Sebagai salah satu kota yang memiliki beberapa perguruan tinggi yang cukup bonafit dan ternama, Kediri juga merupakan kota terbesar ketiga di Provinsi Jawa Timur setelah Surabaya dan Malang. Studi ini ingin mencari tahu bagaiamana mobilitas kalangan mahasiswa dan perilakunya dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan selama menggunakan transportasi umum di era new normal, khususnya di wilayah kota Kediri. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan responden seluruhnya mahasiswa IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri berjumlah 169 orang. Teknik sample yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini ialah voluntary sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah penetapan New Normal, sebagian besar responden jadi lebih sedikit keluar rumah dibangkan saat sebelum pandemik (62%). Alasan paling banyak ialah untuk melakukan pekerjaan (44%). Pada saat meninggalkan rumah, mode transportasi yang paling umum digunakan oleh responden ialah ojek online/pangkalan (54%) dan bus (16%). Faktor-faktor yang mendorong mobilitas ini ialah kebutuhan mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan urusannya di kampus, untuk kebutuhan sosial dan untuk berwisata. Alat transportasi yg paling umum digunakan oleh para mahasiswa IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri untuk bermobilisasi ialah transportasi umum berbasis aplikasi atau ojek online. Background: Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a priority program that is expected to improve the welfare of its beneficiaries. In the implementation, the PKH’s beneficiaries are required to attend family enhancement meeting activities (P2K2). Among all the information that must be given to P2K2, which one is needed and is in demand by the beneficiaries of PKH? Objectives: To know the needs of maternal and child health information in the PKH group of recipients. Method: We involved 76 PKH beneficiaries and asked them to fill our questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 12 questions about what kind of health information they need and how to obtain it. Sampling techniques use is simple random sampling. Result: There are some KIA information needs sought by the KPM. But the greatest need is information about the KB. Information search is done by asking directly to the local midwife's conclusion: PKH escorts need to establish good cooperation with midwives and master the information about the KB because it is tasked to deliver it to the PKH beneficiaries through P2K2 activities.

Background: Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) or known as Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Indonesia is a potential program to improve health outcomes, especially reproductive health. This program targeted women from the poor as its beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this program should visit selected the primary health care to have antenatal care as if they are pregnant. Also, they have to do the growth monitoring regularly if they have children under six. Some studies have found that poor people have a higher risk of unmet need compared to the group with better economies. Could this poor group have a high level of unmet need?. Method: A Cross-sectional study of 172 women which all CCT beneficiaries interviewed using a structured questionnaire. We gathered socio-demographic data and the using of contraception from the respondent. The data were analyzed using descriptive method. Results: Contraceptives practice among CCT beneficiaries is relatively high (89.6%) and unmet need for limiting childbirth was 4.1% higher than Indonesia unmet need in 2017. Most respondents preferred using pills and injection than any other method and procured it from primary healthcare centre and local/village midwife for free. Conclusion: Pills and injection method were mostly chosen by the respondent. The total unmet need (for limiting) was slightly lower than Indonesia unmet need in 2012. It seems that these CCT beneficiaries don’t meet an obstacle to access contraception. The unmet need for spacing somehow needs further investigation.

Latar belakang :Semua pihak yang terlibat dalam pelayanan kedokteran dan/atau menggunakan data dan informasi tentang pasien wajib menyimpan rahasia kedokteran, sebagai jaminan kepastian hukum bagi pasien. Tujuan: Mengetahui perlindungan hukum terhadap hak privasi dan data medis pasien di Rumah Sakit X Surabaya. Metode:Penelitian deskriptif, dengan teknik simple random sampling dan lembar observasi pasien sebanyak 98. Hasil : Menunjukkan hak privasi dan data medis pasien tidak terlindungi, sebab belum ada Standar Prosedur Operasional yang mengatur secara khusus, sarana belum memadai untuk melindungi privasi saat pemeriksaan. Persepsi pasien rawat jalan tentang hak privasinya 56 pasien (63%) terlindungi, 42 pasien (37%) tidak terlindungi. Data dari lembar persetujuan umum pasien rawat jalan 62 (63%) terisi dan 36 (37%) tidak terisi. Simpulan: Rumah Sakit X Surabaya belum memiliki Standar Prosedur Operasional terkait hak privasi pasien, sarana belum menjamin perlindungan hukum terhadap privasi dan data medis pasien, dan petugas belum memenuhi kewajibannya untuk memberikan informasi dan penjelasan pada beberapa pasien. Saran : Rumah Sakit dihimbau membuat Standar Prosedur Operasional terkait hak privasi pasien, serta melakukan pembinaan, pengaturan, pengawasan yang menunjang pelayanan kesehatan yang profesional.

Statistik untuk Rumah Sakit menjadi sangat penting karena digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan medis di Rumah Sakit . Analisis time series merupakan suatu metode analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam melakukan suatu estimasi atau peramalan pada masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan proyeksi Angka Kematian Bayi di RSUD X Kabupaten Kediri dengan menggunakan single exponential smoothing. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan studi kasus data berkala (time series) dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh kunjungan bayi (hidup dan mati) yang rawat inap pada tahun 2014-2018 di Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Kediri. Analisis data secara deskriptif diketahui bahwa angka kematian bayi di rumah sakit X Kabupaten Kediri sangat fluktuatif dikarenakan kenaikan jumlah kunjungan pasien bayi atau kematian bayi masih sangat tinggi. Data jumlah kematian sebesar 362 bayi dengan penyebab terbanyak disebabkan oleh Intrauterine Fetal Death (IUFD) dengan jumlah kasus sebanyak 89 dan penyebab paling sedikit neonatal pretern dengan jumlah kasus sebanyak 8. Hasil proyeksi 2 tahun kedepan akan terjadi penurunan angka kematian bayi meskipun jumlahnya sangat sedikit pada tahun 2019 dan berangsur stabil hingga tahun 2020. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa hasil proyeksi menggunakan metode single exponential smoothing menunjukkan adanya penurunan angka kematian bayi.

Puskesmas X is one of the first health facility in Kediri Town that serves elderly patient, in registration, elderly patient has right of service priority and clear information. The goal of the research is to see the availability of information that support the service and review it from medical law’s aspect. Descriptive design, 50 samples of elderly that come to elderly polyclinic with incidental sampling technique. Data collection uses checklist sustained by questionnaire and interview. The result of the research shows that there is no rule and SOP about elderly patient service yet, but the information in registration is already good, there is an information of opening hour, there is an information of what requirement should be brought, information about service tariffs, there is a loudspeaker to summon elderly patient queue, there is no special registration place, but there is a special queue number and a special service room to accelerate the elderly service, there is no information of doctor’s name that treat yet and there is no information about other health facility that cooperate as reference place, but registration officer is already good at serving elderly by communicating with easy-to-understand language and friendly. The conclusion of this research is basic policy and SOP that protect elderly patient has not available yet, but patient rights to get information and services in registration is available well.

The statement form containing the consent of the patient or his family after receiving a complete explanation regarding the medical action taken is called Informed Consent. The form must be filled out completely, clearly, and according to the established procedure. The purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the procedure in filling out informed consent for cataract surgery at RSU X Kediri. The type of research is case study, a retrospective approach. The population of medical record documents at RSU X Kediri are 605 cataract surgery patients in 2020, and the sample is 86 cataract surgery informed consent forms. The results of the study, there are policies and standard procedures regarding how to fill out Informed Consent data, In the completeness of the Informed Consent form for cataract surgery 34 (40%) are completely filled, while 52 (60%), are not completely filled out in some items from Patient Identification, Report Important, Authentication. In conclusion, there are policies and standard procedures at RSU X Kediri that have not been implemented according to the rules, because there are still incomplete data findings filled in in the informed consent. The advice is to disseminate the importance of consistency in filling out Informed Consent and evaluate of compliance with procedures to protect health workers from lawsuits in the future

The recording of medical record documents at Puskesmas X Kediri City begins with giving a number at the Outpatient Registration Place (TPPRJ) for new patients who register for the first time. Appropriate numbering of medical records helps the process of searching, storing and retrieving medical record documents. The impact of the numbering is not in accordance with the procedure, there will be repetition of the patient's medical record number so that it can eliminate the continuity of the health history and endanger patient safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for numbering medical records at Puskesmas X, Kediri City. The research method is a qualitative and descriptive approach, using a population and sample of officers at the TPPRJ and standard operating procedures (SOP). The sampling technique was purposive non-random sampling, with officer interviews and observations of the SOP implementation using a checklist sheet. As a result, the medical record numbering system uses the Unit Numbering System. There is a family code, area code, and medical record number in the document for each patient. Providing a new patient's medical record number must match the identity of the name, address and who is the head of the family, and view the Main Patient Index Data on the Computer. The order of medical record numbers is adjusted according to the New Number Control Book. In conclusion, the numbering of medical records at Puskesmas X Kediri has been running well, effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations. The recommended improvement is the creation of a special SOP related to the medical record numbering system, for orderly administration of information accuracy

Management of medical record documents must be monitored, both the time of their provision and the timeliness of their return. The establishment of standard operating procedures (SOP) at General Hospital X Surabaya aims to maintain administrative order and improve service quality. This includes the return of medical record documents, which the standard is 2x24 hours after the patient is declared home. However, there are still discrepancies in the implementation of the time for returning inpatient medical record documents to the storage room. The purpose was to determine the suitability of the procedure for returning inpatient medical record documents in the fourth quarter of 2021. The method was qualitative, with a retrospective approach. The population and sample are inpatient medical record documents in the fourth quarter of 2021 as many as 2,995 medical record documents and 5 officers. Used purposive sampling technique, with observation sheets and interviews. The results found were that 57,3% (1692 documents) didn’t comply with the procedure for returning medical record documents, and 42,7% (1263 documents) complied. Conclusion, the time for returning inpatient medical record documents for the fourth quarter of 2021 hasn’t been in accordance with existing procedures, because many medical record document returns exceed the 2x24 hour limit. The reason is disorganized administration of officers and there isn’t continuous evaluation to improve system for returning medical record documents with regulations. Suggestions monitoring of staff performance, as well as optimizing the use of computers to make it easier to find medical record documents that haven’t been returned.

ABSTRAKStunting adalah masalah Kesehatan masyarakat yang harus ditangani secara serius. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan prevalensi stunting kelima terbesar. Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak menjadi terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Latar belakang pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini karena sebagian besar masyarakat belum paham dengan benar tentang dampak stunting, dan menganggap stunting disebabkan karena faktor keturunan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta peran serta masyarakat tentang dampak dan pencegahan stunting pada balita. Tujuan secara langsung dapat memotivasi masyarakat untuk ikut serta memperhatikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anaknya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah menilai pengetahuan masyarakat serta permasalahan yang dihadapi tentang dampak dan pencegahan stunting di Desa Surat Kecamatan Mojo Kabupaten Kediri. Pengetahuan ibu diukur dengan menggunakan menggunakan pre test sebelum kegiatan dan post test setelah diberikan pengetahuan. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan post test yang diikuti oleh 35 responden dapat dinyatakan bahwa hasil pre test tentang tingkat pengetahuan responden mengenai dampak stunting sebesar 14 responden (40%) mengerti tentang dampak stunting sedangkan berdasarkan hasil post test terdapat 27 responden (77,1%) yang mengerti tentang dampak stunting.
