Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about how to improve the quality of Islamic education through optimizing personnel management, and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of personnel management in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Plus Bandung City. The research that was carried out was included in qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, improving the quality of education is a systematic effort in school management to achieve progress from one stage to a higher level to produce added value according to applicable norms/standards. Management of improving the quality of Islamic education in schools is a quality improvement method that is based on school education itself, applies a set of techniques, is based on the availability of quantitative and qualitative data, and empowers all school components to continuously increase the capacity and capacity of school organizations to meet the needs of participants. students and society. By optimizing personnel management, it can continue to improve the quality of Islamic education. This is what the SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Plus Bandung City has done.Keywords:  Personnel Management, Quality of Education, Islam

Abstract

Permasalahan pendidikan, termasuk manajemen Pendidikan Islam mengharuskan tindakan nyata pemerintah sebagai wujud kebijakan publik. Program, tindakan atau kebijakan publik di bidang Pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan pemerintah merupakan salah satu area substantif studi kebijakan publik. Hal ini juga merupakan bagian dari kajian studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Dengan metode kepustakaan dan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontibusi teori kebijakan publik terhadap studi manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Berbagai teori yang dikemukakan ahli kebijakan publik tentang berbagai aspek teori kebijakan public, termasuk analisis kebijakan publik sangat berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan studi  Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam sebagai bagian dari ilmu Pendidikan Islam dapat memanfaatkan teori dan analisis kebijakan publik untuk menjelaskan berbagai feomena dan permasalahan Pendidikaan Islam.

Abstract

This study describes the management of educational financing based on entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools at Pondok Modern Cordoba, West Bandung. This research is a qualitative research. Methods of data collection using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data categorization and data interpretation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the management of education financing at Pondok Modern Cordoba, West Bandung is not much different from the management of education financing in general. 2) the cost of education at Pondok Modern Cordoba, West Bandung, was obtained from three sources of funds. First, it is obtained from non-governmental organizations around the lodge through infaq and waqf. Second, it is obtained from donors or congregations who are permanent donors. Third, from the results of the pesantren business, namely through the Business Unit. 3) the results of the Pondok Pesantren business unit are entirely managed by the Pondok and allocated for the advancement of education at the Pondok.Keywords: Education Financing Management; Modern Islamic Boarding School; Entrepreneurship. Abstrak Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis kewirausahaan pondok pesantren di Pondok Modern Cordoba Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kategorisasi data dan penafsiran data. Hasi dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di Pondok Modern Cordoba Bandung Barat tidak jauh berbeda dengan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan pada umumnya. 2) perolehan biaya pendidikan di Pondok Modern Cordoba Bandung Barat diperoleh dengan tiga sumber dana. Pertama, diperoleh dari swadaya masyarakat sekitar pondok melalui infaq dan wakaf. Kedua, diperoleh dari para donatur atau jama’ah yang menjadi donatur tetap. Ketiga, dari hasil usaha pesantren yaitu melalui Unit Usaha. 3) hasil unit usaha Pondok Pesantren seluruhnya dikelola oleh Pondok dan dialokasikan untuk kemajuan pendidikan di Pondok.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan; Pondok Pesantren Modern; Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Islamic education is a subject that must be taught, either in public schools or Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding school is the oldest educational institution in Indonesia, which has an essential role in realizing the nation's character. The materials taught at Islamic boarding schools are related to Islamic education, including the Qur’an and Hadith, which need to be taught properly. Considering that today's Qu’ran-Hadith learning has not had a major impact on changing the nation's character, it is necessary to apply the right and inspiring method so that the expected results are not only cognitive. In this regard, the ibrah mauiẓah method is derived from the Qur'an, which is considered appropriate and soulful in providing the inculcation of Islamic values based on the Qur'an and Hadith. For this reason, this paper aims to develop the application of the ibrah mauiẓah method in learning the Qur’an-Hadith at the Tsanawiyyah level. The research methodology employed by the authors was a qualitative approach, with library research techniques in collecting data. The results revealed that applying the ibrah mauiẓah method has a spiritual nuance. When applied properly, it can increase the spiritual intelligence of students. Thus, it will have an impact on improving the character of students. Also, this application is divided into two stages: the pre-instructional and instructional stages.

Abstract

Curriculum management is the process of utilizing all management activities, starting from planning, implementing and evaluating in order to maximize the achievement of educational curriculum objectives implemented in educational institutions. The facts on the ground show that TMI Al-Amien Prenduan has implemented curriculum management activities, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation processes. The purpose of this study was to identify the planning of the modern Islamic boarding school curriculum at the TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Modern Islamic Boarding School, the implementation of the modern Islamic boarding school curriculum at the TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Modern Islamic Boarding School and the evaluation of the modern Islamic boarding school curriculum at the TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Modern Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach through interviews, observation and documentation. As a source of triangulation, in-depth interviews were conducted with other informants, namely the deputy head of the curriculum, curriculum staff, general secretary, infrastructure staff and teachers. The results showed that the management of the pesantren curriculum at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan was effective in a systematic way from planning, implementing and evaluating realistically and influencing success in the learning process to improve the quality of graduates.
