Abstract

Situasi pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang pada awalnya dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dengan guru/dosen di kelas terpaksa harus dilaksanakan secara jarak jauh. Hal ini berdampak pada percepatan implementasi dari pendidikan 4.0. Salah satu platform yang mendukung terselenggaranya pembelajaran jarak jauh di universitas adalah Google Workspace for Education yang berupa Google Drive, Google Meet, dan Google Classroom. Jika penggunaan ketiga aplikasi ini dapat diterima dengan baik oleh penggunanya (khususnya mahasiswa), maka kegiatan pembelajaran akan terselenggara dengan lancar. Untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kegunaan (usability) aplikasi Google Workspace for Education dalam pembelajaran menjadi tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini. Pengukuran usability dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan studi kasus pada Sekolah Tinggi Multi Media (STMM) Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 338 responden. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa usability untuk aplikasi Google Workspace for Education adalah di atas rata-rata, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1) grade aplikasi adalah “B”, 2) kategori adjective rating aplikasi adalah “Good”, 3) acceptability rating aplikasi adalah “acceptable”, dan 4) Net Promoter Score (NPS) dari aplikasi adalah “passive”. Berdasarkan jawaban responden juga diketahui bahwa responden tidak mengalami hambatan saat menggunakan aplikasi, hanya diperlukan pembiasaan diri terlebih dahulu sebelum menggunakan aplikasi.

Abstract

As technology develops, humans are required to be smarter in their activities, doing works, and dealing with various existing problems. Technology is also increasingly being used as a tool to support success in various fields, including government. The government applies technology in regional governance to create a smart city. The government has developed several things that used to be conventional to become electronic-based, one of which is the ticketing system. Limitations on convention tickets as well as the large number of motorized vehicle users and traffic violations in Surabaya finally made the Surabaya Police work together with the Surabaya Transportation Agency (Dishub) to trigger the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement system or Electronic Ticketing, commonly known as E-TLE. One of the success factors of the system is the quality of the system itself. This study aims to analyze the E-TLE software implemented in Surabaya to determine the quality of the software. The approach used to carry out the analysis is the theory of software quality according to McCall. The research method used in this research is qualitative research by collecting data using interviews, observation, and classification. The source of this research is the operator as well as designing the E-TLE software. The results show that the quality of the E-TLE software has good scores in the aspects of correctness, reliability, efficiency (data search and memory usage), integrity, usability, maintainability, flexibility, portability, reusability, and interoperability. However, there are slight deficiencies in the usability aspect (there is no integration between agencies) and lack of testability. To improve the quality of E-TLE, it is necessary to optimize page loading, add features for integration between agencies, and test to determine software grade.

Abstract

The existence of the internet is inseparable from the life of modern society that relies on it as the primary source for information, such as websites. The use of the website is one of the government's efforts to disseminate information about Covid-19. Then Indonesia Government has covid19.go.id, an official website that becomes the major source for Covid-19 information. One of the determinants for the information quality is the website quality as a medium for that information. Thus, this study aims to analyze the quality of the Covid-19 countermeasures website. This study used descriptive qualitative method and collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The approach used to analyze the website quality is PIECES which consists of 6 indicators, namely: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The resource person for this research is a system analyst working for National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) and for the Covid-19 Task Force to manage the Covid-19 website. The results of the study using the 6 PIECES indicators show that: 1) the website has a performance with a value of C or average because the size of the website is quite large and the loading time is 3.7 seconds, however, no errors are found; 2) the information presented is complete, useful, and in line with the visitors needs; 3) economically, the website has a positive impact on society and for entrepeneur to adapt their business to the existing regulations; 4) control of the website is carried out by several parties and the website has also achieved three international certificates from three different institutions; 5) in terms of efficiency, the website functions properly, but there are several features that cannot be used; 6) the website service is good since it provides a comfortable browsing experience. To improve the quality of the website, it is necessary to increase performance and improve several features.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have ushered in a new era of digital world. With digital developments, students have new ways of finding information through digital media. This certainly helps students meet their information needs more practically, effectively, and efficiently. Students at SMP (Middle School) Pusaka Bangsa in Karawang have also experienced the impact of this development. The school is located in an urban area where technology is widely accessible. In addition, the students of this school have an average grade of 88 and have won various competitions in the academic field. This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy on student achievement at SMP Pusaka Bangsa Karawang. Aspects of digital literacy include: technology, cognitive, and ethics. While aspects of learning achievement include: affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. The research method used is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires. This study examined a sample of 95 respondents who were students of SMP Pusaka Bangsa Karawang. The data collection method in this study used population research techniques by distributing questionnaires online in the form of Google Forms. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS version 26 software with instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (in the form of normality tests, linearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests), and hypothesis testing (simple linear regression tests, R2 tests, and Q). The results of the study show that digital literacy has an influence of 27% on student achievement at Pusaka Bangsa Karawang Middle School; the remaining 73% is caused by other variables outside the scope of this study. Suggestions were given to the school to improve students' digital literacy in the cognitive aspect and student achievement in the psychomotor aspect.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial semakin banyak digunakan, khususnya instagram. Fitur-fitur yang tersedia mendukung terjadinya kegiatan jual-beli. Hal ini membuat banyak online shop memanfaatkan instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran, salah satunya @Celyne.official yang merupakan akun instagram dari Célyne. Célyne menggunakan instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran utamanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi pemasaran online yang dilakukan oleh @Celyne.official di instagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep 4P Marketing Mix oleh Jerome McCarthy (1968) yaitu product, price, place, dan promotions. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Fitur yang digunakan pada product adalah unggah foto, judul foto, dan hashtag yang bertujuan untuk menyebarkan informasi produk dari Célyne. Fitur yang digunakan pada price adalah instagram story dan highlight bertujuan menjadi katalog online dari Célyne. Fitur yang digunakan pada place adalah unggah foto, instagram story, highlights, dan insights yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah Célyne dalam melihat interest followers dan sebagai toko online. Dalam implementasi promotions menggunakan iklan, personal selling, direct selling, hubungan masyarakat, promosi penjualan, dan influencer marketing. Fitur yang digunakan pada promotions adalah unggah foto, komentar, judul foto, instagram story, instagram ads, dan direct messages (DM). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa @Celyne.official telah mengoptimalkan fitur instagram dalam melakukan komunikasi pemasaran.

Abstract

The ease of disseminating information about the products offered can influence economic competition in the business sector. Companies must carry out appropriate marketing in order to survive and compete with their competitors. Instagram is one of social media that companies can use to market their products by sharing photos and videos, as PT. Justatrip Sahabat Perjalanan does. This research aims to determine the use of Instagram as an online marketing media for PT. Justatrip Sahabat Perjalanan. The research method used is qualitative using the Marketing Mix theory (7P) by Kotler and Armstrong, namely: product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people and process. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of the Marketing Mix on the @just_atrip account can be seen through: product and price explanations in the feeds and highlights; direct message as a place to buy and sell products; promotions using the Instagram ads feature, giveaways, direct marketing and public relations via direct message and comments columns; physical evidence in the form of uploads regarding company facilities and characteristics in feeds and highlights; the minimalism and professionalism of people as seen in the reply comments on the feed; as well as a link in the bio of the @just_atrip account as an implementation process that can make it easier for consumers to order travel packages. The research results show that Instagram is used as an online marketing media by applying seven elements of the Marketing Mix so that it can produce positive feedback and increase insight on the Instagram account @just_atrip.

Abstract

Currently Instagram is developing into a platform for exchanging information. Many users use Instagram to share information, as well as find information. The Instagram account @wonosobozone is one of the accounts that provides local information content about Wonosobo Regency. The Instagram account @wonosobozone also uploads national and international news with various rubrics. All information uploaded by the Instagram account @wonosobozone in an interesting way in the form of feed, story, and video content (reels and IGTV). The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of the content of the @wonosobozone Instagram account on meeting the information needs of followers. This study uses the concept of information needs and Instagram content which includes feed posts, stories, story highlights, IGTV videos, and guides. The research uses quantitative methods. The research sample was taken from 100 respondents who are followers of the Instagram account @wonosobozone with a random sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to Instagram followers @wonosobozone. The data analysis techniques used in this study were normality test, correlation test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The results of the study prove that @wonosobozone's Instagram content has a significant influence on meeting the information needs of followers by 68,3%. While the remaining 31,7% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Technological developments provide convenience in various fields, including marketing and finance. Currently, marketing can be carried out digitally by utilizing internet technology. The presence of online loans, which is a type of peer-to-peer lending financial technology (fintech), is the result of advances in financial technology. PT. Fidac Innovation Technology is a company operating in the fintech sector and has the Dumi product which provides online loans specifically for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The purpose of this research is to determine digital marketing techniques in increasing sales of fintech peer-to-peer lending on Dumi products by using 5 (five) digital marketing techniques, namely: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online advertising, email marketing, mobile applications, and social media marketing. Qualitative descriptive is used as a research method by collecting data through interviews with PT employees. Fidac Technology Innovation IT Design Division which carries out digital marketing, observation and documentation. The research results show that the digital marketing techniques implemented by PT. Fidac Technological Innovation by utilizing SEO, online advertising, social media marketing and mobile applications is already running well. However, Dumi's digital product marketing technique in the form of email marketing has not been implemented due to limited resources.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology in society has become an important need, impacting the improvement of human resource quality and the emergence of new fields such as Visual Communication Design (DKV). One form of DKV development is User interface (UI), which helps users get information and interact with products. In supporting design processing, software assistance is needed, one of which is CorelDraw X7. To determine the quality of the CorelDraw X7 UI, an analysis was carried out using the theory of 8 Golden Rules of Interface Design which has indicators: Strive For Consistency, Seek Universal Usability, Offer Informative Feedback, Design Dialogs to Yield Closure, prevent errors, Permit Easy Reversal of Actions, Keep Users in Control, and minimize short-term memory load. The results of this study using the descriptive qualitative method show that the CorelDraw X7 UI is in the good category. Three indicators, namely Strive For Consistency, Seek Universal Usability, and Permit Easy Reversal of Actions, are applied optimally. Four indicators are applied well but not optimally, namely Offer Informative Feedback, prevent errors, Keep Users in Control, and minimize short-term memory load. The Design Dialogs to Yield Closure indicator is in the less than good category. Suggestions for improvement include reducing feedback delay, updating the status bar icon, adding languages ​​other than English-US, and updating the toolbox icon to reduce errors in selecting tools.
