Abstract

Abstract— The use of technology in the tourism industry is becoming increasingly crucial considering changes in consumer behavior that tend to rely on digital platforms to make transactions. To analyze the effectiveness and reliability of facilitating the process of purchasing tickets online. In addition, it also includes an evaluation of the level of user satisfaction with this web-based system and its impact on increasing visits to the Cinta Bridge tourist attraction. Through surveys of tourists using a web-based ticket sales system, interviews with tour managers, and analysis of ticket transaction data documented in the system. Research participants include tourists, managers, and other related parties. The data were obtained and analyzed using statistical methods and qualitative analysis to gain a thorough understanding of the impact of the Web-Based Bridge Tourism Entrance Ticket Sales Information System. Demonstrating that managing ticket stock and arranging visit schedules more efficiently is also a positive result for the development of the technology-based tourism industry by proving the benefits of the Web-Based Bridge of Love Entrance Ticket Sales Information System. The results of this study can be the basis for the development and implementation of similar systems in other tourism destinations. In addition, the research is considered to provide valuable insights for related parties in optimizing the use of technology to improve user experience and operational efficiency in the tourism sector

Abstract

Toko Draquatic merupakan sebuah toko online dan offline yang menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan untuk hobi aquascape, seperti peralatan, hardscape, tanaman, dan ikan hias. Pertumbuhan transaksi yang semakin tinggi, memunculkan beberapa masalah terutama dalam hal pencatatan stok barang dan pembuatan laporan. Toko ini masih menggunakan sistem manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, dan kurangnya keamanan. Selain itu, toko ini juga belum memiliki sistem barcode dan kartu member yang dapat mempermudah proses penjualan dan pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi Point of Sales berbasis web dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel. Metode yang digunakan Extreme Programming (XP) yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi biaya yang terkait dengan perubahan kebutuhan dan fitur yang mungkin terjadi selama proses pengembangan. Sistem ini membantu dalam mengelola stok barang, pembuatan laporan, pembuatan barcode, dan pencetakan kartu member secara otomatis, terstruktur, dan terkomputerisasi. Diharapkan toko dapat meningkatkan kinerja, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam menjalankan usaha aquascape.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Point of Sales, Barcode, Laravel, Aquascape Draquatic Store is an online and offline store that provides various needs for aquascape hobbies, such as equipment, hardscape, plants, and ornamental fish. The increasing growth of transactions raises several problems, especially in terms of recording stock and making reports. The store still uses manual systems that are prone to errors, data loss, and lack of security. In addition, this store also does not have a barcode system and member cards that can facilitate the sales and service process. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based Point of Sales information system using the Laravel Framework. The method used is Extreme Programming (XP) which aims to reduce the costs associated with changing needs and features that may occur during the development process. This system helps in managing stock of goods, making reports, making barcodes, and printing member cards automatically, structured, and computerized. It is expected that the store can improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in running an aquascape business.Keywords: Information Systems, Point of Sales, Barcodes, Laravel, Aquascape
