Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance improvement of female employees from the work from home and the work-life balance on the performance of female employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII. The number of samples was forty-five respondents using associative research methods. It looked for causal effects among the independent variables. They were work from home (X) and the moderating variable, namely the work-life balance (Z) to the dependent variable, namely the performance of female employees (Y). The method of data processing used the SmartPLS Ver.3 method. The result of this study showed that work from home had a significant effect on the performance of female employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII and the work-life balance moderated the effect of work from home on the performance of female employees and significantly. In other words, the work-life balance had a positive effect on the performance of female employees. Furthermore, the work-life balance factor was needed to encourage the relationship between the two, because the work-life balance in this case actually strengthened the effect of work from home on the performance of female employees of PT. Abstract

The effort of marketing strategies are meant tomaintain the compnay life, so it is necessary todetermine the right marketing strategies in order thatthe market segment of the Lampung Post dailynewspaper (SKH Lampung Post) can be maintainedor increased. The Lampung Post needs to determinethe right marketing strategies to maintain the marketsegment.The formulation of the problem in the research iswhether the special price on the Lampung Post has aneffect on the buying interest of the students of IBIDarmajaya Bandar Lampung. The research is aimedat measuring how much the special price on theLampung Post affect the buying interest of thestudents of IBI Darmajaya Bandar Lampung. Themethod used in the research is descriptive and thetype of the research is associative. The population isall students of IBI Darmajaya as 2167 students, thenthe sample is taken as 96 respondents.The result of regression equation obtained isY=0,218+1,380X which means that special pricevariable (X) has a positive effect on the buyinginterest with regression coefficient as 1.380 meaningthat if the special price variable increase 1, so thebuying interest will increase as 1.380. there is apositive and significant effect of special price on theLampung Post (X) on buying interest of the studentsod IBI Darmajaya because tcount ttable ((7,998)t table(1,662) nilai sig 0,000 0,05.KEY WORDS : Price strategy, buying interest

Abstract

In the era of the development of science and technology as well as the high level of competition in the business world is a challenge that must be faced by all parties, especially in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In Wonodadi village, the majority are Javanese and are Muslim who have SMEs in opaque businesses made from cassava. These MSME actors have only used their financial records manually so that there are often significant errors in terms of finances. Based on these problems, we do service with the aim of providing an understanding of recording transactions using applications and how to use them, as well as providing information , explains how to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises using the Strawberry Cashier Application. and Helping and teaching people who have MSMEs to create accounts in the strawberry cashier application and how to input financial income and expenses. The method that we do is starting with socialization by introducing and explaining the use of digital-based transaction recording, namely the Strawberry Cashier Application to MSME actors and assisting MSME actors in creating accounts in the strawberry cashier application and helping input MSME Financial transactions in the application. directly to SMEs). The partners of the MSMEs are the owners of MSMEs processed by opaque Mak Friska and the Karang Taruna Wonodadi Village.

Abstract

The problem that arises in this study is that the performance of employees before participating in the training has not reached the standard of ability. The use of time in carrying out tasks is less efficient and too time consuming due to a lack of understanding and knowledge about the use of administrative application technology. And also the education level of PT Trio Abadi employees is dominated by the high school level education level. This study aims to determine the differences in employee performance before and after attending training based on the level of education at PT Trio Abadi LPG Rayon Pringsewu. The type of research used in this research is a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the administration department at PT Trio Abadi LPG who had attended the training totaling 31 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The data analysis method used is Paired Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in employee performance before attending training and after attending training.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research to determine the level of employee performance was carried out at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi, South Lampung Regency. The level of employee performance is proxied by a comparison of employee performance in this case teachers by age. The type of research used is quantitative with a comparative method. The researchers used a population of teachers from SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi as many as 78 teachers and a set sample of 34 honorary teachers. The sample is divided into teachers with an old age category of 18 honorary teachers and teachers in the young age category of 16 honorary teachers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques and independent t-Test data analysis. The result of this study is that there are differences in the performance of employees or teachers in the old age category and teachers with the young age category at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi Lampung Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance, the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, and the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture on Employee  Performance.   The type of study used quantitative  research using associative method.  The data source used Primary Data.  The data collection method in this study used Field Research techniques with interviews and questionnaires.  The population in this study was 50 employees.  The sample used a purposive sampling technique, namely using the selected criteria totaling 32 employees.  Test the instrument requirements used validity and reliability tests.  Test the data analysis requirements used the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test.   Test data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of this study found that Emotional Intelligence had an effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture had an effect on Employee Performance.  Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture affeced Performance

Abstract

Kurangnya dukungan dan pengetahuan Teknologi dari masyarakat setempat, menyebabkan produksi dan peningkatan pemasaran usaha Dodol Juwadah di desa Banding Kecamatan Rajabasa kurang optimal. Karena UMKM Indah Rasa khususnya produk Dodol Juwadah hanya memproduksi ketika ada pesanan di acara-acara tertentu yang mencakup di wilayah sekitar. Oleh sebab itu penulis membantu untuk upaya peningkatan pemasaran UMKM Dodol Juwadah berbasis teknologi, agar tembus ke pusat Kota Bandar lampung dan luar Lampung dengan menggunakan strategi sistem informasi serta memberikan penyuluhan, pengetahuan, serta ikut serta merealisasikan dengan menciptakan kemasan baru yang lebih menarik, promosi, pengenalan Dodol Juwadah di Desa Banding melalui Blog, dan media sosial lainnya agar bisa terus produksi Dodol Juwadah. Tujuan upaya peningkatan pemasaran produk Dodol Juwadah salah satunya adalah untuk merealisasikan sistem pemasaran dengan memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya yang tersedia agar dapat digunakan, dimanfaatkan serta mendapatkan keuntungan serta memingkatkan agar pemesanan Dodol Juwadah terus berlanjut untuk menambah omzet pemasukan daerah Lampung dimasa pandemi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dilakukan di PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motors Mitsubishi Bandar Jaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan yang diambil dari Populasi dengan jumlah 41 orang karyawan PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motors Bandar Jaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling Jenuh, metode analisis data mengunakan Uji Instrumen (Uji Validitas Dan Realibilitas), Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Dan Pegujian Hipotesis ( Uji t Dan Uji F). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Beban Kerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Ekstrinsik berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik berpengaruh secara Parsial dan Simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motors Mitsubishi Bandar Jaya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Persada Lampung Raya di Lampung Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data lapangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Persada Lampung Raya di Lampung Selatan yang berjumlah 76 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 karyawan yang bekerja sebagai operator alat berat. Uji persyaratan instrumen yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji persyaratan analisis data mencakup uji normalitas, linieritas, dan multikolinieritas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Persada Lampung Raya di Lampung Selatan
