Abstract

Desa Gedangan Kecamatan Sumobito Kabupaten Jombang adalah sasaran program KRTP dengan model bantuan berupa pelatihan dengan tujuan Penanggulangan Feminisasi Kemiskinan (PFK) melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan membuat aneka kue dengan memanfaatkan metode pemasaran berbasis on-line media pemasaran online melalui sosial media diyakini merupakan suatu metode yang cocok digunakan sebagai alternatif cara menjual di era digital saat ini, media sosial yang digunakan dalam melakukan pemasaran on-line melalui aplikasi whatsapp, WhatsApp adalah aplikasi pesan untuk smartphone dengan basic mirip BlackBerry Messenger yang dimana kegunaan whatsapp sendiri adalah sebagai media social chat dimana bisa saling tukar informasi antar pribadi maupun dalam group. Whatsapp juga pesan lintas platform yang memungkinkan kita bertukar pesan tanpa biaya SMS, karena whatsapp messenger menggunakan paket data internet yang sama untuk email, browsing web, dan lain-lain

Abstract

Sebagai unit usaha yang dimiliki hampir oleh semua desa di Indonesia, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) diharapkan mampu berkontribusi guna perbaikan ekonomi masyarakat desa sebagai mana tujuan awal pembentukan BUMDes oleh pemerintah. Namun faktanya masih banyak BUMDes yang masih belum bisa berkembang sesuai harapan. Untuk itu, perlu pembinaan secara konsisten untuk mengatasi maslah tersebut. BUMDes Tawa Tabat sebagai mitra binaan, terletak di desa Tanjung Wadung Kecamatan Kabuh Kabupaten Jombang. Mitra binaan memiliki unit usaha simpan pinjam. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi antara lain adalah perkembangan usaha yang cenderung statis, kemampuan manajerial pengurus yang terbatas serta kurangnya inovasi untuk diversifikasi usaha BUMDes. Untuk itu, penulis bersama tim mahasiswa melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan guna mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 5 (lima) bulan yaitu pada bulan Nopember 2020 – Maret 2021 melalui Sekolah BUMDes yang digagas oleh STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang. Kegiatan ini terbagi dalam 2 (dua) tahap yaitu pelatihan intensif di kampus STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang (Inclass program) serta praktik di lapangan (outclass program). Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut diperoleh respon yang cukup baik. Mitra binaan telah mampu menyusun alat kelengkapan administrasi guna mendukung perbaikan manajerial serta mampu melakukan uji coba diversifikasi usaha yaitu penjualan beras kemasan hasil dari usaha tani setempat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada pengunjung Kenduren Wonomerto 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap citra destinasi pada pengunjung Kenduren Wonomerto 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra destinasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada pengunjung Kenduren Wonomerto. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan berkunjung yang dimediasi citra destinasi pada pengunjung Kenduren Wonomerto. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian eksplanasi yang dilaksanakan melalui pengumpulan data dilapangan. Asumsi-asumsi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa variabel-variabel yang dapat diukur dengan menggunakan variabel-variabel yang diukur dengan menggunakan tanggapan responden dengan angket, sampel adalah pengunjung Kenduren Wonomerto sebanyak 100 pengunjung, analisa data dengan menggunakan SEM dengan pendekatan WarpPLS dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Electronic Word Of Mouth mampu meningkatkan Citra destinasi ke Kenduren Wonomerto 2) Citra destinasi mampu meningkatkan keputusan berkunjung ke Kenduren Wonomerto 3) Electronic Word Of Mouth tidak mampu meningkatkan keputusan Berkunjung ke Kenduren Wonomerto 4) Citra destinasi memediasi penuh peningkatan electronic word of mouth dengan keputusan berkunjung

Abstract

Adanya perbedaan secara spesifik target penjualan pribadi membuat strategi penjualan pribadi dari tim penjualan mengambil langkah yang “tersembunyi” untuk memenuhinya (Sheth, 1973; Macdonald et al., 2016). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi transedental (Moustakas, 1994) dan berfokus pada interaksi penjualan pribadi dalam melakukan penjualan pribadi dan alasan mereka melakukan strategi tersebut karena area ini memiliki belum cukup dibahas dalam literatur. Dalam memeriksa interaksi strategi penjualan pribadi dan fungsi pembelian, sebagai dua bidang minat teoritis. Abstract

This article explores Temanten.id start up Apps is a Social Enterprise Business Network focusing on collaborative efforts of young people to strengthen business resilience and sustainability. The case study approach builds on previous studies (Adler & Clark, 1991; Leonard-Barton, 1992; Von Hippel & Tire, 1995; and Hoopes & Postrel, 1999). Case studies on 216 new businesses founded by 610 students from 60 universities throughout Indonesia to become new entrepreneurs. Wabah covid 19, telah melumpuhkan perekonomian dunia, khususnya di Indonesia, dampak terbesar yang dirasakan adalah menurunya daya beli masyarakat, karena tergangunya roda perekonomian, dengan penurunan tersebut tentu saja konsumen akan lebih selektif dalam memilih produk yang akan dibeli, inovasi merupakan kunci dari keberhasilan suatu bisnis. Abstract

Entrepreneurship training entitled "Social Innovation in Community Empowerment: Creating New Entrepreneurs Sewing Hajatan Bags and Dasters from Used Sarong Fabric in Kayen Village, Bandarkedungmulyo District" aims to improve technical skills, understanding of social entrepreneurship, and digital marketing strategies for non-productive housewives. This program was implemented on October 27-30, 2024 at the Kayen Village Hall and was attended by 20 participants. The implementation of the activity included a pre-test stage to measure initial abilities, technical training in sewing hajatan bags and dasters, and a post-test to evaluate the results of the training. The post-test results showed an average increase of 65% in sewing skills, understanding of the concept of social entrepreneurship, and product marketing skills. During the training, several obstacles were identified, including limited tools and supporting materials, disparities in the initial skill levels of participants, and the lack of confidence of some participants in utilizing digital platforms for marketing. These obstacles were successfully overcome through intensive mentoring by a team of trainers who provided practical direction and motivation during the activity. As a concrete result, four business groups were formed, namely the Bodeh Group, the Amanah Kreatif Group, the Maju Jaya Sewing House, and the Mak Kreatif Group, which utilize digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee to support the marketing of their products. This program not only increases the capacity of individual participants but also creates a sustainable community-based entrepreneurial ecosystem. The results of the training show that the social innovation approach can be an effective solution to significantly empower the economy of rural communities. With proper implementation, this model has the potential to be replicated in other areas to overcome similar problems.

Abstract

The problem of organic waste, especially dry leaves, is one of the environmental challenges that has not been optimally resolved in Indonesia. Kaliwungu Village, Jombang District, is one of the areas that has high potential for dry leaf waste, but has not been utilized economically. Most of this waste is simply burned, causing air pollution and carbon emissions. This community service program aims to empower environmental cadres and PKK cadres through training in making briquettes from dry leaves, which not only provides environmental solutions but also opens up business opportunities based on social entrepreneurship. The training was carried out for three days involving 30 participants. Activities included socialization, technical training, business simulations, and evaluation of results. The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, with an average pretest score of 40% increasing to 85% in the posttest. As an output, participants succeeded in producing 300 briquettes that met alternative fuel quality standards. In addition, most participants expressed their readiness to start a briquette business independently or in groups. This program has a positive impact on social, economic, and environmental aspects, in line with the principles of sustainable development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, especially point 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and point 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). With continued assistance and collaboration with strategic partners, it is hoped that this program will be able to create a sustainable small business ecosystem based on the environment and provide wider benefits for the people of Kaliwungu Village.

Abstract

The Business Management Training for Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Gabusbanaran Village, Tembelang, Jombang, was designed to improve the entrepreneurial capacity of PMI in utilizing remittance funds productively. This program integrates theoretical and practical approaches through business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies. The implementation method includes a survey of participant needs, provision of theoretical materials, practical simulations, and post-training assistance to ensure the sustainability of implementation. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participant competence, with an average increase in ability of 24.87%, based on a comparison of pretest and posttest scores. Participants showed progress in understanding the concept of entrepreneurship, preparing business plans, and using digital technology for marketing. However, this training faced obstacles such as low technological literacy, limited business capital, and lack of participant confidence. To overcome these obstacles, ongoing assistance, simplification of training materials, and strengthening access to technology are needed. In addition to providing a positive impact on individual participants, this program contributes to village economic development through the formation of local entrepreneur communities. With a systematic and sustainability-oriented approach, this training can be a strategic model in similar community empowerment programs in other areas

Abstract

This community service activity shows that the Puskad business incubator as part of the community can remain closely connected with the community that gave birth to it. For example, the problem of poverty which continues to haunt social life must continue to be eradicated. This can be alleviated, for example, by entrepreneurship or business development. Meanwhile, business development continued to develop over time, resulting in the rise of social media. With this service, we can see that people must share knowledge and experience with each other so that we can develop together. Therefore, answers from academics to problems and society can be displayed here. Using the participatory action research method, it was found that the way to increase the younger generation's understanding and knowledge of social media is to start with interaction. The differences that arise from social media training can be seen through the accuracy of conveying information to the appropriate target audience, equipment and communication facilities between creative actors, and budget conditions to meet the training and creativity needs of the community. The results of content creator training for entrepreneurs are: 1) Improved Communication Skills; 2) Increased Brand Awareness; 3) Increase interaction with customers; 4) Increase Conversions and Sales; 5) Marketing Cost Savings
