Abstract

Lack of knowledge about LAN network can be overcome by an expert with his knowledge and experiences. Expert systems are developed together with the existence of the information technology. The development of expert systems is aimed as aid facilities to provide solutions in our lives. This expert system can help technicians to get solutions quickly and can save the time. Expert systems use computer technology to integrate, manipulate and display information or features. Expert systems can also help in taking better solutions. This system uses forward chaining method which is the inference method using logical reason that is started from the previous fact to examine the validity of hypotheses. This system is created using JAVA Netbeans program and database using MySQL. This system is provided an expert menu for knowledge management, so the expert can add, change and delete the knowledge. This system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling.

Abstract

The web-based student attendance information system at SMK Bintara Rancaekek is designed and built to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of attendance recording. The methodology used in this study is Linear Sequential, which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. This attendance information system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. To support system design, UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams are used, including use case, activity, class, and sequence diagrams. The result of this study is a system that allows teachers and administrative staff to record student attendance in real-time, access attendance reports, and manage student data more easily. Trials show that this system improves operational efficiency and reduces attendance recording errors. This web-based attendance information system is expected to support school administration management and provide significant benefits to SMK Bintara Rancaekek

Abstract

Currently, the development of Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) is progressing very quickly. The development of IS/IT cannot be separated from the role of humans who continue to improve and look for new innovations at all times so that technology can make people's daily work easier. The rapid development of IS/IT and the use of IS/IT in aspects of life has resulted in the integration of computerized systems that are not limited by time and distance via the network.internet. SI/IT also provides data accuracy in processing data compared to manual methods. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi e-commerce untuk pemesanan buket bunga berbasis Flutter di Toko Bunga 'Kisah Kita'. Seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan layanan yang praktis dan efisien, aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pelanggan dalam memilih dan memesan buket bunga secara online. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti katalog buket bunga, sistem pembayaran online, pelacakan pesanan, dan notifikasi. Dengan menggunakan Flutter, aplikasi ini mendukung platform Android dan iOS, yang memungkinkan jangkauan lebih luas kepada pengguna. Proses pengembangan mengadopsi desain berpusat pada pengguna, memastikan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan. Hasil uji coba awal menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta membantu Toko Bunga 'Kisah Kita' memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Presensi Ber-AKHLAK (SIPB) digunakan sebagai media presensi digital bagi ASN di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Garut, namun dalam penerapannya masih ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterlambatan sinkronisasi data, tampilan antarmuka yang kurang optimal, serta kesulitan penggunaan bagi sebagian pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna SIPB di BPKAD Garut menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif berbasis model End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner berskala Likert sebagai pengguna aktif sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIPB memperoleh skor rata-rata keseluruhan 3,93 yang termasuk kategori “puas”, dengan dimensi Content dan Format sebagai aspek tertinggi (4,2). Sementara itu, aspek Accuracy (3,8), Timeliness (3,8) dan Ease of Use (3,7) masih memerlukan peningkatan karena adanya keterlambatan data, penurunan performa pada jam sibuk dan hambatan adaptasi pada pegawai tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, SIPB dinilai cukup efektif dalam mendukung administrasi kehadiran, namun perlu optimalisasi lanjutan agar kinerja dan kenyamanan pengguna semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the room rental strategy at PT.Technolife through the application of Linear Programming (LP). The company faces challenges in maximizing revenue with limited resources, including operational time and the maximum capacity of available rooms. To address these challenges, LP methods were employed using two main approaches: the graphical method and the simplex method, to determine the most profitable room rental combination. The results of the study indicate that the optimal rental combination can meet existing constraints while maximizing revenue. The study concludes that the LP method can be an effective tool in supporting strategic decision-making for room rental business management. By applying the findings of this study, PT.Technolife can optimize its revenue, improve operational efficiency, and provide better services to its customers. The implementation of this method can also be applied to similar companies to manage resources more effectively.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages public agencies to improve the quality of services through the use of more effective digital systems. In the police environment, particularly the Community Development Unit (Satbinmas) of the Garut Police, the process of managing and reporting activities is still carried out semi-manually using Google Spreadsheets, potentially causing data duplication and hindering the recapitulation and monitoring of activities. This condition indicates the need for an information system supported by a user interface that suits the needs of field users. This study aims to design a web-based user interface for the Satbinmas Activity Management Information System of the Garut Police by applying the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research method was carried out iteratively through the stages of observation, user interviews, interface design, and usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving five Satbinmas personnel. The evaluation results showed an average SUS value of 78.5 which is included in the good category, indicating that the developed interface has an adequate level of usability and is acceptable to users. This study concludes that the application of UCD is able to produce an interface design that supports the efficiency and accuracy of Satbinmas activity management, and provides a contribution in the form of a reference for the development of information system interfaces based on user needs in the regional police environment.

Abstract

The development of information technology has accelerated the need for administrative digitalization within law enforcement institutions, including traffic units. This study aims to design a web-based User Interface (UI) for the activity recap system that facilitates faster, more accurate, and integrated reporting by traffic officers. The research applies the Prototyping method, where system development is conducted iteratively with user involvement in each design evaluation stage. The main features include login, activity report input and verification, data recap, and user account management. The results indicate that the implementation of a responsive and intuitive UI design improves reporting efficiency, reduces data entry errors, and enhances transparency in internal reporting processes. The main contribution of this study lies in providing a user-centered UI design model for activity recapitulation systems in law enforcement environments, particularly for traffic police units, which can serve as a reference for similar digital transformation initiatives.
