Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keterampilan teknologi yang dimoderasi oleh transfer pengetahuan terhadap kualitas individu. Selain itu, untuk menguji pengaruh keterampilan teknologi yang dimediasi oleh kualitas individu terhadap kinerja individu. Penelitian ini melibatkan 39 responden yang diambil secara acak para guru SMA di Ponorogo. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 (empat) variabel yang terdiri dari variabel independent, moderasi, mediasi dan variabel dependent. Variabel yang dimaksud yaitu; keterampilan teknologi (X), transfer pengetahuan (Z), kualitas individu (Y1), dan kinerja individu (Y2). Temuan dalam penelitian adalah keterampilan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas individu, selanjutnya keterampilan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Kualitas individu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Selanjutnya, transfer pengetahuan tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara keterampilan teknologi terhadap kualitas individu. Kata Kunci : keterampilan teknologi, kualitas individu, transfer pengetahuan, kinerja individu AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine technological skills moderated by knowledge transfer on individual qualities. In addition, to examine the effect of technology skills mediated by individual qualities on individual performance. This study involved 39 respondents who were randomly selected from high school teachers in Ponorogo. This study consists of 4 (four) variables consisting of independent variables, moderation, mediation and dependent variables. The variables in question are; technological skills (X), knowledge transfer (Z), individual quality (Y1), and individual performance (Y2). Findings: The findings in the study are that technology skills have a positive and significant effect on individual quality, then technology skills have a positive and significant effect on individual performance. Individual quality has no significant effect on individual performance. Furthermore, knowledge transfer cannot mediate the effect of technological skills on individual qualities. Keywords : technological skills, individual qualities, knowledge transfer, individual performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between intellectual ability, career development and work engagement on employee performance at PT. BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Goranggareng, Magetan Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.”The sample used in this study was 76 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using data instrument tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the IMB SPSS statistical analysis tool 22. From the t test it shows that intellectual abilities have an effect positive on employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Goranggareng, Magetan Regency”. The results of the F test show that intellectual ability, career development and work engagement have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine consumers' impulsive purchases at Tiktok Shop based on antecedents and consequences explained by the variables of impulsive behavior, online consumer reviews, purchase decisions and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods, namely product moment correlation. The sample determined in the study used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 302 respondents who had made purchases at the Tiktok Shop. The results of the study show that Consumer Impulsivity has an influence on Impulsive Buying, meaning that consumers who have high impulsive reactions will usually buy products impulsively.

Abstract

Performance measurement is the process of assessing progress towards achieving the planned goals. Through this measurement, the organization can evaluate and improve its production process, and can assess its achievement appropriately. In this study, we will test digital business on MSME performance, and the influence of digital business on SMEs performance through agility strategies. The amount of data obtained in this study was 43 SMEs factors. The results of this study are expected to provide information to SMEs actors in improving their performance by utilizing technology as a tool for their business operations. Based on the results of statistical tests using SmartPLS found that digital technology has no significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Furthermore, digital technology has a significant positive effect on agility strategy. And the agility strategy has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. And the test of agility strategy can mediate the relationship between agility technology on the performance of SMEs. Pengukuran kinerja merupakan proses menilai untuk kemajuan menuju pencapaian tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Melalui pengukuran ini, organisasi dapat mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan proses produksinya, dan dapat menilai pencapaian dengan tepat. Pada penelitian ini, akan melakukan pengujian teknologi digital terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan pengaruh teknologi digital terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui strategi agility. Jumlah data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi terhadap pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai alat untuk operasional bisnisnya. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan SmartPLS menemukan bahwa teknologi digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Selanjutnya teknologi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap strategi agility. Dan strategi agility berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Dan uji strategi agility dapat memediasi hubungan antara teknologi agility terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

This research examines financial literacy's influence on investment decisions through unsystematic risk management. The data source used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, using sample criteria to enter as a research sample. This research involved 88 respondents as research samples. The analytical tool used to carry out statistical tests is SmartPLS. This study found that financial literacy and unsystematic risk management simultaneously had a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Unsystematic risk management has a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, unsystematic risk management can mediate the relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions. This study highlights investor behavior in making investment decisions using the theory of planned behavior approach.

Abstract

UMKM are the spearhead of a country's economy. Reyogfoody is one of the UMKM in Ponorogo City that provides a variety of food menus that are popular with young people by implementing a takeaway service system to improve service quality. However, with the limitation of employees that are not proportional to the number of orders, this causes problems with service quality, namely the wrong orders made. This study aims to analyze the influence of the location of the store, brand image and service quality on consumer purchase decisions in UMKM Reogfoody. This study implements a quantitative approach with a random sampling technique with a total of 96 respondents. The data collection technique used was in the form of a questionnaire which was then tested with multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Meanwhile, the location of the store does not have a positive and significant influence.
