Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat Muslim terhadap pentingnya aspek kehalalan dalam konsumsi, termasuk pada produk non-pangan seperti obat. Di sisi lain, pertimbangan rasional seperti harga tetap menjadi faktor penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian obat bebas, dengan mengambil studi kasus di Kecamatan Kragilan, Kabupaten Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa label halal dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun dengan kekuatan pengaruh yang berbeda. Variabel harga memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan label halal. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,443 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 44,3% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mencerminkan bahwa meskipun aspek religius penting bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Kragilan, pertimbangan ekonomis seperti harga masih menjadi faktor utama dalam memilih produk obat bebas.

Abstract

Bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) merupakan salah satu konsep penting dalam strategi pemasaran untuk menciptakan nilai tambah dan daya saing bagi suatu produk atau jasa. Dalam konteks ekonomi syariah, implementasi bauran pemasaran harus sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, seperti keadilan, transparansi, dan larangan terhadap unsur riba, gharar, serta maysir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan elemen-elemen bauran pemasaran produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi (4P) dalam bisnis berbasis syariah, serta mengkaji tantangan dan peluang dalam pengembangannya. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis studi kasus pada perusahaan syariah di sektor tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk halal, penentuan harga yang adil, distribusi yang efektif, dan promosi yang etis dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen sekaligus memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur bauran pemasaran dalam ekonomi syariah dan menjadi acuan bagi pelaku bisnis dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam.

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia masih memiliki tingkat literasi wakaf yang rendah. Penting untuk mengatasi masalah ketidaktahuan publik tentang administrasi wakaf yang efektif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media digital sebagai media untuk meningkatkan literasi wakaf masyarakat Indonesia. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan mengumpulkan sumber referensi dari buku, artikel ilmiah, laporan riset, dan berbagai karya tulis lainnya. Mengapa literasi wakaf begitu penting? Sebab memiliki pengaruh yang besar bagi pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi. Wakaf memiliki peran yang penting bagi kehidupam publik. Pemahaman masyarakat tentang wakaf akan mempengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk berwakaf sehingga akan memberikan kebermanfaatan untuk banyak pihak. Perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern menuntut lembaga wakaf untuk mensosialisasikan wakaf lebih kreatif. Sarana yang tepat digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi wakaf masyarakat yaitu memanfaatkan media digital. Kebiasaan masyarakat berinteraksi secara online menjadi peluang untuk menyebarkan konten informatif tentang wakaf lebih luas terutama pada generasi usia produktif. Lembaga wakaf memiliki tanggungjawab mencapai target penghimpunan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjalankan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

One of the pillars of Islamic philanthropy is Zakat. Undoubtedly, it must be done correctly and comply with applicable sharia. The aim of this research is to describe how Zakat and Infaq are managed for ASN Cilegon City and how effective and efficient Zakat management is in Baznas Cilegon City Banten. The approach taken in this research uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method (case study). Data sources in research collect two sources, namely primary and secondary. Primary informants directly include (the community, ASN and Cilegon City Baznas administrators). Secondary, namely strengthening data from primary such as: Journal articles, E-Books, Online Proceedings, magazines, newspapers and other internet media. Meanwhile, data collection techniques include observation interviews, documentation and triangulation. The analysis technique used in this research is using Miles and Huberman's theory of data reduction, data display, data verification and drawing conclusions. So, this research resulted in optimizing the distribution of Baznas, the efficiency of distributing Zakat funds, the percentage of distribution efficiency levels, the percentage of Cilegon City Zakat management. So, it can be concluded that Cilegon City Baznas maximizes existing human resources (HR) both internally and externally to Baznas itself. Research findings show that optimization can be said to be quite optimal. For 2018–2022, the average distribution efficiency of zakat funds is 95.8%.

Abstract

The development of Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) experiences an increase in performance every year, supported by strict supervision from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to ensure stability and accountability. Therefore, to support the performance of BPRS, it is necessary to measure efficiency in optimally managing existing resources to achieve sound and sustainable performance. In terms of financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the improvement of BPRS plays an important role in assisting their continuity. This study uses a quantitative approach based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, aiming to measure the efficiency level of BPRS in the Banten region. The secondary data used was obtained from the official OJK website. The results show that out of the nine BPRS in the Banten region, BPRS Wakalumi achieved an efficiency score of 1 during the years 2020-2021, indicating efficiency. In 2022, no BPRS achieved an efficiency score of 1 or 100%, but BPRS Harta Insan Karimah reached the highest score. In 2023, BPRS Attaqwa and BPRS Harta Insan Karimah experienced efficiency, and BPRS Attaqwa achieved efficiency with a score of 1 in 2024. The performance of BPRS, particularly in the Banten region, still requires improvements in utilizing existing resources so that their results can be maximized. Perkembangan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) mengalami peningkatan kinerja setiap tahunnya dengan adanya pengawasan ketat untuk menjamin stabilitas dan akuntabilitas dari OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) oleh karena itu, untuk menunjang kinerja BPRS diperlukan pengukuran efisiensi dalam mengelola sumber daya yang ada secara optimal guna mencapai kinerja yang sehat dan suistainable (berkelanjutan). Dalam segi pembiayaan kepada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) peningkatan BPRS memiliki peran penting dalam membantu keberlangsunganya. Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi BPRS wilayah Banten, sedangkan untuk data sekunder yang digunakan diperoleh dari situs website resmi OJK. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan BPRS  di wilayah Banten selama tahun 2020-2021 BPRS Wakalumi dengan skor nilai 1 menandakan efisiensi. Pada tahun 2022 tidak ada BPRS yang mengalami efisiensi dengan nilai 1 atau 100% namun BPRS Harta Insan Karimah mencapai nilai tertinggi. Pada tahun 2023 BPRS Attaqwa dan BPRS Harta Insan Karimah mengalami efisiensi dan BPRS Attaqwa pada tahun 2024 mengalami efisiensi dengan nilai 1. Kinerja BPRS di wiliyah Banten khususnya masih perlu pembenahan dalam memanfaatkan penggunaan sumberdaya yang ada, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan hasilnya.

Abstract

The surge in gold prices has given rise to the phenomenon of the gold rush among the younger generation. Technological advancements have increased the ease with which the younger generation can invest in gold, while the fear of missing out (FOMO) can foster herding behavior in gold investment decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease, herding behavior, and the level of investment knowledge on gold investment decisions. It also aims to examine investment knowledge as a moderating variable. The quantitative approach employed in this research uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with random sampling techniques. The findings indicate that investment knowledge has a positive and significant impact on investment decision-making. In addition, the perception of ease has been proven not only to enhance investment knowledge but also to directly drive investment decisions. Meanwhile, herding behavior does not show a significant influence on either investment knowledge or investment decisions. The study also reveals that investment knowledge does not function as a moderating variable in the relationship between herding behavior, perceived ease, and investment decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) based on three main macroeconomic factors namely inflation, the USD/IDR exchange rate, and the SBI interest rate (BI Rate) covering the period January 2020 to December 2025, in the context of post-COVID-19 pandemic recovery and global economic turmoil. A quantitative approach was employed using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method, with 72 monthly observations derived from secondary data sourced from official institutions including Bank Indonesia (BI), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Classical assumption tests were applied comprising the Jarque-Bera normality test, Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) for multicollinearity, Breusch-Godfrey for autocorrelation, White Test for heteroscedasticity, and Ramsey RESET for model specification. Partially, inflation, exchange rate, and BI Rate each demonstrate a positive and significant effect on the JCI (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, all three variables exert a significant combined influence on the JCI, with a coefficient of determination R² = 0.4414, indicating that the model explains 44.14% of the variation in the JCI. The remaining 55.86% is attributed to other variables outside the model. Classical assumption test results reveal violations of normality, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity assumptions, although the model is free from multicollinearity. These findings confirm that Bank Indonesia's monetary policy has a significant and measurable impact on capital market performance. Further research is recommended using more advanced time series models such as GARCH or VECM to address violations of classical assumptions and improve estimation efficiency.

Abstract

This study uses satisfaction as an intervening variable in BAZNAS Banten Province to examine the influence of institutional reputation, financial literacy, and accountability on the trust of muzakki (payers of zakat). The phenomenon of many muzakki choosing to distribute zakat independently rather than through official institutions indicates that the level of public trust in zakat management institutions is still low, which is the main reason for conducting this study. This study combines quantitative methods with descriptive-verification strategies. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling, and data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and mediation tests using the Baron & Kenny and Sobel Test techniques. The research findings indicate that zakat payers' satisfaction is significantly influenced by institutional reputation, financial knowledge, and accountability. Only financial knowledge and satisfaction were found to have a significant influence on zakat payers' trust in the second model; reputation and accountability did not show a significant influence. Furthermore, the relationship between financial literacy and zakat payers' trust is strengthened by zakat payers' satisfaction, which acts as an intermediary variable. Overall, this study suggests that the primary strategy in building zakat payers' trust at BAZNAS Banten Province is improving financial knowledge and service quality, which fosters satisfaction. These results can be used as a basis for developing zakat management regulations that are more accountable, transparent, and focused on the needs of zakat payers.

Abstract

Pada periode 2018-2024 merupakan masa yang penuh dinamika sosial dan ekonomi, terutama akibat dampak pandemi covid-19 dan ketimpangan pembangunan regional. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Tingkat Pengangguram Terbuka (TPT), dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDRB) terhadap tingkat kemiskinan secara parsial dan simultan pada tiga wilayah di Provinsi Banten: Kabupaten Serang, Kabupaten Tangerang, Kota Cilegon. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda dan data time series tahun 2018-2024. Hasil kajian ini menunjukan bahwa secara persial IPM dan PDRB berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, sementara TPT tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variable ini berpengaruh signifikan sengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 77,7%. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, terdapat indikasi bahwa kemiskinan menjadi persoalan multidimensional yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor pembangunan manusia, struktur ketenagakerjaan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sehingga dengan demikian, kebijakan kemiskinan perlu dirancang secara holistic dan inklusif agar manfaat pembangunan dapat dirasakan secara merata oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Abstract

PNM Mekar Syariah Financing is a business capital loan service that implements a joint liability system and is carried out in groups. This study examines the Effect of PNM Mekar Syariah Micro Financing on Improving the Welfare of MSMEs in Bogor Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method as a data source, through five stages of testing: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, with the help of SPSS Version 2023 software and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of PNM Mekar Syariah financing on improving the welfare of MSMEs in Bogor Regency. Simple Linear Regression Equation: The resulting equation is Y = 27.416 + 0.323X + εY = 27.416 + 0.323X + \varepsilonY = 27.416 + 0.323X + ε, with a regression coefficient of the financing variable (X) of 0.323. This shows that every one unit increase in financing has the potential to increase the welfare of MSMEs by 0.323 units. T-test: The results of the hypothesis test show that t count = 3.851t \text{ count} = 3.851t count = 3.851 with a significance value of <0.001, smaller than the significance limit of 0.05. With t count> t table (3.851> 1.66412)t \text{ count} > t \text{ table} (3.851 > 1.66412)t count> t table (3.851> 1.66412), H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This means that the financing variable (X) has a significant effect on increasing MSMEs (Y). Determination Coefficient (R Square): The R Square value of 0.372 indicates that PNM Mekar Syariah financing affects the Increase in MSME Welfare by 13.8%. This means that 86.2% of the variation in MSME performance is influenced by other factors not included in this study.
