Abstract

Children's worship practices organized at school and at home should be based on the awareness of religious feelings. The importance of children's awareness of religious feeling is the main reason for success in children's religious and spiritual development. This study aims to analyze children's worship practice preferences and the emotional expressions shown towards these preferences. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The number of respondents was 32 children with different school backgrounds, namely, Public kindergarten, Privat Kindergarten and Islamic Privat Kindergarten. Data collection was done with picture-based interviews (worship practices, worship partners and emotional expressions). As a result, most children chose prayer and read Quran as their preferred worship practices. The most chosen worship partner is a friend. The majority of children received motivation to worship from their peers. The enthusiasm for intensive worship is shown during the month of Ramadan, where children together with their friends worship at the mosque. Religious feelings is formed from children's worship habits such as prayer, read Quran, fasting and alms. The most chosen expression of emotion is very happy with the majority  reasons are being happy to worship with friends.

Abstract

Kehadiran seorang ayah dalam kegiatan bermain anak sangat penting untuk menjadi pelindung dan bisa menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri anak, serta untuk menstimulus perkembangan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis upaya ayah dalam menggalakkan aktivitas bermain di rumah; 2) menganalisis  keterlibatan ayah dalam kegiatan bermain di rumah. Subyek  penelitian ini adalah ayah dari anak usia 5-6 tahun yang bersekolah di TK Kalongan II Ungaran Timur Provinsi Semarang yang berjumlah 23 orang. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, studi literatur, dan triangulasi. Temuan tersebut memberikan data mengenai upaya ayah dalam kegiatan bermain anak usia dini di lingkungan rumah cenderung mengarah pada fasilitasi. Sementara itu, bentuk keterlibatan ayah dalam kegiatan bermain anak di lingkungan rumah berupa provider, protector, decision maker, child specialiser and educator, dan nurture mother.

Abstract

Pengembangan nilai moral agama erat kaitannya tentang budi pekerti seorang anak, sikap sopan santun, kemauan melaksanakan ajaran agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pola pembiasaan pendidikan agama Islam anak usia dini dalam keluarga yang baik sehingga nantinya mampu menjaga keimanannya untuk berbuat sesuai ajaran agama dan moralitasnya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui  pola pembiasaan pendidikan agama islam untuk anak usia dini di lingkungan keluarga: studi kasus TK YAMMBA Jatibarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak TK YAMMBA Jatibarang Brebes. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pembiasaan pendidikan agama Islam anak usia dini melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila dimensi Beriman, Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan Berakhlak Mulia pada kegiatan intrakurikuler diimplementasikan melalui lima model, yaitu: pembiasaan, keteladanan, pembinaan disiplin peserta  didik, pembelajaran partisipatif, dan program kegiatan sekolah.

Abstract

Work motivation drives teachers to perform optimally, while transformational leadership can inspire and empower teachers to achieve shared goals effectively. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how work experience functions as a mediating variable in the relationship between work motivation and transformational leadership on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. The population was 380 teachers with a sample of 190 kindergarten teachers in Kupang City using a random sampling technique using guidance from the Kerjce table. Data collection used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with 47 items measuring work motivation, transformational leadership, teacher performance with and the work experience. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and transformational leadership can improve teacher performance directly and indirectly through work experience. This study shows that work motivation and transformational leadership majorly impact school teacher performance. There is a significant effect of work experience in mediating work motivation on teacher performance. In addition, work experience significantly influences and mediates transformational leadership on teacher performance. It is hoped that the results of this study can support the science of human resource management and teacher performance both academic and practical.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of teachers in inclusive education for early childhood in terms of differences in teacher efficacy values and teaching experience. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population in this study is 30 PAUD teachers in Semarang City. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The statistical analysis process was carried out using the IBM Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) for windows version 26 computer program. The results of the study indicate that the level of teacher efficacy plays an important role in determining their readiness to implement inclusive education in PAUD in Semarang City. The novelty of this study lies in the focus of research on the readiness of early childhood teachers by considering differences in their efficacy and experience values. This can provide a deeper understanding of how early childhood educators face challenges in the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi instrumen tes literasi sains berbasis kerangka PISA pada materi sistem pencernaan untuk siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan instrumen penilaian yang tidak hanya mengukur penguasaan konsep, tetapi juga kemampuan berpikir ilmiah dalam konteks kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dimodifikasi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Instrumen yang dikembangkan mengacu pada tiga domain literasi sains PISA, yaitu: konteks, pengetahuan, dan proses ilmiah. Validasi isi dilakukan oleh dua orang ahli menggunakan teknik Gregory dan menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian yang tinggi antar penilai. Uji validitas empiris dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Point Biserial dengan bantuan SPSS 29.00, dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar butir soal memiliki nilai validitas tinggi. Selain itu, analisis konstruk dan bahasa menunjukkan bahwa instrumen telah disusun secara sistematis, menggunakan bahasa yang sesuai dengan kaidah EYD, serta mudah dipahami oleh siswa sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, instrumen tes literasi sains yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid secara isi dan empiris serta layak digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi kemampuan literasi sains siswa SD. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan asesmen berbasis konteks dan mendukung peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains di jenjang pendidikan dasar.
