Abstract

Shahifah Madinah: A State System According to the Prophet Muhammad SAWShahifat al-Madinah as a reference for the model of state life at the time of the Prophet Muhammad can be found in two books, namely: the book of Al-Amwal and in the book of sirah nabawiyah ibn Hisham. In previous research, it is stated that in the book of Al-Amwal, although the hadith has a sanad, there are two narrators who are considered weak (mursal), while in the book of Ibn Hisham, there is no sanad. To find out the existence of the contents of the shahifah in the hadith so that it can be used as a guide, it is necessary to study it from the perspective of the hadith. The purpose of this study is to find out the state system in Shahifat al-Madinah and to find out the hadiths containing the texts/manuscripts of Shahifat al-Madinah. This research used a library approach with the method of content analysis (content analysis) on the Shahifat al-Madinah. The results show that the main book 9 encyclopedia can be found in the book Sahih al-Bukhari no. 6756, Sunan Abu Daud no. 2606, Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hambal No. 913, 1231 and 1330, 8808, 9432. However, there are related hadiths in it as follows: Sahih al-Bukhari no. 1737, 1740, 2936, 2943,6258, Sahih Muslim no. 2429, 2433, 2434,2435, 2774, Sunan Tirmidzi no. 2053, Sunan Abu Daud no. 1739, Musnad Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal no. 581, 986, 6920, 8808, 10384, 13012, 16112

Abstract

This research learns the level of Tastafi's recitation activities on changes in psycho-religious aspects of Langsa City community. The objective determines the community's motivation to participate in Tastafi's recitation activities and their impacts on development and changes in their psycho-religious aspects. The methodology combines between qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach uses theory of religiously psychological, monistic and faculty. As for the quantitative approach use percentage theory and Pearson's product-moment. Data collection uses questionnaires, observations, and documentation techniques. The research subjects were 30 Langsa City residents as members of the Tastafi recitation. It was found that there was a significant change from the psycho-religious aspect. The Tastafi arrival changes the Langsa City people's behavior, such as increasing worship activities, religious spirit, knowledge practice, and spiritual values in daily life. The routine level in these Tastafi recitation activities is very high, up to 50% (15 people). Furthermore, the change in psycho-religious aspects after attending the recitation is 60% (18 people). The Pearson's product-moment calculation prove that the significance and correlation are positive (perfect) with a rxy value of 0.798.

Abstract

This paper tries to review and analyze the thoughts of the twentieth-century Acehnese ulama, Shaykh Mudawali Al-Khalidi, who was one of the charismatic ulama of Aceh in the twentieth century, because in the context of Aceh, the role of a dayah ulama was very influential in people's lives. The problem of kalam thinking that often becomes a hot conversation at any time for example about the acts of servants, the will or justice of God and eschatology, which is believed to be able to answer the problems of the Ummah and there will be a basic concept about it, where the Acehnese people who are known to be harmonious and polite bring many basic foundations kalam that makes them live peacefully. Abuya Mudawali in giving his views on the acts of the servants of God and God gave optional for the servants so that later there would be justice for the servants of God in life after death (eschatology) these three problems are interrelated with each other, then there must be consistency of thought.

Abstract

This research will answer, how is the implementation of the Matang Teupah Village Regulation No. 12 of 2010 concerning the business license for chicken farming, how is the environment for the poultry farm business in Matang Teupah Village according to Fiqh Siyasah. This research is field research and manuscript analysis and this type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study are: the efforts of the Matang Teupah Village Government and the Aceh Tamiang District Government in controlling environmental pollution caused by the community who have a broiler business have been going quite well because the Village Government has made several efforts in accordance with government regulations in controlling the waste pollution. and set forth in Village Regulations so as to be able to maintain the surrounding environment free from waste pollution. In view of fiqh siyasah environmental pollution carried out by the community in Matang Teupah Village, in not accordance with Islamic law, because humans as caliphs on earth are to be able to prosper the earth in accordance with Islamic law and preserve it. In the view of Islam, the caliph is responsible for himself, he must also bear the responsibility of his fellow living creatures and the whole of nature, including in maintaining the sustainability of the existing environment.

Abstract

This article discusses the nafs (soul) in the Qur'anic Perspective. The concept of the Qur’an regarding the best nafs is to refer to the human side in a potentially good way, resulting in good behavior. In the sense of a positive nafs who can always control himself from his desires to goodness. Not a few verses in the Qur’an that encourage humans to maintain the sanctity of lust and not dirty it. And it can be concluded that humans are endowed with nafs by Allah, with the nafs that humans can live to function as they should. With nafs, man works. And with the nafs is human worship

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of the majelis taklim Tastafi in shaping the spiritual dimension of the Langsa City community. Participants in the study were 30 members of the majelis taklim Tastafi. The mixed-method approach is used to answer the problem; the quantitative type uses Pearson product-moment, and the qualitative type uses the descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research findings show there is a significant relationship between the activities of the majelis taklim Tastafi in shaping the spiritual dimension of the Langsa City community, indicated by the validity test of the Pearson product-moment correlation data on the activities of the majelis taklim Tastafi and the spiritual dimension, prayer fulfilment fields 0.959, universality 0.954 and connectedness 0.937. The null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed is accepted; namely, there is a positive relationship and a very significant correlation between attending majlis taklim and the spiritual dimension variables. The higher the routine in attending the majelis taklim, the higher the spiritual dimension and vice versa; this is evidenced by the validity of the data with the results of all values ​​​​of the spiritual dimension on Sig ( 2-tailed) was 0.000 (p < 0.01). The formation of the spiritual dimension is seen in the practice of worship, belief, relationship with God and humans, and individual responsibilities in life. Abstract

This study examines the influence of study tawhid on the dimension of religious of santri in Langsa City. The subject of the research was 125 santri of Salafiyah and integrated Islamic boarding schools. The research questions include; was there a correlation between study of tawhid carried out at the Islamic boarding schools and the dimension of religious of the santri in Langsa City. The researcher applied a mixed-method, which combined quantitative and qualitative approaches. Pearson product-moment was used to measure the validity of quantitative data and analytical descriptive was involved to analyze the qualitative data. Results showed that the correlation values between the students’ study of tawhid value and their dimension of religious at the Salafiah Islamic boarding school were; ideological 0,980, ritualistic 0,971, experiential 0,975, intellectuality 0,979, and consequential 0,926. All of the values were higher than r table, which was 0,278. This indicated that there was a significant correlation between the dimension of religious and the study of tawhid. While, results of students values at the integrated Islamic boarding school were ideological 0,941, ritualistic 0,951, experiential 0,944, intellectual 0,943, and consequential 0,910. The values were higher than r table, which was 0,403. This indicated that there was a significant correlation. The value of religiosity Sig (2-tailed) of Salafiyah and integrated boarding schools was 0,000 (p<0,01) thus the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This showed that there were significant correlations between the two variables.

Abstract

The Inkar Sunnah Order in North Sumatra: A Study of Argumentation and Its DevelopmentThis study aims to determine the development and arguments of the Inkar Sunah understanding, especially in North Sumatra; Inkar Sunah understanding; even though there has been a ban from the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI: Majelis Ulama Indonesia), its existence still exists and is active in people's lives. This research is qualitative using a library research approach; the descriptive analysis method is used to describe and analyze research data, data collection by observation, interviews and documentation to the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI); after the data collected will be reduced, presented and draw a conclusion. Research findings include; that in the development of the Inkar Sunah in North Sumatra, there is an understanding that rejects the hadith/sunnah and indirectly rejects the Qur’an due to not understanding the method of interpreting the Qur’an by the standards that the commentator has prepared. Thus, a group of Inkar Sunah reject the sunnah of the Prophet saw and leave the Qur’an. Inkar Sunah in North Sumatra is not affiliated with any other group. The North Sumatra MUI has issued a fatwa prohibiting the Inkar Sunnah. However, the spread of Inkar Sunnah is still found in people's lives

Abstract

The Success of Prophet Muhammad SAW Communication Management and Psychology in Overcoming Family ProblemsThis study discusses communication management and the psychology of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in overcoming family problems with a transdisciplinary approach. The research method is content analysis, which describes quantitatively, objectively, and systematically the contents of a communication. This research accumulates 7 primary and 6 secondary hadiths from Hadith literature references. The qualities of these hadiths are authentic, hasan and daif. There were 7 incidents of bullying, namely, First, Aisyah called Shafiyyah a Jew; Second, Aisyah insulted Shafiyyah's physique; Third, Hafshah called Shafiyah a Jew; Fourth, the Prophet's wives bullied Shafiyah because they were considered to have made an effort to create a self-image; Fifth, Aisyah again mentions the Jewish Shafiyah; Sixth, Aisyah bullied Khadijah as an older woman; Seventh, Zainab calls Shafiyyah a Jew. The Prophet's governance in this problem was with smiles, affectionate touches, close calls, dialogue, advice, reprimands, determining cases fairly, and breaking off interactions within a certain period. Research findings: The Prophet's problem-solving success was due to the Prophet's expertise in communication management and psychology. There are 6 principles of communication that the Prophet applied when interacting with his wives, namely qaulan ma'rufan (good rhetoric), qaulan sadīdan (correct), qaulan maysūran (easy to understand), qaulan karīman (respect the interlocutor), qaulan balīghan (practical), and qaulan layyinan (polite). In a psychological approach, the Prophet applied love language (words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, acts of service, receiving gifts) to his family to build an everlasting love bond. When problems arose, the Prophet tried to solve them with psychodynamic, behavioristic, gestalt, counseling, and religious approaches. This proves that the Prophet is a role model in household management for humans
