Abstract

The Tanjungpinang Kota District Office is a public organization located in the Tanjungpinang City area. Tanjungpinang Kota sub-district has the task of carrying out the wheels of government and public services at the sub-district level. The achievement of these goals is certainly influenced by the performance of the organization as a whole. As a sub-district located in the City, this is certainly a representation of other sub-districts that researchers are interested in discussing. This study aims to analyze how the performance of the Tanjungpinang City District organization in achieving goals according to the vision and mission. To see the performance of Tanjungpinang City, the researchers looked at various aspects, namely, productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation, resource use and timeliness. The second objective is to describe the factors inhibiting organizational performance in Tanjungpinang Kota District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with reference to the concept of performance indicators coupled with the existing conditions at the research locus. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the organization's performance has been going well, such as the indicators of productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation and timeliness. The indicators that still have obstacles are human resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about Employee Career Development at the BANK BNI Tanjungpinang Branch. This type of research is qualitative research. The method in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data processing is carried out through three stages which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions using data validity test analysis using triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Career Development of Employees at BNI Bank Tanjungpinang City Branch is good, career development is based on rules and procedures that have been in effect, as has been done with honest treatment where all promotion criteria are always objective but there are some places that are usually preogrative rights This is for a sensitive position, usually for certain places such as managing human resources, but usually all viewed from the last 3 years' performance so it does not necessarily mean that later in promotion the position also sees hard competent and soft competent. Based on the results of the study it was found that from the employees themselves who chose the position they wanted to occupy, the employees chose their place of work, if it was felt to be incompatible then they would not take the opportunity. many employees want to promote but don't want to go to Anambas, Natuna and Lingga, they may choose their positions but their placement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of providing covid-19 assistance to MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City using measurement indicators in the form of timeliness and accuracy in making choices, as well as to analyze the impact caused by the provision of economic and social assistance to the community in Tanjungpinang City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the data collection process to the distribution of COVID-19 assistance in Tanjungpinang City has been effective in terms of timeliness and accuracy in making choices. In addition, Covid-19 assistance can help the community's economy, especially the MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City, but it causes social impacts in the form of conflicts between MSMEs and the city government, in this case the manpower office, cooperatives and micro-enterprises and the government.

Abstract

(MSMEs) as a strategic force in accelerating regional development. In this connection, especially the micro business sector indeed occupies a strategic position in development as a safety belt, because the growth of MSMEs is increasing every year. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have an important position, not only in the absorption of labor and the welfare of the people in the regions, in many ways they become the glue and blocker of social problems. In this regard, efforts are needed to foster a conducive climate for the development of MSMEs in accelerating regional development. Placing micro, small and medium enterprises as the main target of development must be based on commitment and good coordination between the government, businessmen and non-business institutions and the local community by implementing an aggressive strategy based on economic networks (Partnerships); Developing micro, small and medium enterprises as a whole by how to provide positive and real support for the development of human resources (entrepreneurship training), technology, information, access to financing and marketing, Expansion of the export market, is an indicator of success in building a people-based business climate.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Tanjungpinang. Teknik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 114 Pegawai. Objek penelitian yaitu pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Tanjungpinang. Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian instrumen penelitian, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana, pengujian hipotesis, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimana berdasarkan dari hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu (5,955) > (1,981) dengan nilai tingkat signifikansinya sebesar (0,000 < 0,05). Kemudian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional (X) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Tanjungpinang. Kemudian secara keseluruhan variabel di luar penelitian ini pengaruhnya lebih besar signifikan yaitu sebesar 76% dibandingkan dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu antara variabel kecerdasan emosional (X) yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 24%.

Abstract

Pohon kelapa merupakan tumbuhan yang memiliki banyak sekali manfaatnya. Hampir semua bagian dari pohon ini bisa dimanfaatkan seperti buahnya yang kaya akan nutrisi, kulitnya bisa dijadikan wadah atau arang dan daunnya yang dapat dijadikan sapu lidi. Meskipun banyak manfaatnya namun limbah pohon kelapa sering saja terabaikan oleh masyarakat. Banyak sekali pohon kelapa yang dibiarkan dan tidak dimanfaatkan. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah: 1. menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan masyarakat Desa Penaga dalam pengolahan lidi kelapa melalui program sosialisasi, 2. meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Penaga dalam pengolahan lidi kelapa melalui program pelatihan, 3. meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan lidi kelapa. Metode ini menggunakan metode kualitatif karena dilakukannya wawancara kepada kepala desa dan dilanjutkan pelaksanaannya dengan program sosialisasi kewirausahaan dan pelatihan pengolahan lidi kelapa.

Abstract

Each village has potential, both physical potentials such as climate, soil, water, geographical environment, human resources and others as well as non-physical potentials such as community culture. In Penaga Village, Teluk Bintan District, the majority of people's livelihoods as fishermen and marine catches are still not optimally utilized. Therefore, service activities to process fish into fish crackers to support the economy of the people of Penaga Village as one of the efforts to empower the community towards independence in entrepreneurship and optimize the utilization of potential. The service method is carried out with a training program where this program is one part of the community service program activities in the form of training on how to process fish crackers by utilizing marine catches into fish crackers so that they can have more selling value, business licensing and legality, and marketing through digital marketing. It is hoped that after attending this training, the community will be motivated to develop the potential in Penaga Village

Abstract

One of the MSMEs registered in Tanjungpinang City, namely Ms. Tatik's MSMEs located in the Bukit Cermin Village, Ms. Tatik's MSMEs produces light snacks, namely Onion Cakes. From the results of our community service, Ibu Tatik's cake business only uses home production capacity with limited capital. The problem with Ibu Tatik's IKM is that there is no brand or logo provided by Ibu Tatik's IKM, so that many consumers do not know about the MSME business that is at Tugu Pahlawan street address. In this study we collected data and information by making observations or behavior using the senses based on events that were captured at the time the incident took place. In developing the brand for Ms. Tatik's MSMEs, it is necessary to combine the role of brand management within the organization as an internal factor and brand recognition as an external factor. In developing a brand there are 4 stages which include beginning and underprivileged brand, emerging brand, established brand, historic brand. It was concluded that the brand is important for Ms. Tatik's MSMEs because it is a representation of the goods produced. So that the mark needs to be registered to get protection for exclusive rights in the form of economic and moral rights as well as for legal certainty in the event that a third party uses the mark without permission. . Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Sri Bintan, Kecamatan Teluk Sebong, kabupaten Bintan yang berlangsung selama tiga bulan memfokuskan pada mengembangkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Pendampingan Khusus yang baik dan profesional akan berdampak positif terhadap perekonomian para UMKM yang ada di Desa Sri Bintan. Tujuan dari seminar kewirausahaan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman, bimbingan, dan memberikan motivasi pada para pelaku UMKM agar mereka lebih bersemangat untuk menjalankan usaha nya hingga dapat memasarkan produknya ke pasar yang luas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode seminar yaitu dengan memberikan informasi, membuatkan surat izin usaha, cara memasarkan produk, dan pendampingan khusus pada para pelaku UMKM. Hasil dari rangkaian kegiatan seminar kewirausahaan ini adalah pengembangan motivasi pada para pelaku UMKM. Pendampingan khusus bagi pelaku UMKM ini belum mempunyai akun sosial media seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan juga Logo dengan desain kemasan produk yang menarik untuk di pasarkan. Pelaku UMKM menyadari bahwa dengan adanya seminar dan pendampingan khusus ini membuat para pelaku usaha dapat lebih bersemangat dan dapat lebih termotivasi untuk memasarkan produknya ke pasar yang lebih luas.
