Abstract

The elucidation on making organic fertilizer from starfruit cultivation waste was held to transfer the technology to farmers in utilizing the leftover waste from starfruit cultivation to be healthy, environmentally friendly, and sustainable of starfruit cultivation. Organic fertilizer is essential as a buffer for the soil's physical, chemical, and biological properties to increase fertilizer efficiency and land productivity. The method used in this activity is the elucidation of materials used and the demonstration of organic fertilizer production. The material given was the role and the function of organic fertilizer for soil, environment, and crop yields. Also, the steps of producing organic fertilizer were utilizing the leftover starfruit cultivation and farmer's livestock manure in Karangsari Village. During the training on producing organic fertilizers, the presentation of the material on the benefits of organic fertilizers was going well, and the community's enthusiasm was visible. 28 of 30 invited people attended, meaning the attendance rate was 93%. Many participants actively asked questions, and the discussion went well. During the production of organic fertilizer, participants carried out the activities actively, starting from preparing ingredients and mixing ingredients until the completion of producing organic fertilizer

Abstract

Green mustard plants are plants that are cultivated because they have high economic value and are needed by the community. However, there are problems in cultivation, one way to overcome them is by providing liquid organic fertilizer. NASA POC is a liquid organic fertilizer derived from agricultural and livestock waste which has a high macro and micro nutrient content. The aim of the research was to determine the best NASA POC concentration that increases the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L). The research used quantitative analysis designed in a 1 factor Randomized Block Design consisting of 6 levels and repeated 4 times. Observation variables were plant height, stem diameter and fresh weight of green mustard plants. The data was analyzed using variance. The results of this research were that the application of NASA POC of 10 ml/L was able to increase the height of green mustard plants by 21.53 cm, stem diameter by 14.40 cm, and fresh weight of mustard greens by 195.70 grams.

Abstract

Pesantren memiliki peran strategis tidak hanya sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, tetapi juga sebagai motor pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis serta merumuskan model bisnis pesantren dalam mendukung pengembangan agroekonomi rakyat dengan studi kasus di Pesantren Darul Falah Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, di mana lokasi dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan keberadaan aktivitas ekonomi berbasis pertanian. Informan meliputi pimpinan pesantren, pengelola unit usaha, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren memiliki kekuatan utama berupa modal sosial yang kuat, keterlibatan aktif santri dalam kegiatan ekonomi, serta kedekatan dengan masyarakat pedesaan yang potensial di sektor pertanian. Namun, terdapat kelemahan seperti keterbatasan kapasitas manajerial dan akses terhadap permodalan. Di sisi lain, peluang pengembangan cukup besar melalui dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, meningkatnya permintaan produk pertanian, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan pendekatan Blue Ocean Strategy, dirumuskan model bisnis pesantren yang mengintegrasikan pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengembangan agribisnis berbasis potensi lokal, serta pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi santri. Model ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren sekaligus memperkuat pengembangan agroekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Mitra pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani Tunas Berkah yang bergerak di bidang pembibitan tanaman sayuran yang berdomisili di RW 04 Desa Gedog  Kecamatan Sananwetan Kota Blitar.  Tujuan Pengabdian: (1) membentuk mitra menjadi lebih produktif dan memiliki jiwa dan nilai kewirausahaan yang tinggi (2) meningkatkan pengalaman mahasiswa belajar di luar kampus sebagai salah satu implementasi MBKM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi: (1) perencanaan program, (2) Persiapan administrasi dan koordinasi tim, (3) Pendampingan secara berkelanjutan sejak pra produksi sampai pasca produksi, (4) Evaluasi Kegiatan (5) Pengendalian. Hasil Kegiatan yang dicapai adalah (1) Mengatasi permasalahan produksi bibit, (2) Mengatasi permasalahan manajemen usaha dan sumberdaya manusia, (3) Mengatasi permasalahan pemasaran bibit. Peningkatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan pada Kebun Bibit (Nursery) milik Kelompok Wanita Tani Tunas Berkah dalam kapasitas KB berorientasi sosial menjadi berorientasi Bisnis telah berhasil dilakukan dengan menerapkan solusi pada aspek produksi, menejemen usaha dan sdm serta pemasaran (marketing).  Aspek produksi dicapai dengan menerapkan beberapa inovasi yaitu Inovasi media tanam, handling bibit, maintenance bibit dan packaging (pengemasan bibit).  Permasalahan pada manajemen usaha dan SDM dicapai solusinya dengan peeningkatan kemandirian usaha, pengelolaan SDM dan kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait.  Sedangkan peningkatan pemberdayaan marketing dicapai dengan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard (Pekarangan Pangan Lestari/P2L) program by Women Farmer Groups in strengthening household food security in Blitar City. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 30 group members using structured questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to assess participation, program effectiveness, and its impact on household food security. The results showed an 83.3% participation rate, with an average yard utilization of 25 m² per household. The program increased household food availability by 37.5% and expanded crop diversity from an average of three to seven plant species. Furthermore, 68.3% of households became self-sufficient in vegetable consumption, participants’ knowledge increased by 41.2%, household food expenditures decreased by IDR 150,000–300,000 per month, and program sustainability reached 76.7% after six months, despite limitations in facilities and technical assistance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi, frekuensi aplikasi, dan interaksi keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L.) varietas Detap-1. Permasalahan penelitian difokuskan pada upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kedelai melalui penerapan pupuk bionanofertilizer dengan konsentrasi dan frekuensi aplikasi yang tepat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Rejowinangun, Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar pada Juni–November 2025 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu konsentrasi pupuk bionanofertilizer (6, 9, dan 12 ml l⁻¹) serta frekuensi aplikasi (1, 2, dan 3 minggu sekali). Setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang tiga kali. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi konsentrasi dan frekuensi aplikasi memengaruhi pertumbuhan vegetatif dan komponen hasil tanaman kedelai. Kombinasi konsentrasi 6 mL L⁻¹ dengan frekuensi aplikasi satu minggu sekali memberikan respons terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah polong, berat polong, jumlah biji, bobot biji, dan bobot 100 biji. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi tersebut berpotensi menjadi strategi pemupukan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman kedelai.
