Abstract

Digitalization has an impact on the economy where digitalization changes people's transaction patterns in the financial sector. Following existing technological developments, banks are also innovating to create digital services, namely mobile banking. One of the banks in Indonesia that provides mobile banking services is Bank BNI. It is known that BNI mobile application users rarely use the application. So it is likely caused by factors such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on actual system use. Sampling used a non-probability technique with a purposive sampling method. The population of this research is BNI mobile banking application users at Salatiga City. The data was processed using the SPSS application by carrying out validity tests, reliability tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, and F tests. The results of this research are that perceived usefulness influences actual system use with an influence of 32 %, perceived ease of use influences actual system use by 42.4%, and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influence actual system use by 46.3%. The suggestion in this research is to evaluate the usefulness and ease of use provided by the BNI mobile banking application so that the use of the BNI mobile banking application can be increased.Keywords: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Actual System UseDigitalisasi memberi pengaruh pada perekonomian dimana digitalisasi mengubah pola transaksi masyarakat di sektor keuangan. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang ada, bank juga turut berinovasi untuk menciptakan layanan digital yaitu mobile banking. Salah satu bank di Indonesia yang menyediakan layanan mobile banking adalah Bank BNI. Diketahui bahwa pengguna aplikasi BNI mobile jarang menggunakan aplikasinya. Sehingga kemungkinan disebabkan oleh faktor seperti perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap actual system use. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi mobile banking BNI di Kota Salatiga. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap actual system use dengan pengaruh sebesar 32%, perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap actual system use sebesar 42,4%, dan perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap actual system use sebesar 46,3%. Saran pada penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi mengenai usefulness dan ease of use yang diberikan melalui aplikasi mobile banking BNI sehingga penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking BNI dapat ditingkatkan.Kata Kunci: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Actual System Use

Abstract

Abstract: The increase in quality human resources due to competition and the emergence of similar competitors. Therefore, companies need to optimize existing human resources to improve employee performance. Problems related to employee performance are motivated by organizational climate conditions that are perceived not as expected and competency factors that still need to be improved. This condition is also experienced by the Branch Office of PT Pegadaian (Persero) in Semarang City. This study aims to determine the effect between organizational climate and competence on employee performance at the PT Pegadaian (Persero) Branch Office in Semarang City. This type of research is explanatory research and uses total or census sampling techniques. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 57 respondents and processed using SPSS 26 which is used for validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results showed that organizational climate and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has a significant effect and contributes 54.2% to employee performance. While competence has a significant effect and contributes 50.6% to employee performance. Then the organizational climate and competence simultaneously have a significant effect contributing 64.3% to employee performance. It is concluded that the creation of a positive Organizational Climate felt by employees, along with the existence of good competence in employees can motivate them to be able to work optimally and produce good performance. Therefore, the company can maintain its relationship to providing support and pay more attention to its relationship to providing punishment and reward. Furthermore, for future research, other independent variables can be added to make it more varied.Keywords: organizational climate; competence; employee performanceAbstrak: Meningkatnya sumber daya manusia berkualitas akibat dari persaingan dan munculnya kompetitor sejenis. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia yang ada untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Permasalahan terkait kinerja karyawan dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi iklim organisasi yang dirasakan belum sesuai harapan serta faktor kompetensi yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kondisi tersebut juga dialami oleh Kantor Cabang PT Pegadaian (Persero) di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara iklim organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Cabang PT Pegadaian (Persero) di Kota Semarang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dan menggunakan teknik sampling total atau sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 57 responden dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 26 yang digunakan untuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan menyumbang sebesar 54,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan dan menyumbang sebesar 50,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian iklim organisasi dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan menyumbang 64,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disimpulkan bahwa terciptanya Iklim Organisasi yang positif yang dirasakan oleh karyawan, bersama dengan adanya kompetensi yang baik pada karyawan dapat memotivasi mereka untuk dapat bekerja dengan optimal dan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dapat mempertahankan kaitannya pemberian support dan lebih memperhatikan berkaitannya dengan pemberian punishment dan reward. Selanjutnya, untuk penelitian yang akan datang dapat menambahkan variabel bebas lainnya agar lebih bervariasi.Kata Kunci: iklim organisasi; kompetensi; kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Tender procurement is an activity that is carried out openly to meet the demand for needs within a company by considering considerations in terms of quality, quantity, delivery time, as well as price and is usually used for procurement in large quantities and values which are also complex. The aim of this research is to determine the process of procuring goods and services using the tender method and the obstacles in implementing the procurement process using the tender method at PT. BRI Asuransi Indonesia Head Office Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation, then obtaining data sources from primary data and secondary data which are processed using data analysis techniques through reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions as well as applying triangulation of source data and time. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the procurement process using the tender method at PT. BRI Asuransi Indonesia Jakarta Head Office has complex procedures and is guided by the procedures stated in the decision letter. The stages start from the distribution of announcements, the analysis process, document collection, document assessment, clarification and negotiation, announcement of winners, to the issuance of purchase order documents and work orders. The process of tender procurement has not been carried out effectively because there are still obstacles found in the process, namely (1) there is a process that is carried out manually and (2) the length of time for the process of making agreement documents. The company can overcome these obstacles by implementing an e-procurement system to speed up the process, accompanied by providing outreach regarding how to use it and then also improving coordination between the compliance and risk management division and the legal team related to creating applicable document templates to save inspection time.Keywords : Process, Procurement, Tender.

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the way business is done in Indonesia, pushing companies to adapt quickly. Both digital and non-digital technologies play an important role in managing an increasingly connected and competitive business. In the logistics sector, especially in procurement, technology plays an important role in improving efficiency and transparency. The provision of resources through procurement is a key aspect of logistics management, which requires appropriate regulations and policies to ensure effective fulfillment of needs. This procurement process often involves bidding, both with local and international companies, to select qualified and suitable providers. However, the procurement process certainly has some problems such as the non-processing of a document. One of the state-owned companies that has implemented e-procurement is PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS). This study aims to identify the application of the e-procurement system and inhibiting factors in the application of the e-procurement system in the process of procuring goods and services at PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS). The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative. The data used by the author is obtained through interviews with supporting data related to the problems that occur. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the e-procurement system at PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) has not run optimally because there are still inhibiting factors, namely human resources who have not mastered e-procurement, unstable internet and system errors.
