Abstract

Al-Quran is the holy book of Islam, in Al-Quran we often find many cases of anaphora. Anaphora is a pronoun, for example “it” which refers to an object (antecedent) in the previous sentence. Antecedent of a pronoun is very important to understand the Al-Quran. Coreference Resolution with the classification model using the support vector machine method are needed to find out the antecedent. In this research, we use i feature and j feature for the extraction process. Based on the evaluation results, the system is able to find the antecedent of an anaphor with the best accuracy value of 86.36%.

Abstract

In recent years, parsing has become very popular within the scope of NLP (Natural Language Processing) with the presence of Dependency Parser. However, almost all existing Dependency Parser do classifications based on millions of sparse indicator features. This feature is not only bad in drawing conclusions, but also significantly limits the speed of parsing so that the resulting parsing is not optimal. To overcome these problems, changing the use of sparse features becomes dense features to reduce sparsity between words. The Artificial Neural Network classification method is used to produce fast and concise parsing in the Transition-Based Dependency Parser by using 2 hyperparameters. The dataset used in this study is Arabic, Chinese, English, and Indonesian. Based on the evaluation that has been done, it shows a higher result using the second hyperparameter. In testing with English test data, the accuracy value of LAS (Labeled Attachment Score) is 80.4% and UAS (Unlabelled Attachment Score) is 83%, Then with dev data obtained an accuracy value of LAS 81.1% and UAS 83.7%, and parsing speed of 98 sentences per second (sent/s).Keywords: Parsing, dependency parser, transition-based dependency parsing.

Abstract

Wordnet is a collection of words that interpret or present a meaning, in its development Wordnet has an important part, the Synonym Set or Synset. In making Synonym sets, synonyms are needed and the commutative nature of words is needed. To get word synonyms, the English language thesaurus becomes the reference data for taking synonym data. Broadly speaking, the difference between Wordnet and the dictionary is that the meaning of the word is related to other words, to determine the equation requires a commutative process. The process is made easy by using commutative methods that will produce a candidate synonym set. Candidates for the synonym set cannot be used for word syntax, the grouping process of words which produces the Synonym set as the final result must be carried out. The process of grouping words can one of them use clustering techniques, in this study will use Agglomerative Clustering techniques. In the process of agglomerative clustering techniques there is a threshold value to determine the number of repetitions or as a condition to stop the iteration process. The clustering process in this study will use a threshold value of 0.1 to 1 to test the best threshold value to produce the best Synonym set and calculate its accuracy value. Accuracy calculation and evaluation will use the F-measure method to find the best results.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an has a lot of content, so the system of searching for verses of the Al-Qur’an is needed because if it is done manually it will be difficult. One of the search systems for the verses of the Al-Qur'an in accordance with Indonesia’s pronunciation is Lafzi. The Lafzi system can search for verse fragments using keywords in Latin characters. Lafzi has been developed into Lafzi +, wherein the Lafzi + system can be used to search verses of the Al-Qur’an with different sounds on stop signs. However, the Lafzi+ can only overcome the difference in the sound of the stop sign and cannot be applied throughout Al-Qur’an. Based on these problems, the system needs to be developed to overcome the differences in sound in the middle of the verse and can be applied throughout the Al-Qur’an. The method used in the process of searching for the verse is the N-gram method. The N-gram used in this research is trigram. The process flow of this system is first normalized in the phonetic coding process after normalized then tokenization of trigrams and then trigrams are matched between the query and the corpus and entered into the ranking process to get an output candidate. In the making process, the LIS (Longest Increasing Subsequence) method is used to get an orderly and strict trigram sequence. The highest order score will be the top output. The results of this study obtained a recall value of 100% and MAP of 87%.

Abstract

The number of verses in the Qur'an that is not small will be difficult and time consuming if done manually. Building a search system in the Qur'anic verse using the Indonesian Arabic-Latin equivalent will be very helpful for the Muslim community in Indonesia, especially for those who are not familiar with Arabic writing. In this study, a verse search system will be built on the Al-Qur'an based on phonetic similarity, more details about the handling of the verses in the Al-Qur'an. The system was built using the Jaro-Winkler algorithm to calculate the value of similarity and using the N-Grams algorithm for ranking documents. The same study has been done before with the name Lafzi +, with MAP 90% and 93% recall. In previous studies cases such as nun wiqoyah at the end of the verse could not be handled, so the system could not handle the search for the entire Qur'an. In addition, in the previous system the application of the Jaro-Winkler method to calculate the value of similarity has also not been fully implemented. So to complete the previous research, in this study added rules other than pre-existing rules so that they can handle nun wiqoyah at the end of the verse. By applying the Jaro-Winkler method to calculate the value of similarity and N-Grams for ranking documents and adding nun wiqoyah rules, this system generates 94% MAP and 92% recall. The results of this study indicate an increase in MAP, this shows that this system can improve the accuracy of systems that have been built before.

Abstract

On the development of Indonesian WordNet, the synonym set is an important part that represents the similarity of meaning between words. Synonym sets are built using the Indonesian Thesaurus as the lexical database. After going through the extraction process from the Indonesian Thesaurus, we will get a synonym set that has a similarity or word sense between words. In general, the difference between WordNet and the dictionary is their main focus, in which the dictionary usually focuses on just one word, while in WordNet the focus is on the meaning of words and connectedness with other words. Explained in previous research, the constructions of synonym sets were done using several approaches, which is clustering to produce synonym sets and WSD (Word Sense Disambiguation). In this article, the approach used to produce synonym sets is the ROCK (Robust Clustering Using Links) algorithm, which uses similarity and link values. The resulting synonym sets will then be used for lexical database development. Therefore, the main focus of this article is to produce synonym sets through the clustering process and calculate their accuracy, using the F-Measure method involving the gold standard for performance calculation and evaluation.

Abstract

SMA Pesantren Datok Sulaiman Palopo Sulawesi Selatan berdiri sejak 1982. Hingga kini banyak alumninya yang tersebar di berbagai daerah, terserap di berbagai PTN favorit, dan beberapa di antaranya telah bekerja. SMA ini hingga semester genap 2019/2020 belum memiliki website sekolah. Web sekolah sangat bermanfaat untuk media penyebaran informasi sekolah pada masyarakat, orang tua, dan siswa sekolah, di samping untuk bapak ibu guru, dinas pendidikan dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Mahasiswa Teknologi Informasi Fakultas Informatika Universitas Telkom terpanggil untuk membuatkan websitenya, di bawah arahan dosen pembimbing. Memanfaatkan portal mysh.id, akhirnya dapat dibuat website smapesantrendatoksulaiman.mysch.id.

Abstract

WordNet is a compilation of Synonyms Set (synset), which consists of the words that have the same synonymous. The development of Indonesian WordNet has a goal to build an application that can accommodate and exhibit the relation of words. Synonym Set is a set composed of one or more words that have a similar meaning or synonym relation originated from the Indonesian Thesaurus. In previous studies, the establishment of synsets were transmitted with several approaches, one of which was the cluster ring to produce synsets and WSD (Word Sense Disambiguation). In this research, research is held up to discover the semantic similarities between words in the Indonesian Thesaurus automatically, and also to know the performance of the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method for the development of Indonesian synsets. Abstract

The rapid development of information makes data processing easy and fast, especially in the business world, so many business brands have used the internet as a marketing medium for their operations. Now the business does not only depend on its operations; now, the opinion of the public media, especially on the news, has become an essential spotlight in today's business, especially against negative opinions that indirectly impact the image and product branding of the business, we need the proper means to help identifying and analyzing this kind of news. This study aims to identify and analyze sentiment with negative and positive indications on news titles from one of the sources of an Indonesian online news portal using the Bidirectional Representations from Transformers (BERT) sentiment analysis method, with the measurement of the confusion matrix metrics to measure and identify which headlines contains negative and positive indications. The sentiment analysis system offers identification and categorization with ease and immediately provide good results on identifying news. The results of this study, the sentiment model achieves an accuracy rate of 93% in identifying negative and positive news and F1-Score on negative identification rate of 92% and positive identification rate of 93%. The sentiment analysis system was built as effort to help analyzing against positive news indications or awful news as analysis benefits carried out to identifying alarming news indications towards branding.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Penguatan kehidupan keberagamaan diperlukan dalam kehidupan masyarakat muslim terutama daerah perkotaan. Penguatan ini sebagai langkah untuk mewujudkan masyarakat madani yang dapat mengamalkan ajaran agamanya dengan baik serta melek terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membentuk masyarakat yang kohesif dan meningkatkan pemahaman komunitas terhadap konsep masyarakat madani. Metode yang digunakan adalah ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) dengan menitikberatkan kepada pengembangan masyarakat atas aset-aset yang telah mereka miliki. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa aset yang telah dimiliki masyarakat merupakan aset spiritual yang menjadi modal utama pembentukan masyarakat madani dengan bingkai aturan masyarakat dan agama. Program ini juga berhasil memperkuat jalinan silaturahmi antar masyarakat beragama serta mampu meningkatkan pemahaman agama dan pengetahuan terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi. Kata Kunci: Asset-Based Community Development, keagamaan, masyarakat madani [English]: Strengthening religious life is essential in the life of Muslim communities, especially in urban areas. This strengthening is a step towards realizing a civil society that can practice its religious teachings well and is literate in developing technology and information. This community service program aimed to form a cohesive community and increase community understanding of the concept of civil society. The method used was ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) by emphasizing community development on the assets they already have. The results of this community service program show that the assets owned by the community are spiritual assets which are the main capital for forming a civil society with the frame of community and religious rules. The program also strengthened the relationship between religious communities and improved religious understanding and knowledge of the development of information technology.
