Abstract

Background: The rapid development of technology has changed various aspects of human life, including the health sector. Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital utilizes the Hospital Information System (SIRS) to simplify information management and management in the hospital. Objectives: The research in this thesis aims to find out how the hospital information system (SIRS) affects the service performance of the media recording work unit at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2024. Research method: The research method used is a qualitative approach with structured interviews and qualitative data analysis Results: The research results show that SRIS has an important role in improving the service performance of the medical records unit at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. SRIS helps in collecting, recording, processing and analyzing medical record data which facilitates the medical service process. In this way, SRIS can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of media services, as well as improve the quality of services provided to patients. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that SIRS has a strategic role in improving the service performance of the medical records work unit at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. Therefore, Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital must continue to increase the use of SIRS to improve the quality of medical services provided to patients.

Abstract

Background: Health Human Resources (HRH) include professional health workers, strategic personnel, non-professional staff, and supporting personnel who contribute to healthcare management and delivery to achieve the highest possible standard of public health. The quality of HRH is a key determinant of healthcare service quality, particularly  at  the clinic level. Objectives: To assess the quality of HRH at Santa Maria Palipi Clinic, identify the barriers to improving HRH quality, and describe the efforts made to enhance HRH standards. Research Methods: This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving 15 informants: 2 key informants, 6 staff members of Santa Maria Palipi Clinic, and 7 patients or their families. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. Results: The study found that the quality of HRH at Santa Maria Palipi Clinic has not fully met the established standards. Major challenges include difficult-to-change individual characteristics, lack of compliance with existing regulations, limited personnel, and poor collaboration among clinic staff. Efforts to address these issues include regular evaluations and training provided by both the clinic leadership and supporting foundations. Conclusion: Santa Maria Palipi Clinic must continue to improve HRH quality to meet service standards. Strong commitment, continuous training, and better teamwork among health workers are essential strategies for enhancing healthcare service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the fulfillment of the constitutional rights of persons with intellectual disabilities against the fulfillment of constitutional rights as citizens in general elections that are not mentioned concerning their voting rights in regulations on general elections. the contribution of this research is to equalize the provision of legal certainty of the State to persons with intellectual disabilities in general election regulations. In writing research at this time, normative legal research methods are used, as well as various legal approaches such as statutory approaches, case approaches by examining court decisions, and concept approaches. The results of the research in this paper show that legal protection to people with disabilities with disabilities in general elections as voters also have equal or equal rights based on the Constitution, Human Rights Regulations, Regulations on the Ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Regulations on Persons with Disabilities that exist in the State of Indonesia, each of which provides legal protection related to the right to vote for people with disabilities with disabilities. However, persons with disabilities have not fully received legal protection in the general election regulations, resulting in conflicting norms, so the author provides a solution for testing the Election Law which is directly contrary to the rules that are equal as well as to the state constitution to the Constitutional Court to provide legal certainty in accordance with what is made an ideal by the state.

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the factors that influence the dried fish business and the dried fish business income in Bengkulu City. The research was conducted in Kampung Melayu District, Bengkulu City. The research population is salted and fresh dried fish. The total respondents respectively are 65 and 56 people. The analytical method used is the Cobb-Douglas production function model to answer the first objective and income analysis to answer the second objective. The results of the study concluded: (1) the results of the F test analysis of the business of making salted and fresh dried fish had a significant effect on the variable production of salted and fresh dried fish. The results of the T-test on the production model of the business of making salted dried fish have three influential factors, namely Raw Materials (BB), Labor (TK), and Dummy (D). The dry fish production model only has one factor that has a significant effect, namely Raw Materials (BB). (2) Based on the results of the analysis, the costs incurred for the production of salted dried fish are IDR 2,874,932/week and the costs incurred for the production of fresh dried fish are IDR2,392,144/week. Revenue for salted dried fish makers are IDR6,116,308/week and for fresh dried fish makers are IDR4,557,411/week. The income of the salt dried fish maker are IDR3,241,375/week and the fresh dried fish maker are IDR2,185,266/week. R/C Ratio analysis obtained efficiency values of 2.13 and 1.91 respectively so the business is carried out proved to be efficient.
