Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis deskriptif fenomenologis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian difokuskan pada peran komite sekolah dalam pembiayaan pendidikan di SDIT Al Manan Boyolali, dengan subfokus peran sebagai badan pertimbangan (advisory agency), badan pendukung (supporting agency), dan badan pengontrol (controlling agency). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran komite sekolah dalam memberikan pertimbangan sudah berjalan baik, terbukti dari penyusunan RKS dan RKAS, usulan prioritas pembiayaan program unggulan, serta saran terkait kekurangan pembiayaan. Peran sebagai badan pendukung juga berjalan baik, ditunjukkan melalui dukungan dalam penyusunan dan pelaksanaan RKAS, perencanaan penggalangan dana, memberikan ide mencari sumber dana lain, dukungan finansial, serta partisipasi dalam pembangunan Rumah Qur’an maupun kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. Selain itu, peran sebagai badan pengontrol terbukti efektif dalam mengawasi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan anggaran pembangunan Rumah Qur’an serta memantau hasil penggalangan dana. Kesimpulannya, komite sekolah di SDIT Al Manan berperan baik dalam memberikan pertimbangan kebijakan, dukungan dalam bentuk pikiran, finansial, dan tenaga, serta sebagai badan pengontrol bagi sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan implementasi digitalasi, implementasi digitalisasi proses pembelajaran, implementasi digitalisasi manajemen sekolah, dan implementasi digitalisasi cara kerja terhadap efektivitas sekolah secara sendiri-sendiri maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain korelasional dengan responden sebanyak 560 orang yang ditentukan secara acak sederhana. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validiras, reabilitas, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara varibel bebas terhadap variable terikat, secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara simultan. Hubungan antar variable termasuk kategori lemah dan pengaruhnya rendah. Agar memiliki pengaruh kuat disarankan untuk meningkatkan sarana digital sekolah, memberikan pelatihan digital kepada guru dan kepala sekolah, serta adanya dukungan kebijakan dari pihak berwenang.

Abstract

Creating an environmentally conscious school culture is essential to advancing education for sustainable development. This study explores how the managerial leadership of the principal at SMP Negeri 2 Kajen transforms school environmental culture within the framework of Indonesia’s Adiwiyata (Green School) Program. A qualitative case study approach was used to examine the principal’s leadership across five managerial functions: planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and innovating. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving school leaders, teachers, and the Adiwiyata team. Thematic analysis was applied using the Miles and Huberman model. The principal played a strategic role in embedding environmental values into the school vision, work plans, and daily routines. Participatory planning involved teachers and the Adiwiyata team, while structured coordination ensured clear task distribution. Implementation included daily waste sorting, Clean Friday routines, school greening, and recycling workshops. Monitoring mechanisms used rubrics and evaluation meetings, while innovations such as digital environmental campaigns and tree adoption fostered student engagement. These practices led to improved environmental behaviors, teacher collaboration, and community involvement. The study demonstrates that effective managerial leadership can institutionalize environmental culture by integrating sustainability into school governance. The findings offer a practical model for schools seeking to align educational leadership with ecological responsibility.

Abstract

Educational accountability is crucial in ensuring transparency and performance in schools. This study investigates the influence of principals’ transformational leadership and data-based planning on educational accountability in elementary schools in Boja District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. The study involved 103 elementary school teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed through statistical procedures, including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that principals’ transformational leadership has a significant effect on educational accountability, with an F-value of 613.153 (F-table = 3.94), a significance level of 0.000 (0.05), and an R-square of 85.9%, indicating a very strong effect. Likewise, data-based planning significantly influences educational accountability, evidenced by an F-value of 685.312, a significance level of 0.000, and an R-square of 87.2%. Furthermore, the combined effect of transformational leadership and data-based planning yields an F-value of 429.952, with a significance level of 0.000 and an R-square of 89.5%, demonstrating a very strong joint influence. These findings underscore the importance of transformational leadership and data-driven planning as strategic factors in enhancing school accountability. Principals who exhibit visionary leadership and utilize data effectively contribute significantly to transparent and effective school governance. Transformational leadership and data-based planning are critical to strengthening educational accountability in elementary schools. Policies and training programs should support these competencies among school leaders.

Abstract

Learning quality remains a fundamental aspect of strengthening Indonesia’s education system. Despite ongoing efforts, the 2023 Education Report revealed a decline in learning quality across 13 public elementary schools in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. This study responds to that issue by analyzing the impact of the Teacher Performance Management feature and the Appreciative Inquiry Leadership approach, both implemented in 2024, on improving learning quality. Employing a quantitative, causal-comparative research design, the study involved 103 teachers selected through proportional random sampling and utilized multiple linear regression analysis to explore the relationships among the variables. The findings suggest that both Teacher Performance Management and Appreciative Inquiry Leadership significantly contribute to enhanced learning quality when applied simultaneously. The results highlight the importance of integrating structured performance management with leadership that fosters appreciation, collaboration, and innovation. This study addresses a research gap by examining the joint effect of Teacher Performance Management and Appreciative Inquiry Leadership on learning outcomes in public elementary schools, a topic that remains underexplored in current literature. The practical significance lies in guiding educational leaders and policymakers to adopt strategies that nurture professional growth and create adaptive learning environments tailored to students’ needs.

Abstract

Improving the quality of educational services is essential for ensuring institutional effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction. However, few studies have explored the combined impact of school leadership and stakeholder engagement—particularly in primary education contexts. This study aims to examine the influence of school principals’ managerial skills and customer relationship management (CRM) on the quality of educational services in public elementary schools. A quantitative, correlational survey design was employed involving 97 teachers selected from a population of 128 through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity), and hypothesis testing through simple and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that school principals' managerial skills significantly affect educational service quality, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.823 and an R² of 77.7%. Similarly, customer relations show a strong positive relationship with service quality (r = 0.857; R² = 73.4%). When combined, these two variables yield an even stronger influence (r = 0.866; R² = 75.0%). These findings highlight the critical role of effective leadership and stakeholder collaboration in enhancing educational services. Strengthening principals’ managerial competencies and implementing CRM-oriented practices can lead to better communication, trust, and responsiveness in schools. This study offers practical implications for policymakers and school leaders to design targeted professional development and engagement strategies that support sustainable educational improvement.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of instructional leadership and school culture on school performance in public senior high schools in Rembang Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers and analyzed with multiple regression. The results show that instructional leadership contributes 12.3% and school culture 17.8% to school performance. Together, both variables explain 30.3% of the variability, with the remaining 69.7% influenced by other factors. Effective instructional leadership, characterized by a clear academic vision, supervision, and teacher empowerment, improves learning quality. A strong school culture, based on collaboration, discipline, and innovation, boosts teacher motivation and student achievement. The study confirms the crucial role of leadership and culture in educational success, emphasizing the need for principal leadership competencies and a positive school culture. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya kompetensi profesional guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi rendahnya kompetensi profesional guru adalah supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling terhadap 102 orang guru. Teknik pengolahan data diawali dengan uji prasyarat analisis dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian hipotesis yang ditetapkan. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 44,5%. Disarankan kepada guru meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya khususnya pada dimensi pengembangan materi pelajaran dan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam menyusun perencanaan supervisi akademik.

Abstract

Kebijakan redistribusi guru ASN PPPK di sekolah swasta berdasarkan Permendikdasmen Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan tentang kekurangan tenaga pendidik di sekolah swasta dan memastikan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam kebijakan redistribusi guru berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan di sekolah swasta. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian narrative review karena memungkinkan penulis untuk mengkaji secara deskriptif dari sumber kepustakaan yang relevan seperti artikel jurnal, laporan kebijakan atau artikel media edukatif. Hasil penelusuran kepustakaan menunjukkan bahwa kajian penelitian sebelumnya merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Setelah melakukan telaah tematik diperoleh bahwa kebijakan redistribusi guru ASN PPPK memiliki dampak positif dan negatif terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah swasta. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, adaptasi guru, keberlanjutan kontrak, serta kesiapan sekolah swasta menjadi faktor krusial dalam keberhasilan kebijakan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji urgensi transformasi perencanaan sekolah melalui implementasi siklus Identifikasi, Refleksi, dan Benahi (IRB) berbasis Rapor Pendidikan di Indonesia. Kesenjangan antara ketersediaan data evaluasi dan implementasi program peningkatan mutu mendorong pengembangan model perencanaan yang sistematis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi pustaka sistematis, penelitian ini menganalisis 10 artikel ilmiah terbitan 2023-2025 dari database jurnal terakreditasi Sinta 3 melalui teknik meta-sintesis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi siklus IRB memiliki potensi transformatif dalam menggeser paradigma perencanaan sekolah dari pendekatan intuitif menuju pendekatan berbasis bukti empiris. Studi ini mengidentifikasi interkoneksi antara kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi digital sebagai faktor determinan kesuksesan implementasi siklus IRB. Kerangka implementatif yang dikembangkan tidak hanya mentransformasi proses perencanaan teknis, tetapi juga mereorientasi peran kepala sekolah sebagai fasilitator kolaboratif dan guru sebagai partisipan aktif dalam interpretasi data. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan model konseptual yang mengintegrasikan teori perencanaan strategis, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan manajemen perubahan dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan.
