Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal one's efforts to independently provide alternative solutions for the rehabilitation of neuro-insane lunatics or narcotics, or others by the method of Inabah Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya. The way of Thariqah Qadiriyah Wa Naqsyabandiyah is to perform prayers, fasting, Dhikr, reciting the Qur'an, and bathing taubah. Method of this research was qualitative approach, survey, interview and exploration. The result this research proved that this institution practiced the modern management philosophy: planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. This research explored the way of management sight to figure out organizing and contributing borstal rehabilitation, in order to encourage people to participate and contribute. The basic philosophy of patient rehabilitation is humanistic treatment, high empathy, brotherhood, not really insane, not exiled person, et cetera. But feel homy, freely to act, needness of each other, humanistic exploration, take and give to each other.

Abstract

Praktik manajemen rantai pasokan adalah faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Peneliti terdahulu menjelaskan bahwa praktik manajemen rantai pasokan dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh keunggulan kompetitif. Metode olah data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSSuntuk menganalisis pengaruh pada masing-masing indikator dari setiap variabel yang diteliti. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) pengrajin Batik yang berada di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasanya praktik manajemen rantai pasokan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dan keunggulan kompetitif mampu memediasi pada pengaruh positif praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja organisasi.Kata kunci: Praktik Manajemen Rantai Pasokan, Keunggulan Kompetitif, Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empirik pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus dan status kepegawaian sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan didukung dengan metode kualitatif. Obyek penelitian di Universitas Gadjah Mada Press (UGM Press) dan Wisma Magister Manajemen UGM (Wisma MM UGM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan UGM Press dan Wisma MM UGM. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan 4 (empat) tahap uji variabel moderasi. Hasil analisis uji tahap 1: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, uji tahap 2: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,926 untuk komitmen organisasi dan 0,599 untuk kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus atau diatas alpha 0,05. Uji tahap 3: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,076 untuk komitmen organisasi dan 0,068 untuk status kepegawaian atau diatas alpha 0,05. Uji tahap 4: nilai signifikansi pada uji t untuk variabel kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus sebesar 0,898, untuk status kepegawaian sebesar 0,148 diatas alpha 0,05.

Abstract

The problem faced by the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Service is employee performance that could have been more optimal. Democratic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Motivation and Work Environment are suspected as factors that influence employee performance. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of Democratic Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Service. This type of research is quantitative research. The primary data used by researchers were taken from questionnaires that had been given to respondents. The population in this study were employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Office, totaling 86 people. The number of employees used as samples is 80 employees with a census and using a saturated sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of DPMPD Dukcapil Office Employees in West Nusa Tenggara Province. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Social Service Employees of West Nusa Tenggara Province. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance of the West Nusa Tenggara Dukcapil DPMPD Office. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Dukcapil Dukcapil Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research also gives the result that on the variables of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Motivation and Work Environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a change in customer's habits in making hotel reservations online and the use of information systems in hotel operations in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Its purpose is to analyze how e-commerce and property management systems in hotel business activities in the 4.0 industrial revolution era. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data and information collection was at The Atrium Hotel and Resort, Gallery Prawirotaman Hotel, Grand Serela Yogyakarta, Novotel Suite Malioboro, and Cakra Kusuma Hotel Yogyakarta. This study concludes that online travel agents who are part of e-commerce are used in the hotel business because they can cut the reservation process and increase the range of hotel room sales. The property management system is used in the hotel business because it can facilitate the communication and data transfer process by integrating the departments within the hotel. Online travel agents and property management systems are part of a hotel management information system, namely enterprise resource planning (ERP). Both have functions and goals for the efficiency and effectiveness of hotel business activities so that service quality and profit can be achieved maximally in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation on the performance of all permanent academic staff employesss as UAD Yogyakarta. The population of this study consists of all staff members in campus one, campus two, campus three, campus four, and campus five at UAD Yogyakarta. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula because the population is known with certainty. The sample in this study consists of 197 staff members at UAD Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is random sampling as a method of data collection. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performnce, and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. The three variabels, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of this study are expected to contributi to the theory and practice of organizations in improving performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampling probability sampling dan teknik sampel jenuh. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 303 karyawan dengan status karyawan tetap. Responden yang terkumpul pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Motivasi belum mampu memediasi pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This research could be a form of subjective expression that unearths amazing ideas and builds a tourism trade approach through collaboration with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Information gathered through discussions, perceptions, and supplementary sources. Heha Sky View (HSV), located on the slope of Patuk in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is visited  by 15,000 people in a single day during peak season and offers beautiful views, twilight, a variety of Instagram-worthy selfie settings, the mountains, and culinary pleasures. With reasonable costs provided by 25 MSME units connected by skybridge, road nourishment slows down. Another goal of the HSV owner is to use the neighborhood as a buffer zone, benefits for communities, MSMEs, exchanges with multiplier effects, and transport. MSMEs care for, empower, and benefit stakeholders with a capital investment of 10 billion rupiah over a period of 4 (four) years. HSV ought to serve as an example for the tourism industry. The goal is to create sustainable, capital-efficient, and innovative tourism using both natural and manmade scenery. This can serve as an example of role model for Yogyakarta's MSME Partner- Based Tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Perceived Organizational Support and Person-Job Fit on the Performance of ASN Employees at BKAD Kulon Progo Regency. Using an associative approach, primary data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents who ASN employees using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The result showed that Transformational Leadership Style, organizational support, and fit between individuals and jobs contributed significantly to improving employee Performance at BKAD Kulon Progo Regency. This finding emphasizes the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style, perceived organizational support and person-job on employee performance
