Abstract

Banjarnegara as one of the batik producing centers in the Indonesia, namely in the Susukan District, which borders the Banyumas area. However, Batik Gumelem is not as famous as Batik Pekalongan, Batik Solo, or Batik Banyumas. The aim of this research is to analyze the  effect of social identity to positif words of mouth that mediated of consumer brand identification. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 185 respondents who knew about Batik Gumelem Banjarnegara. Validity testing uses confirmatory factor analysis and all items have factor loading above 0,6. Reliability testing uses cronbach’s alpha and all variables have cronbach’s alpha above 0,6. The data analysis method uses regression with mediating variable. The results showed that social identity has a positive effect on positive word of mouth, social identity has a positive effect on consumer brand identification, and consumer brand identification has a positive effect on positive word of mouth. Consumer brand identification as role as mediating variable. This shows that Batik Gumelem is perceived to have the power to be able to create an identity for consumers and lead to behavior to disseminate information about Batik Gumelem to others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal one's efforts to independently provide alternative solutions for the rehabilitation of neuro-insane lunatics or narcotics, or others by the method of Inabah Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya. The way of Thariqah Qadiriyah Wa Naqsyabandiyah is to perform prayers, fasting, Dhikr, reciting the Qur'an, and bathing taubah. Method of this research was qualitative approach, survey, interview and exploration. The result this research proved that this institution practiced the modern management philosophy: planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. This research explored the way of management sight to figure out organizing and contributing borstal rehabilitation, in order to encourage people to participate and contribute. The basic philosophy of patient rehabilitation is humanistic treatment, high empathy, brotherhood, not really insane, not exiled person, et cetera. But feel homy, freely to act, needness of each other, humanistic exploration, take and give to each other.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how motivation, pay, and career advancement affect teachers' performance. The study's sample consisted of 51 teachers. Multiple regression is the statistical tool utilized, with the sample method being simple random sampling. Using the statistical program SPSS 16.0, data were examined. With a sig F value of 0.000 < 0.1 and an f-count of 18.976, the findings of this study demonstrate that motivation, compensation, and career growth strongly influence teacher performance. The findings of the motivation t-test, with a sig t value of 0.025 < 0.1 and a t-count value of 2.310, have a significant impact on teachers' performance. With a significant value of 0.000 < 0.1 and a t-count of 4.439, career growth strongly influences teacher performance.

Abstract

This study's goal is to determine how the workplace environment, multiple roles, and workload affect their cyberloafing habits. In order to collect quantitative data for this study, questionnaires were distributed and library data were utilised. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The data analysis methods used are coefficient of determination (R2), traditional assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and data quality testing. As shown by the significance level F < α (0.000 < 0 .05) and adjusted R square of 0.375, the findings of this study show that workload, multiple roles, and the work environment have an immediate and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior. Research indicates that 37.5% of cyberloafing behavior is caused by workload, multiple roles, and work environment.

Abstract

Perempuan merupakan salah satu komponen yang ada di masyarakat yang bisa dilibatkan dalam pembangunan. Dalam bidang pendidikan dan ekonomi misalnya, banyak perempuan yang tidak memiliki kemampuan memperoleh peluang kerja karena keterbatasan atau tidak bisa mengolah potensi yang ada pada dirinya maka perlunya pemberdayaan perempuan.  Tujuan pemberdayaan kewirausahaan yaitu membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memperoleh capaian luaran peningkatan keterampilan bidang usaha kewirausahaan, dan pengkreasian kemandirian. Solusi dari permasalahan berbasis pada metode proses meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi perempuan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital.  Metode pelaksanaan berbasis pada desain pemikiran dan sistimatis meliputi rangkaian workshop dengan pokok diskusi mengenai solusi permasalahan kekinian dengan menyertakan bentuk keterlibatan dan peran serta amal usaha Muhammadiyah, berbasis pada penjelasan tahapan untuk mengatasi beberapa solusi permasalahan beberapa bidang utama yang memberikan hasil pengetahuan, ketrampilan, kualitas, jumlah, jenis, kapasitas produk, jumlah aset, omset, kemampuan manajemen, keuntungan, dan kemudahan penjualan. Hasil dan luaran kegiatan setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi yaitu mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai model kewirausahaan dan pelatihan penjualan berbasis pemasaran online. Selanjutnya, peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengambilan gambar produk sebagai strategi pemasaran dan pelaku usaha menerapkan pembuatan iklan yang menarik bagi produk.     Abstract: Women are one of the societal components that might contribute to growth. In the sectors of education and the economy, for instance, many women cannot find employment prospects because they are constrained or unable to realize their potential; therefore, it is essential to empower women. Empowering entrepreneurship aims to develop high-quality human resources, obtain outputs that enhance entrepreneurial business abilities, and foster independence. The solution to the issue is based on a method for developing women's entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills based on digital technologies. The technique of execution is based on critical thinking and systematic design, comprising a series of workshops with the subject of debate on solutions to current problems by including forms of involvement and participation in Muhammadiyah humanitarian activities, based on an explanation of the phases to overcome numerous problem solutions in several primary areas that produce outcomes of knowledge, skills, quality, number, type, product capacity, total assets, turnover, and management capacity. First, there was a greater grasp of the entrepreneurial model and Internet marketing-based sales training due to the activities conducted after socializing. Second, improving understanding of product photography as a marketing tactic and business actors' implementation of appealing product advertisements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain if pay and work rules have an impact on employee performance at one of the enterprises in Indonesia. There are 50 persons in the whole population that are all study responders. This study makes use of primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to research site workers. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method employed in this study and is carried out using the SPSS software. According to the study's findings, employee performance is influenced by work discipline more so than by compensation. Employee performance is concurrently impacted by pay and workplace rules.

Abstract

Examining the effects of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline, and job happiness on employees' performance is the goal of this study. The study's population, which totaled 100 people, was made up of workers. The required sample is gathered using a convenience sampling technique. Facts gathered directly from survey respondents are considered primary data. It is here retrieved directly by responding to a questionnaire. The scale that is widely used in the construction of questionnaires is the Likert scale. The data analysis methods employed in this study are hypothesis testing, conventional assumption testing, and data quality testing (validity and reliability testing). Workplace discipline has a significant impact on how well people perform, according to research findings. Work motivation has a big impact on employee performance. A leader's style does not significantly affect employee performance. Job satisfaction has a substantial impact on employee performance. Work ethics, work motivation, leadership style, and job satisfaction all have a big impact on employee performance. An analysis of the adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the competence, work discipline, remuneration, organizational culture, and organizational commitment variables may all be utilized to explain the performance variable. Meanwhile, the other difference is influenced by or explained by additional elements outside the purview of this research.

Abstract

This research could be a form of subjective expression that unearths amazing ideas and builds a tourism trade approach through collaboration with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Information gathered through discussions, perceptions, and supplementary sources. Heha Sky View (HSV), located on the slope of Patuk in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is visited  by 15,000 people in a single day during peak season and offers beautiful views, twilight, a variety of Instagram-worthy selfie settings, the mountains, and culinary pleasures. With reasonable costs provided by 25 MSME units connected by skybridge, road nourishment slows down. Another goal of the HSV owner is to use the neighborhood as a buffer zone, benefits for communities, MSMEs, exchanges with multiplier effects, and transport. MSMEs care for, empower, and benefit stakeholders with a capital investment of 10 billion rupiah over a period of 4 (four) years. HSV ought to serve as an example for the tourism industry. The goal is to create sustainable, capital-efficient, and innovative tourism using both natural and manmade scenery. This can serve as an example of role model for Yogyakarta's MSME Partner- Based Tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze brand image, product quality, promotion, and purchasing system on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles in the city of Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all users of Honda automatic motorcycles in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was 150 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing systems have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and show that brand image, product quality, promotion and purchasing systems have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The R square value of 0.659 indicates that the ability of the independent variable to explain the variation of the dependent variable is 65.9% and the remaining 34.1% is explained by variables outside the research model..
