Abstract

This research was conducted because of different research results regarding the factors that influence capital structure, especially profitability, asset growth and business risk.  By using quantitative descriptive analysis and purposive sampling techniques, the final sample obtained was 8 companies. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis with the help of EViews 11. Based on the analysis results, it shows that profitability and asset growth have no effect on capital structure, while business risk has a negative effect on capital structure.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine whether there is a difference in performance between the conventional stock index and the Islamic stock index. If the performance is different, what is the magnitude of the difference. This research is important to be done to be used as a reference and also a preference for the community to determine which investment instrument is the right one and will be profitable for them. This type of research is comparative. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with secondary data. Secondary data will be accessed through the official website. Secondary data is then processed so that it can provide the right conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference between the conventional stock index and the Islamic stock index in terms of Sharpe's performance. However, there is a significant difference between the conventional stock index and the Islamic stock index in terms of Treynor and Jensen's performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen talenta (talent management) terhadap kinerja, dengan mediasi digital inclusion pada guru dan staf Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) swasta di Kota Tangerang. Responden berjumlah 157 orang yang terdiri dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, digital inclusion terbukti memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan tersebut. Artinya, semakin tinggi penerapan manajemen talenta di sekolah, maka kinerja guru dan staf juga meningkat, terutama jika didukung oleh inklusi digital yang baik seperti akses, pemahaman, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam proses kerja dan pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi kebijakan manajemen talenta dengan pengembangan kapasitas digital sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja di sektor pendidikan. Sekolah disarankan untuk memperkuat strategi digitalisasi guna memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia yang ada

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for improving employee loyalty through the roles of leadership style and job satisfaction, with overtime serving as a moderating variable. The background of this research is the high employee turnover rate in Indonesia, which negatively affects organizational stability and productivity. A quantitative approach with a causal design was employed, using data collected through questionnaires distributed to 74 permanent employees of PT XYZ Serpong Branch. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but no direct effect on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction is a significant mediating variable in the relationship between leadership style and employee loyalty. In addition, overtime significantly influences job satisfaction and indirectly affects employee loyalty through job satisfaction. However, overtime does not moderate the relationship between leadership style and either job satisfaction or employee loyalty. The state of the art of this research lies in its integrative model, which combines three key dimensions in human resource management—leadership, job satisfaction, and overtime—and applies a PLS-SEM approach to simultaneously examine mediation and moderation effects. This study contributes to the literature by demonstrating that employee loyalty is more effectively enhanced through the mediating role of job satisfaction rather than direct leadership intervention or overtime practices. Nevertheless, this study is limited to analyzing the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and overtime on employee loyalty at PT XYZ Serpong Branch with a sample of 74 permanent employees. The analysis approach uses PLS-SEM through SmartPLS, and findings are contextual, not intended for generalization across organizations or sectors.
