Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa posisi dan kecepatan seluruh kondisi batang sesuai dengan perubahan posisi batang 2 secara cepat pada suatu mekanisme engkol peluncur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode bilangan kompleks dengan bantuan program komputer (Program Fortran 77). Hasil analisis yang diperoleh memperlihatkan bahwa metode ini dapat menghitung dan mengevaluasi seluruh kondisi batang seiring dengan perubahan posisi sudut batang 2 secara tepat dan cepat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis defleksi yang terjadi secara eksperimental dan numerik pada balok segi empat dengan variasi pembebanan. Metode integrasi dan metode luas momen digunakan dalam menganalisis penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa posisi pembebanan L/2 (0,4 m) memberikan nilai defleksi yang terbesar. Selain itu defleksi secara eksperimental juga memberikan nilai terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan secara numerik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI, yang ditandai dengan 35% siswa masih memperoleh nilai rendah. Hal tersebut diasumsikan tidak terlepas dari faktor lingkungan teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional, dengan jumlah sampel 232 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan teman sebaya dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMK N 3 Payakumbuh. 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMK N 3 Payakumbuh. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan teman sebaya dan motivasi belajar secara simultan dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMK N 3 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

The Social Construction Socialization Towards Inclusion conducted in Bantaeng District was presented as an effort to transform the paradigm of Elementary School Principals from the Medical Model of Disability to the Social Model of Disability. The main problem was the gap between policy and practice, marked by low managerial understanding and a school culture that was not yet inclusive. This activity aimed to improve understanding of practical competencies. The implementation method was packaged in the form of workshops and mentoring. The results of this activity showed a significant increase from the category of 'Poor' to 'Good' and managerial competency from Sufficient to Very Good, proving the success of shifting social construction towards inclusive practices.

Abstract

Islamic Spirituality activities (Rohis) play an important role as a means of academic and religious development for students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at public schools. This study aims to analyze the role of Rohis in students’ academic development and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Rohis activities at SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Melintang, West Pasaman. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal for student affairs, Islamic Religious Education teachers, Rohis supervisors, Rohis administrators, and students participating in Rohis activities. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation techniques used to ensure data validity. The results showed that Rohis plays an important role in students’ academic development through three main aspects, namely the development of Islamic insight, the development of religious interests and talents, and religious skills training. Rohis activities help students deepen Islamic Religious Education material, improve their abilities in da’wah, public speaking, Qur’anic recitation, and worship practice, and have a positive impact on learning outcomes and the formation of students’ religious character. Supporting factors for the implementation of Rohis include school support, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and students’ need for religious development, whereas inhibiting factors include limited time, uneven student participation, and limited activity funding. The conclusion of this study affirms that Rohis plays a strategic role in supporting academic development and strengthening students’ religious character at school. These findings provide practical implications for schools in optimizing religious extracurricular activities as part of strengthening Islamic Religious Education learning.
