Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1) Describe and analyze the contribution of the role of school principals to the performance of vocational school teachers in Bawang District, Batang Regency. (2) Describe and analyze the contribution of school culture to the performance of vocational school teachers in Bawang District, Batang Regency. (3) Describe and analyze the contribution of the role of the principal and school culture to the performance of vocational school teachers in Bawang District, Batang Regency, and prove the contribution of larger variables. The population in this study was all vocational school teachers in Bawang District, Batang Regency, totaling 66 people. The sample was 56 people using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, requirements testing, and hypothesis testing. To analyze the data using the SPSS 22.0 for Microsoft Windows program facilities. The research results show that (1) There is a partial positive and significant contribution from the role of school principals to the performance of vocational school teachers in Bawang District, Batang Regency, with a correlation value of 0.761 or 43.98% and a p-value <0.05. (2) There is a partial positive and significant contribution of school culture to the performance of vocational school teachers in Bawang District, Batang Regency, with a correlation value of 0.640 or 16.92% and a p-value <0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant contribution of the role of the principal and school culture simultaneously to the performance of vocational school teachers in Bawang District, Batang Regency, with a correlation value of 0.789 or 60.90% and a p-value <0.05. The advice that can be conveyed is that the Principal should always provide an understanding of all school components so that they always maintain traditions, school values which are the characteristics of the school and strengthen positive school culture, but what is more important is a culture of continuously improving the quality of the school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) Planning for student welfare at Pakis Aji District Middle School, Jepara Regency; (2) Implementation of student welfare at Pakis Aji District Middle School, Jepara Regency; (3) Evaluation of student welfare at Pakis Aji District Middle School, Jepara Regency. Research method, type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques, interviews, observation, documentation, and FGD. Test the validity of the data using triangulation and extension of participation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptions. The research results concluded: (1) Student welfare planning at Pakis Aji District Middle School, Jepara Regency has been well planned according to procedures, implementation instructions and technical instructions, neatly arranged, detailed and equipped with complete documents. Student welfare planning includes vision and mission, goals, strategies, involvement of parties, implementation time and organization of activities which emphasize the formation of students' interpersonal and intrapersonal attitudes at school. Student welfare planning is included in school program documents, intracurricular and extracurricular activity programs, and funding is outlined in the RKAS which is approved by the school principal and recommended by the supervisor and reported to the Jepara District Education, Youth and Sports Office. (2) Implementation of student welfare at Pakis Aji District Middle School, Jepara Regency is carried out in stages starting from identification, coordination with related parties, implementation focuses on interpersonal and intrapersonal aspects which focus on seven indicators starting from the student's physical condition. students' affective (attitude), students' cognitive (knowledge), students' social (social conditions), conducive school environment, assets (what students have), and students' actions; (3) Evaluation of student welfare at Pakis Aji District Middle School, Regency has been carried out well, starting from planning, implementation, data collection, data verification, data processing and data interpretation, preparation of student welfare report activities. The emphasis in evaluating student welfare includes complete administration of activity programs, implementation of activities starting from physical activities (physical condition) of students. students' affective (attitude), students' cognitive (knowledge), students' social (social conditions), conducive school environment, assets (what students have), and students' actions

Abstract

The implementation of an independent curriculum is the implementation of an education system that seeks to give freedom to students to think, create, focus on basic material, develop the character profile of Pancasila students, and the required competencies. The implementation of the independent curriculum can run well if the leadership of the school principal can mobilize all potential school resources and the involvement of the school community can involve various educational components to participate in the success of the educational program. The aims of this research are to (1) describe the influence of school principal leadership on the implementation of the independent curriculum; (2) describe the influence of involvement of the school community on the implementation of the independent curriculum; (3) analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and involvement of the school community on the implementation of the independent curriculum in public elementary schools in Nalumsari District, Jepara Regency. The population in this study were state elementary school teachers in Nalumsari District, Jepara Regency, totaling 351 people. After calculating using the Slovin formula, the sample size was 78 people. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlation research type. The data collection method uses questionnaires. Data analysis uses statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression. The results of the hypothesis test show that (1) there is an influence of the principal's leadership on the implementation of the independent curriculum in the Nalumsari District Public Elementary School, Jepara Regency, with a coefficient of determination of 62.4%; (2) there is an influence of the involvement of the school community on the implementation of the independent curriculum at the Nalumsari District Public Elementary School, Jepara Regency, with a coefficient of determination of 41.5%; (3) there is an influence of the leadership of the school principal and the involvement of the school community together on the implementation of the independent curriculum at the Nalumsari District Public Elementary School, Jepara Regency, with a coefficient of determination of 65.7%. Based on the research results, it is recommended that school principals improve their ability to lead the school community and work together with teachers to encourage collaboration between school members and the community to run smoothly so that the implementation of the independent curriculum can be carried out well.

Abstract

The research approach is ex post facto with an associative model using multiple regression analysis. The research was carried out at SD N in Batang Regency, totaling 446 schools. The population is 446 Public Elementary School PJOK teachers in Batang Regency. The sampling technique used Proportional Random Sampling and the sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula as many as 211 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques test validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity and hypothesis testing. Research results 1) The effective leadership of the school principal has an influence contribution of 42.5% on the competence of PJOK teachers in Batang Regency State Elementary Schools, while the remaining 57.5% is influenced by other variables, 2) School culture has an influence contribution of 51.3 % of the competency of PJOK teachers in Batang Regency State Elementary Schools, while the remaining 48.7% is influenced by other variables, 3). The principal's effective leadership and school culture together have an influential contribution of 59.1% to the competence of PJOK teachers in Batang Regency State Elementary Schools, while the remaining 40.9% is influenced by other variables. The conclusion is that there is an influence of the principal's effective leadership and school culture on the competence of physical education, sports and health (PJOK) teachers in Batang Regency State Elementary Schools. The suggestion in this research is that the effective leadership of the school principal together with school culture should be mobilized to become an instrument in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Character is the main aspect in shaping a person's qualities to become a noble person. The focus of the research is to describe and analyze character education management in the implementation of the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project at SMP Negeri 1 Kertek Wonosobo Regency. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) planning is carried out using planning procedures including identification of needs, school programs, school program priorities, and school program socialization. 2) organizing is carried out using organizational procedures including placement of school resources, organizational development, assignment and delegation of authority. 3) the mobilization is carried out by the school principal including the principal's direction and the principal's motivation. 4) supervision carried out by the school principal includes making assessments, evaluating implementation activities, and following up.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Perencanaan program kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri 2 Pagergunung Kecamatan Pageruyung Kabupaten Kendal adalah a) Menyusun Visi, Misi Sekolah dan Tujuan Sekolah; b) Menyusun RKJM, RKT, RKAS sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah; c) Merancang dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila; d) Membuat modul kegiatan prioritas project; e) merencanakan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan projek, 2) Pelaksanaan program kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri 2 Pagergunung Kecamatan Pageruyung Kabupaten Kendal dilakukan dengan a) pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, dimana keterlibatan siswa secara aktif menjadi prioritas utama dalam model pembelajaran; b) pembelajaran berbasis Project Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan sasaran capaian 5 dimensi utama yaitu beriman dan bertaqwa kepada tuhan YME, mandiri, bergotong royong, berbineka tunggal ika, berkebinekaan global, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. c) Pembelajaran dengan kolaborasi lingkungan dimana proses pembelajaran melibatkan partisipasi semua pihak eksteren sebagai lingkungan sekolah, 3) Evaluasi program kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri 2 Pagergunung Kecamatan Pageruyung Kabupaten Kendal dilaksanakan dengan model assesmen yang meliputi a) penilaian formatif yang dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran untuk memberikan umpan balik kepada siswa dan guru tentang kemajuan belajar mereka; b) Penilaian sumatif. Hasil penilaian sumatif digunakan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman siswa, memberikan penilaian akhir, dan memberikan informasi tentang capaian pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Akbar, Khairil. 2024. “Strategi Bauran Pemasaran SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung” Tesis. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Nurkolis, M.M; (2) Dr. I Made Sudana, M.Pd.,IPM. Bauran pemasaran adalah seperangkat variabel terkendali untuk membentuk karakteristik jasa guna mencapai tujuan pemasaran. Tujuan pemasaran dalam lingkup pendidikan antara lain untuk meningkatkan kuantitas peserta didik pada suatu lembaga pendidikan sehingga mampu memenangkan kompetisi. Fokus penelitian ini tentang strategi bauran pemasaran di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi product, price, place, promotion di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Analisis data dengan empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa (1) product, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung menawarkan produk berupa program kelas unggulan, ekstrakurikuler/ life skill, dan prestasi peserta didik, (2) price, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung menetapkan harga melalui musyawarah berdasarkan biaya-biaya, memberikan beasiswa Bidik Misi, dan harga pendidikan relatif lebih mahal namun seimbang dengan layanan, (3) place, lokasi SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung berada di kota dan mudah diakses dari daerah manapun, kondisi lingkungan dan bangunan aman serta nyaman, (4) promotion, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung melakukan promosi melalui brosur, kalender, banner, baliho, pamphlet, media sosial (whatsapp, facebook, instagram), pameran dan pertunjukan, kegiatan sosial keagamaan, sosialisasi ke SMP/MTs, channel youtube, dan siaran televisi. Kesimpulan bahwa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung melakukan strategi bauran pemasaran dengan baik sesuai tujuan pemasaran. Saran untuk sekolah agar melakukan perbaikan perencanaan dalam strategi bauran pemasaran menjadi lebih sistematis berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sebelumnya.

Abstract

There is a new paradigm and a curriculum that is constantly changing with technological developments, the role of teachers is required to follow these developments. One of the government's efforts in realizing educators who have competence to achieve national education goals is the Program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PPGP). Through PPGP, many teacher mover (guru penggerak) throughout Indonesia are graduated who are ready to enter schools and are expected to have a significant impact on schools and the education ecosystem. This study aims to identify the role of teacher mover as teacher leadership in improving the quality of schools at the state elementary school Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collected from a combination of literature studies, observations, and interviews were systematically analyzed to identify the role of teacher leaders as Teacher Leadership in improving school quality. The results of the study show that the role of teacher mover has an important contribution to teacher leadership in State Elementary Schools in Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency. The role of teacher mover includes being a learning leader, being a coach for others, encouraging collaboration, realizing student leadership, and mobilizing the community of practitioners. The advice given by the author to the teacher mover is to always actively carry out self- development, increase cooperation with various parties, collaborate with school residents and the community of teacher mover, and maintain self- motivation to become teacher leadership.

Abstract

Sebagian besar satuan pendidikan di wilayah Daerah Binaan 1 Kecamatan Singorojo terdapat penurunan nilai capaian rapor pendidikan, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran belum mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Penurunan ini disebabkan berbagai faktor penting yaitu pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepemimpinan inkuiri apresiatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepemimpinan inkuiri apresiatif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Singorojo. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional kausal. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Agustus-Desember 2024 di SD Negeri Kecamatan Singorojo. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para guru di 13 SD Negeri Kecamatan Singorojo sebanyak 138. Dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling, sampel penelitian ini sebesar 103 guru. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh pengelolaan kinerja guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Singorojo (sig 0,000 < 0,05). 2) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan inkuiri apresiatif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Singorojo (sig 0,000 < 0,05). 3) Ada pengaruh pengelolaan kinerja guru dan kepemimpinan inkuiri apresiatif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Singorojo (sig 0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan perencanaan berbasis data terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Boja, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada responden. Analisis dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Juli 2024 hingga Februari 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 613,153 (lebih besar dari F-tabel 3,94) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), serta nilai R-square sebesar 85,9%, yang dikategorikan sangat kuat. Demikian pula, perencanaan berbasis data memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan dengan nilai F-hitung 685,312, nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), dan nilai R-square sebesar 87,2%, yang juga dikategorikan sangat kuat. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan perencanaan berbasis data berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan, dengan nilai F-hitung 429,952, nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), dan nilai R-square sebesar 89,5%, yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat kuat. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan transformasional dan perencanaan berbasis data dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas sekolah.
