Abstract

The number of hospitals that stand is a necessity of a form of competition in the field of the health industry. this also affects patients in determining the choice of a place for health services. the interest in patient re-visits can be determined by the factors of implementing patient safety and marketing mix. research objectives: this study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of patient safety and marketing mix on the interest in re-visiting patients in outpatient hospital 'x' with variables intervening patient confidence. research method: quantitative explanatory because it is to know the relationship between variables that are based on the research hypothesis. the samples in this study used the hair formula, namely (5-10) x n. the number of samples is (5) x 36, so 180sampel will be taken. the analysis technique uses structural equation modelling (sem). results of the study: the implementation of patient safety and marketing mix had a significant effect on patient confidence and interest in re-visiting. trust also significantly affects the patient's re-visiting interest. in addition, this study found that patient confidence mediated the effect of applying patient safety and marketing mix on patient re-visiting interest at "x" hospital bekasi.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is recognized as the best predictor of actual displacement. As a result of high turnover in nursing can lead to high financial costs, disrupt functional team formation, increase the workload of other nurses, and can reduce the quality of nursing services for patients and have an impact on overall hospital quality. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the formation of intention to move to nurses who are influenced by job satisfaction, work-family conflict, and appreciation. The research design is quantitative with a type of explanatory causality research using primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 174 people. The sampling technique in this study was carried out with the saturation sampling method. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The unit of analysis includes individual nurses with cross sectional time horizons. The results obtained are work-family conflict, appreciation, job satisfaction simultaneously affect the intention to move nurses at the "X" hospital. Work-family conflict has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Giving awards has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction gives effect to the formation of the intention to move. Work-family conflict has a positive effect on the formation of the intention to move. The awarding has a negative effect on the formation of nurses' intentions. The research findings show the “hallo effect” causes the actualization obtained by nurses has not been able to increase job satisfaction, resulting in stronger intention to move.

Abstract

Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals Article 32 it is stated that every Hospitals are required to record and report on all Hospital management activities in the form of a Hospital Management Information System. The effect of knowledge, motivation and workload in the implementation of SIRS with medical personnel compliance as an intervening variable at the Kemayoran Athlete's Wisma RSDC. This study uses quantitative analysis using a cross sectional. This research was conducted in December-January 2021 with 161 samples, the sampling technique was random sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate with test chi-square with p < 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and SIRS compliance (P Value = 0.000), Motivation (P Value = 0.000), Workload (P Value = 0.000). The author recommends evaluating several aspects such as networking, system requirements development, human resource development to be reviewed and the addition of a personnel information subsystem to the SIRS service.

Abstract

Occupational accidents in hospitals remain a safety issue that impacts the sustainability of services and organizational performance. This study aims to analyse the influence of Safety Leadership, Safety Climate, and Safety Self-Efficacy on Occupational Accidents with Safety Compliance as a mediating variable among employees at Tzu Chi Hospital. The study used a quantitative approach with an analytical survey design. Respondents numbered 296 employees from various work units. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) AMOS version 29 to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The analysis results show that Safety Leadership, Safety Climate, and Safety Self-Efficacy have a significant effect on Safety Compliance. Safety Compliance has a significant effect on Workplace Accidents. In addition, Safety Compliance is proven to mediate the influence of Safety Leadership, Safety Climate, and Safety Self-Efficacy on Workplace Accidents. These findings indicate that strengthening safety leadership, consistent perceptions of safety climate, and employee confidence in safety capabilities play an important role in shaping safe work compliance and reducing the incidence of workplace accidents. This study concludes that occupational accident prevention strategies in hospitals need to focus on strengthening safety leadership behaviour, a supportive safety climate, and increasing employee self-efficacy to encourage sustainable safety compliance.

Abstract

The enactment of government regulations requires every health service facility to maintain electronic medical records as an effort to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia. There are 13,372 healthcare facilities in Indonesia and only 40% have run EMR. Influencing aspects: human data sources, policies, regulations, infrastructure and costs. There are still differences in aspects and responses of doctors and nurses to the implementation of electronic medical records. The importance of interprofessional collaboration through communication, joint decision making, coordination and cooperation, as well as continuous quality improvement through total quality management strategies and work culture of health workers as an effort to improve the quality of health services. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of interprofessional collaboration, total quality management on the implementation of electronic medical records in the mediation of work culture simultaneously and partially. The method uses descriptive statistics, quantitative associative correlations and questionnaires. Sampling using systematic random sampling from respondents of 109 health workers in the outpatient installation of RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang. The results showed that there is an influence of interprofessional collaboration and total quality management on the implementation of electronic medical records mediated by work culture.  The coefficient value of the determination of influence on work culture variables and the implementation of electronic medical records of more than 0.75 is included in the medium category. Workshops related to the implementation of electronic edis records and effective communication among interprofessionals need to be conducted and further research can be carried out on the impact and benefits.
