 employees and a sample of 50 employees. Using Partial Least Square as a data analysis method, the results showed that competence has no significant effect on organizational commitment, competence has a significant effect on performance, competence indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervening variable has no significant effect on performance, CWB has a significant effect on organizational commitment, CWB has a significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance, and CWB indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervening variable has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of OCB on Employee Engagement, OCB on Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment, and whether there is evidence that Employee Engagement as mediation effects Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Organizational Commitment. Abstract

The majority of Selorejo villagers are farmers of citrus crops. Selorejo orange product is famous and has 12 kinds of oranges. Regent of Malang, Mr. H. Rendra Krisna expects Selorejo village to be a pilot village of citrus picking tour in Malang regency.The problems of Selorejo Village, Malang, are: a) people are still not ready to receive tourist visit from both domestic and foreign; b) Spatial village is not yet tidy including layout of bus parking and tour vehicle; c) The need to centralize the sale of citrus and other processed citrus products; d) Assisting the empowerment of villagers with more rooms for tourists; and e) lack of promotion.Solutions are offered 1-year IbDM Program that is a) Entrepreneurship Training, GAPOKTAN, PKK, Karang Taruna / Tour manager; b) Map of Citrus Tourist Sites; c) Making citrus kiosks and village superior products; d) Clean the sewer from plastic waste; e) Website Creation; f) Making of drainage in citrus hut; and g) Making of citrus hut.The method of implementation in achieving the specific objectives of the IbDM Program is in accordance with the needs of the villagers of Selorejo, the Implementing Team conducts training to GAPOKTA, PKK, Tour Manager / Karang Taruna, including entrepreneurship training, marketing, accounting. In addition, the team implements the implementation of science and technology in the form of website creation, and improvement of tourism infrastructure facilities.Achievements of 1st year IbDM program activities are: a) Prime Service Training, Entrepreneurship and Accounting for GAPOKTAN, PKK, Tour Manager / Karang Taruna; b) Map of Citrus Tourist Sites; c) Create a Gazebo for the marketing of the Village's Featured Products; d) Website Creation; e) Making drains in citrus huts; and f) Making of citrus hut. So 100% of 1 year IbDM program has been implemented.
