Abstract

Lack of knowledge about LAN network can be overcome by an expert with his knowledge and experiences. Expert systems are developed together with the existence of the information technology. The development of expert systems is aimed as aid facilities to provide solutions in our lives. This expert system can help technicians to get solutions quickly and can save the time. Expert systems use computer technology to integrate, manipulate and display information or features. Expert systems can also help in taking better solutions. This system uses forward chaining method which is the inference method using logical reason that is started from the previous fact to examine the validity of hypotheses. This system is created using JAVA Netbeans program and database using MySQL. This system is provided an expert menu for knowledge management, so the expert can add, change and delete the knowledge. This system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling.

Abstract

The web-based student attendance information system at SMK Bintara Rancaekek is designed and built to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of attendance recording. The methodology used in this study is Linear Sequential, which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. This attendance information system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. To support system design, UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams are used, including use case, activity, class, and sequence diagrams. The result of this study is a system that allows teachers and administrative staff to record student attendance in real-time, access attendance reports, and manage student data more easily. Trials show that this system improves operational efficiency and reduces attendance recording errors. This web-based attendance information system is expected to support school administration management and provide significant benefits to SMK Bintara Rancaekek

Abstract

Currently, the development of Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) is progressing very quickly. The development of IS/IT cannot be separated from the role of humans who continue to improve and look for new innovations at all times so that technology can make people's daily work easier. The rapid development of IS/IT and the use of IS/IT in aspects of life has resulted in the integration of computerized systems that are not limited by time and distance via the network.internet. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi e-commerce untuk pemesanan buket bunga berbasis Flutter di Toko Bunga 'Kisah Kita'. Seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan layanan yang praktis dan efisien, aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pelanggan dalam memilih dan memesan buket bunga secara online. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti katalog buket bunga, sistem pembayaran online, pelacakan pesanan, dan notifikasi. Dengan menggunakan Flutter, aplikasi ini mendukung platform Android dan iOS, yang memungkinkan jangkauan lebih luas kepada pengguna. Proses pengembangan mengadopsi desain berpusat pada pengguna, memastikan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan. Hasil uji coba awal menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta membantu Toko Bunga 'Kisah Kita' memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong berbagai lembaga, termasuk koperasi simpan pinjam, untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis web dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di Desa Hegarmanah masih menerapkan proses pengelolaan data anggota, simpanan, pinjaman, angsuran, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara semi-manual menggunakan buku besar dan aplikasi spreadsheet. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan proses administrasi memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama, berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta menyulitkan anggota dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai layanan koperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam berbasis web mobile yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data dan kualitas pelayanan kepada anggota. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), sedangkan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur loginadministrator, pengelolaan data anggota, data simpanan, data pinjaman, data angsuran, laporan keuangan, serta informasi koperasi dalam satu platform yang terintegrasi. Sistem mampu membantu pengelola dalam mengelola administrasi koperasi secara lebih cepat, terstruktur, dan terdokumentasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah dirancang sehingga sistem layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pengelolaan administrasi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Desa Hegarmanah.

Abstract

The admission process for new students (PPDB) and its reporting to Dapodik at SMA IT Atta'awun Sukaresmi currently faces operational constraints due to manual data management, leading to data redundancy and reporting delays. This study aims to design a web-based PPDB and Dapodik reporting information system using the Prototyping method to enhance school administrative efficiency. The system development focuses on creating rapid interface prototypes based on initial user requirements, which are then iteratively evaluated and validated together with school stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational needs. This research delivers a verified system design blueprint and user interface prototype tailored to minimize data entry errors and accelerate the administrative reporting process at SMA IT Atta'awun Sukaresmi.

Abstract

Scoring in the Paskibra competition at SMA Negeri 4 Garut was previously done manually, judges recorded scores on paper while the committee tallied them using a calculator or spreadsheet, a slow and error-prone process lacking transparency. This study develops a website-based scoring system that lets judges enter scores directly and helps the committee generate accurate, transparent results. Built using the Agile method (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and review) with a PHP framework and MySQL database, the system was modeled through use case, activity, class, and entity relationship diagrams. It manages participant and jury data along with scoring criteria, automatically updates weighted scores, and produces rankings and printable reports. Black Box Testing confirmed the login, data management, scoring, and reporting features all work properly. The system makes Paskibra scoring faster, more accurate, and clearer for judges, the committee, and participants.
