Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan di PT Sumber Trada Motor Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Sumber Trada Motor Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 (tiga puluh enam) karyawan. Uji persyaratan instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Artinya semakin baik kompensasi diberikan kepada karyawan maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Lecturers as instructors as well as educators are one of the components of PT that can form hardskills and soft skills from every student. Tridharma which is carried out by the lecturer is a form of lecturer performance to the DIKTI. In the performance of lecturers performance is regulated by Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Minister of Education and Culture Decree No.062/O/1982, No.0135/O/1990 and Minister of Education Decree No.184/U/2001. In the implementation of tri dharma lecturers are inseparable from students in their respective universities. Seeing this, the lecturer / student ratio is ≥ 100 for study programs that have a 1:30 IPA lecturer/student ratio and 1:45 IPS. The problem polemic is that the permanent lecturer and homebase status both have NIDN, lecturer lecturers do not have NIDK, extraordinary lecturers or non-permanent lecturers do not have NUP, different working hours, teaching with cut loads, guiding and testing (these are only a few colleges the only level that applies to homebase lecturers), academic supervisors, while for research and service are made the same. If viewed from the regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia number 26 of 2015 concerning the status of lecturers in Higher Education based on NIDN, NIDK; and this NUP violates but this is made to complete the ratio of lecturers and students as well as each lecturer can implement tri dharma in the field of research and service to the rules in simlibtamas. the type of research that will be conducted is quantitative research, the research method used is descriptive research. The type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques, namely the interview method. From the results of the validity test all produce valid, descriptive tests produce 100% and the results of SEM data processing result in a lecturer status policy significantly influencing the performance of the lecturer.

Abstract

Berdasarkan surat edaran Dirjen Dikti No. 152/E/T/2012 tanggal 27 Januari 2012 yang dituju kepada :Rektor/Ketua/Direktur PTN/PTS di seluruh Indonesia menyatakan bahwa publikasi hasil penelitian menjadi persyaratan wajib bagi mahasiswa pasca untuk lulus, karena itu kualitas penelitian mahasiswa harus semakin baik dan dapat diterima di jurnal nasional terakreditasi atau jurnal international bereputasi. Hal ini menjadi tugas besar para pengelola program pascasarjana dan dosen-dosen pembimbing untuk mendorong dan melibatkan mahasiswa pasca untuk dapat mempublikasikan hasil penelitiannya. Salah satunya dengan memfasilitasi dengan literature-literature baik buku, maupun jurnal-jurnal yang berkualitas yang dapat diakses di perpustakaan lingkungan mahasiswa berada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain manajemen perpustakaan berbasis digital. Hasil penelitiannya bahwa program perpustakaan digital telah dibuat dari tampilan awal masuk perpustakaan digital sampai proses peminjaman buku, namun tampilan perpustakan digital masih sederhana.

Abstract

The article investigates the relationship between dimensions of work-life balance (time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance) on organizational commitment. Employee at one of the hotels in Bandarlampung, Lampung, Indonesia, were surveyed and a total of 60 useable questionnaires were returned. We employed multiple regression analysis on those data and found that the time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balancepositively affected the organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of adhering supervision and work motivation on the workdiscipline of the employees in operation division of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Wilayah BRegional Division IV Tanjung Karang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population inthis study was employees in operation division of the PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Region BTanjung Karang Regional Division IV which numbered 95 employees and all populations were used assamples.Adhering supervision (waskat) and work motivation have a positive effect on employee workdiscipline both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination R2 (R Squares) of 0.186shows that Work Discipline (Y) is influenced by Adhering Supervision (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) of18.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of advertising and perceived value on student decision in online shopping. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The data used in this study iThe objective of this study was examining the effect of the extrinsic motivation on the employee performance; examining the effect of the physical work environment on the employee performance; and, examining the effect of the extrinsic motivation and the physical work environment on the employee performance at Penascop Maritim Indonesia Inc., Lampung. The type of this study was the quantitative study through the associative method. The study was conducted in approximately four months. The number of sample used in this study was 33 employees who worked as office employees. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study was the multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis tests used in this study was the t test and f test. The result of this study showed that the extrinsic motivation had an effect on the employee performance; the physical work environment had an effect on the employee performance; and, the extrinsic motivation and the physical work environment had an effect on the employee performance.

Abstract

CV Gunung Agung established since 1990 is a company which is a branch of PT. Great Mountain Center. As a branch company, product and price has been arranged so that the uniformity of the product and the price is no different in different regions. During the establishment of this company until this year the company has not been able to achieve the sales target has been set from the center. While promotional activities in the form of advertising and sales promotion to achieve the sales target continues to be maximized.Thus, the problem is how the role of the cost of advertising and sales promotion expenses to the value it sold PT. Gunung Agung Lampung branch.The hypothesis is the cost of advertising and sales promotion costs greatly affect the sales of the Supreme PT.Gunung Lampung branch.Setelh testing, it turns out variabeladvertising effect on sales. Figures advertising costs variable coefficient β1 = 14.9830 indicates that every increment of Rp. 1 (the rupiah) would add to the cost of advertising sales of Rp. 14.9830. Variable coefficient value of sales promotion costs would lead to increase in the sales value of Rp. 7.1766.In terms of the contribution of each variable is seen that the administrative costs contributed terhadapnilai greater sales when compared to the cost of sales promotion. But in terms of the relationship between variables is seen that the variable cost of sales promotion more closely (94.56%) when compared with the cost of advertising (90.61%).While in terms of contribution to sales variable, together the two variables provide a contribution of 90.37% while the rest of 9.67 was obtained from other variables, such as personal selling or other marketing variables.Keywords: Variable, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Sales

Abstract

UMKM Madu Gegala berada di Pekon Penengahan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2019 lalu, diketuai oleh bapak burdian. Berawal dari ketertarikan pemilik dalam melihat peluang karena banyaknya sarang gegala yang bersarang pada pohon damar hingga akhirnya dia mulai mencoba mengelolanya dengan baik sehingga bisa menghasilkan produk madu yang bermanfaat. Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan UMKM ini belum bisa mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Letak UMKM yang sedikit berada di dalam gang dan bukan berada ditengah keramaian membuat UMKM sedikit kesulitan dalam mempromosikan dagangannya. Adanya Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan inovasi kepada pemilik UMKM Madu Gegala agar lebih diminati dan memiliki jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas yaitu dengan pembuatan Digital Marketing agar konsumen dapat melihat informasi seputar produk UMKM tersebut, meningkatkan penjualan, membantu pemilik UMKM madu gegala dalam melakukan inovasi terhadap kemasan produk.

Abstract

The community service work practice program is a means of self-actualization of several skills orskills, both soft skills or hard skills that have been obtained during lectures, which will be applied inthe community for 1 month.In this community service practice report, our participants will take partin the Program, which is located in Way Kalam Village and Gula Semut UMKM, South Lampung for 1 month, from January 31, 2022 to March 2, 2021.The placement of this community servicepractice is located at the Sugar Ants SMEs located in Way Kalam village.Here I will focus on the use of social media for digital marketing to improve marketing and also make ant sugar products forthe Haris Pratama Ants Sugar SMEs.As well as participating in village activities, including: road repair work, mutual cooperation, helping the Way Kalam village tourism awareness group,measuring and mapping village land assets and holding a farewell event at the village hall

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gind the effect of extrinsic motivation on the work productivity of the employees at PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu, the effect of work ethic on the work productivity of the employees of PT. SinarSamudra Marina Pringsewu, to determine the effect of Extrinsic Motivation andWork Ethic on the work productivity at PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu.This study used the quantitative approach with the associative method. The sourceof the data in this study used the primary data. The of data collecting technique inthis study used the field research using the questionnaire technique. Thepopulation of this study was 41 employees with the total sample of 31 employees.The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling, namelythe purposive sampling technique. The instrument requirements test in this studyused the validity test and the reliability test. The data analysis requirements test inthis study used the Normality test, Linearity test and Multi-collinearity test. Thedata analysis method used the Multiple Linear Regression and the hypothesistesting, namely t-test and F test. The result of this study found that extrinsicmotivation had a significant effect on the work productivity of employees in theproduction division of PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu, work ethic had asignificant effect on the work productivity of employees in the productiondivision of PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu, extrinsic motivation and workethic simultaneously affected the work productivity of the employees in theproduction division of PT. Sinar Samudra Marina Pringsewu
