Abstract

Billing management system and services at PT. Media Prima Jaringan is still not properly and efficiently recorded. Data management and recording still uses manual processes and paper media so that errors can occur in calculating Customer Service bills. So that customer complaints often occur due to inappropriate bill values, late payments until service termination occurs. In addition to complaints, company customers will also experience losses from dissatisfied customers who switch to other providers because they stop subscribing to the service. With the development of an online billing system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for companies to manage invoices and customer data and avoid billing errors. In developing a system, systematic steps are needed to produce a good and quality information system that can be used by users. The fundamental stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage and the maintenance stage. One of the SDLC development models is Rapid Application Development (RAD) which prioritizes a relatively short development time of around 60-90 days. In addition to using the RAD model for system development, the author also uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool in the design stage. The programming language used to build this information system uses PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) by implementing the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The implementation of the RAD method for the development of an online billing system takes 45 days of development. The intensity of the discussions that were carried out during development helped the programmer team complete the program design more quickly. The increase in company revenue increases after the system is running and customer complaints are also reduced.

Abstract

The current billing management system at PT. Media Prima Jaringan is inefficient, leading to service disruptions and customer dissatisfaction. Despite data recording being assisted by a computer system, significant issues persist. Billing delivery to customers is still done manually by printing invoices, resulting in serious service disruptions. Customer complaints often arise due to discrepancies in billing amounts, late payments, and even service disconnections. Besides customer complaints, the company also incurs losses due to dissatisfied customers switching to other providers, resulting in subscription cancellations. Through the development of a billing notification system using the WhatsApp application, it is hoped that the company can expedite customer billing information. In developing the system, systematic stages are required to produce a good quality Information System that can be used by users. The fundamental stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) include planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. One of the SDLC development models is Rapid Application Development (RAD). In addition to using the RAD model for system development, the author also utilizes the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool in the design phase. The RAD approach enables the system to be developed within 45 days, with intensive discussions aiding quicker design completion. Upon implementation, company revenue increases, and customer complaints decrease, highlighting the system's effectiveness in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction

Abstract

The technology of integrated information stored information in the form of documents with information that can be viewed on the monitor screen that consists of words, numbers, diagrams, videos, sounds, and images. Information technology can be utilized for marketing the much-loved crafts community. Particular crafts of knitting materials such as bags, shirts, bags HP, tablecloths and various other products requiring precise marketing tools and accurate that can be published and marketed throughout Indonesia. By working on competent parties especially in the world of IT (Information Technology) can provide to contribute to helping women artisans craft of knitting materials. So that is exactly what factors ultimately marketing information systems is made.

Abstract

Perusahaan retail di Indonesia memerlukan sistem informasi inventory yang efektif untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan inventory. Saat ini, sistem inventory yang ada masih sederhana dan manual, sehingga rentan mengalami kesalahan dalam pengolahan data dan masalah penyimpanan dokumen. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi inventory yang terkomputerisasi menggunakan perangkat lunak yang tepat, perusahaan dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut dan meningkatkan akurasi serta efisiensi pengelolaan inventory. Hal ini juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan membantu perusahaan menjadi lebih kompetitif di pasar. Untuk mengatasi masalah dalam sistem inventory yang sederhana dan manual, perusahaan retail di Indonesia perlu menerapkan sistem informasi inventory yang terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode ini dimulai dari perencanaan, perancangan, dan implementasi dengan tujuan un tuk mengembangkan sistem yang cepat, fleksibel, dan efektif. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi inventory dengan metode RAD, perusahaan dapat mengatasi masalah seperti kesalahan dalam pengolahan data dan masalah penyimpanan dokumen serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan inventory. Hal ini juga dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan bersaing lebih efektif di pasar.   Retail companies in Indonesia require an effective inventory information system to provide better service to customers and increase efficiency in inventory management. Currently, the existing inventory system is still simple and manual, making it prone to errors in data processing and document storage issues. By implementing a computerized inventory information system using suitable software, companies can address these issues and improve the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management. This can also enhance customer satisfaction and help companies become more competitive in the market. To address the issues with the simple and manual inventory system, retail companies in Indonesia need to implement a computerized inventory information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method involves planning, designing, and implementing a system that is fast, flexible, and effective. By applying the RAD method to the inventory information system, companies can overcome issues such as data processing errors and document storage issues, while improving the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management. This can also help companies enhance customer satisfaction and compete more effectively in the market.

Abstract

Credit has now become a trend in society. The problem with credit is the improper history of credit card usage. The resulting impact can lead to bad credit. If customers fail to pay off debts that have been agreed upon with the bank, they can increase their credit risk. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of three data mining classification methods: the C4.5 algorithm, Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID), and Random Forest. The goal is to classify creditworthiness status. The researcher used 481 vehicle credit records with "bad" and "good" reviews. In this study, the independent variables used are dependent status, age, marital status, occupation, income, employment status, company status, last education, length of stay, house condition, and down payment. For creditworthiness assessment, the C4.5 model shows a truth accuracy rate of 91.90% with an area under the curve (AUC) value of 0.915. The CHAID model shows a truth accuracy rate of 63.83% with an AUC value of 0.661, and the Random Forest model shows a truth accuracy rate of 78.60% with an AUC value of 0.907. The evaluation results show that both the Random Forest and C4.5 algorithms have high accuracy rates and AUC values.

Abstract

Stunting menjadi masalah serius dalam pertumbuhan anak di Indonesia, mendorong penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model prediksi menggunakan Machine Learning. Tujuan penelitian adalah membandingkan performa dari lima algoritma yaitu Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, SVM dan  Neural Networks untuk memprediksi stunting anak. Data stunting anak tahun 2023 dari Kota Lubuk Linggau yang digunakan dengan total 400 sampel. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan langkah inisiasi, pengembangan model linier, pembandingan hasil pengujian model, dan analisis prediksi menggunakan platform KNIME. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa Naïve Bayes memiliki performa tertinggi dengan akurasi = 98,57%, F1-Score = 0,99, serta recall dan precision yang sangat tinggi. Random Forest juga memberikan hasil baik dengan akurasi = 98,29%, namun Naïve Bayes diidentifikasi sebagai model terbaik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam upaya untuk pencegahan stunting dengan menggabungkan teknologi Machine Learning dan analisis dataset kesehatan. Dengan mengembangkan model prediksi menggunakan berbagai algoritma machine learning, diharapkan dapat membantu praktisi kesehatan dalam mengidentifikasi risiko stunting secara dini. Model yang optimal dapat digunakan sebagai alat pendukung keputusan untuk memberikan intervensi yang tepat dan efektif.

Abstract

Absensi merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem administrasi sekolah untuk menunjang kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab siswa. Di SMP Islam Annasiriin, proses absensi masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku absen, yang rawan kesalahan pencatatan, manipulasi data, serta keterlambatan dalam rekapitulasi. Oleh karena itu, dirancang sebuah sistem absensi berbasis Quick Response (QR) Code yang terintegrasi secara digital.Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework JavaScript, yaitu React.js pada sisi frontend dan Express.js pada sisi backend, serta MySQL sebagai sistem basis data. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, dengan tahapan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan.Sistem memungkinkan guru mencatat kehadiran siswa secara otomatis melalui pemindaian QR Code, yang langsung disimpan ke dalam database dan dapat direkap oleh admin. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box menunjukkan semua fitur, seperti login, input data siswa, absensi QR, hingga laporan kehadiran, berjalan dengan baik.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa sistem absensi berbasis QR Code meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keamanan data. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan absensi manual dan dapat dikembangkan menjadi sistem informasi akademik terpadu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen opini pengguna platform X terhadap air mineral dan air demineral menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimental. Data set terdiri dari 140 tweet yang dilabeli manual ke dalam tiga kategori: positif (38.57%), negatif (13.57%), dan netral (47.86%). Ketidakseimbangan kelas ekstrem dan ukuran data set yang sangat kecil menjadi tantangan utama yang mendasari novelty penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis bahwa class weighting lebih efektif daripada Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) pada dataset kecil. Klasifikasi menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan pra-pemrosesan teks (case folding, data cleaning, stemming Sastrawi, stopword removal) dan ekstraksi fitur Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Evaluasi melalui 10-fold stratified cross-validation menunjukkan SVM dengan class weighting mencapai akurasi 57.14% dan F1-score macro 42.36%, sedikit mengungguli SMOTE (53.57% akurasi, 40.98% F1 macro). Uji statistik (Cohen's d = 0.125) mengkonfirmasi tidak ada perbedaan signifikan, membuktikan SMOTE tidak efektif pada dataset sangat kecil. Kelas minoritas (negatif) mencapai F1-score hanya 8%, menunjukkan tantangan ketidakseimbangan ekstrem. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah validasi empiris bahwa class weighting lebih robust daripada SMOTE untuk analisis sentimen berbahasa Indonesia pada kondisi data terbatas
