Abstract

Creative thinking is a person’s ability that needs to be developed in school and it’s hoped that the teacher can realize learning that makes creative thinking skills can be developed. The combination of the PjBL model with the KWL worksheet is done as needed. This study has the goal of describing the PjBL model combined with the KWL worksheet in improving or enhancing student’s creative thinking skills. The method used for this study examines the literature by collecting written material from articles in journals and books that discuss the PjBL model and KWL. From this study the results obtained from research that produce mathematical creative students who are subjected to the PjBL model with the KWL worksheet with those who are subjected to the PjBL model with the KWL worksheet with those who are subjected to learning models of mathematical creative thinking ability that can be supported by a combination of the PjBL model with the contents of the KWL worksheet. With the stages of the PjBL model combined with this KWL worksheet, students can better understand the material learned through mathematical problem-solving processes by making projects through real work increasing student motivation. The use of the KWL worksheet can organize learning activities more efficiently and systematically and can overcome the problem of using time on the PjBL model so that it’s more focused on learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh media pembelajaran GeoGebra terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada topik Garis dan Sudut di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pulung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasinya yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pulung. Kelas VIIA diberi perlakuan pembelajaran dengan media GeoGebra dan kelas VIIB diberi perlakuan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi pretest dan posttest yang berupa soal  pemecahan masalah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t. Hasil uji  dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa hasil nilai sig.=0,038 lebih kecil dari α sehingga  ditolak. Artinya, penggunaan media GeoGebra di kelas eksperimen berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This research aimed to know whether there was an effect of ultaco games on Group B children in understanding the covid-19 health protocol at RA Aisyiyah in Siman district Ponorogo regency. Due to the spread of the covid-19 outbreak, which infects early childhood, introducing the health protocol to prevent the infection of the virus is needed. One of the attempts is by using ultaco games or snake-ladder games. This research used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample was selected by using a simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using t-test, specifically a paired t-test and an independent sample t-test. Before analyzing the data, normality and homogeneity tests were carried out. The results obtained from this study are that there is an influence of the Ultaco game as a new educational game tool for early childhood on the ability to recognize the Covid-19 health protocol in group B children as indicated by the sig 2 tailed value obtained, which is 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

AbstrakMasih banyak guru yang kebingungan menentukan pola pembinaan yang harusnya mereka lakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pembinaan Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) Matematika SMP di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Pola pembinaan OSN Matematika SMP di Kabupaten Ponorogo dilakukan dalam tiga pola pembinaan, yakni otoriter, permisif, dan demokratis. Pada pola otoriter, terlihat dari kebijakan sekolah dalam menyusun program pembinaan, proses seleksi, hingga reward yang diberikan ketika lolos seleksi OSN tingkat Kabupaten. Pola permisif terlihat dari kegiatan pembinaan yang memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa secara terbuka untuk menambah kemampuan di luar pembinaan di sekolah. Terakhir adalah pola demokratis, yang terlihat saat sebagian besar proses pembinaan diawali pemberian materi, lalu siswa diberi kesempatan menyelesaikan soal latihan. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembahasan soal yang telah dikerjakan siswa. AbstractThere are still many teachers who are confused about determining the pattern of coaching they should do. This research aims to determine the pattern of fostering the National Mathematical Science Olympiad (OSN) Junior High School in the Ponorogo Regency. This is qualitative descriptive research. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling. The instrument used was an interview sheet. Data analysis was performed descriptively qualitatively. The pattern of fostering the OSN Mathematics Junior High School in the Ponorogo Regency is carried out in three coaching patterns, namely authoritarian, permissive, and democratic. In the authoritarian pattern, it can be seen from the school's policy in developing a coaching program, the selection process, to the rewards given when passing OSN selection at the district level. Permissive patterns can be seen from coaching activities that openly provide opportunities for students to add skills beyond coaching at school. The last is a democratic pattern, which is very visible when most of the coaching process begins with the provision of material, then students are allowed to complete practice questions. Then a discussion on the questions the students have done is only done.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk meningkatkan minat baca mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Teori Bilangan menggunakan strategi pemberian pertanyaan di awal pembelajaran. Diharapkan mahasiswa lebih berminat membaca materi untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam menjawab pertanyaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester dua Prodi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket minat baca. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap lembar hasil pengisian angket minat baca. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi pemberian pertanyaan yang dapat meningkatkan minat baca mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Teori Bilangan adalah tiap mahasiswa diberikan pertanyaan terkait materi perkuliahan. Setelah seluruh mahasiswa diberikan pertanyaan, lalu kelas dimulai dengan menggunakan suatu pendekatan atau model pembelajaran yang lain. Disamping penerapan strategi tersebut perlu diberikan upaya perbaikan berupa reward yakni penilaian dari jawaban masing-masing mahasiswa sebagai nilai keaktifan, materi yang digunakan untuk tanya jawab adalah materi yang telah dan akan dipelajari, dan mahasiswa dimotivasi untuk membaca lebih giat lagi. Kata Kunci: minat baca, strategi pertanyaan, teori bilanganThis research intends to increase students' interest in reading in Number Theory subjects using the strategy of giving questions at the beginning of learning. It is expected that students are more interested in reading material to prepare themselves in answering questions. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) in two cycles. The object of this research is the second semester students. Data collection techniques use questionnaires of reading interest. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis from the results of filling questionnaires of reading interest. Based on the results, it was concluded that the application of the strategy of giving questions that can increase students' interest in reading in Number Theory subjects is each student is given questions related to lecture material. After all students are given questions, then the class begins using an approach or another learning model. Besides the implementation of these strategies, it is necessary to provide remedial efforts in the form of rewards, namely the assessment of the answers of each student as activeness values, the material used for question and answer is material that has been and will be studied, and give motivation to students to read harder. Keywords: reading interest, question strategy, number theory

Abstract

This research aims to describe the results of the application of straight line equation learning with guided discovery learning model assisted by geogebra. This qualitative research took the subject is a class VIII student at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. Data collection uses observation and documentation techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. It was concluded that the application of straight line equation learning for students of class VIII of MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo with a guided discovery learning model assisted by geogebra was carried out with the beginning of the Stimulation step, then the Problem statement, then the Data collection, followed by Data Processing, then Verification, ending with Generalization. Geogebra help is given during the stimulation and verification steps. The results of the application of this learning are student participation, confidence, and understanding increase. However, the teacher's guidance and creativity largely determine the successful implementation of the guided discovery learning model assisted by geogebra.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini memberikan bekal kemampuan berbisnis mahasiswa. Sehingga mahasiswa mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memasarkan karya tugas mahasiswa sendiri, terutama yang berbentuk alat peraga dan media pembelajaran. Pemecahan permasalahan tersebut dapat  dilakukan dengan menyelenggarakan lokakarya untuk memahamkan mahasiswa tentang perlunya memasarkan alat peraga dan media pembelajaran hasil karya tugas mahasiswa, menyelenggarakan workshop pengadaan sarana dan teknologi untuk memasarkan alat peraga dan media pembelajaran, serta menyelenggarakan pelatihan kepada mahasiswa tentang bagaimana melakukan bisnis online. Pada awalnya beberapa mahasiswa belum begitu memahami konsep workshop bisnis online tersebut, serta belum begitu berminat dengan bisnis online. Hal ini perlahan dapat teratasi ketika narasumber memberikan gambaran serta motivasi terkait bisnis online. Praktek bisnis online dengan membuka toko online berhasil dilaksanakan walaupun pada awalnya ada beberapa mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan, namun pada akhirnya beberapa toko online telah terbentuk. Bahkan dalam beberapa hari pantauan diperoleh dua toko online terbaik yaitu ginuks_lapak dan takrim_arrijal, yaitu toko online dengan barang yang dijual sesuai dengan ketentuan, jumlah pengunjung dan jumlah barang yang terjual relatif banyak.

Abstract

Self confidence in learning must be owned by students. However, the fact that happened to the students of semester 1 year 2016/2017 in Fondasi Matematika course still not maximal. Teori Bilangan is a course given to students of the second semester of mathematics education program at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The purpose of this research is to increase students' self confidence in the subject of Teori Bilangan using Two Stay Two Stray learning model. Thus it is expected that students will be more confident in learning in other subjects in Mathematics Education program. This classroom action research is conducted in two cycles. Results of data analysis before the implementation of the study is 18.52% of the overall students who have high confidence. After analyzing the final data of cycle 2, it is found that the percentage of students who do not have high confidence is 22.22%. The TSTS steps used to improve students' self-confidence is with the improvement effort in the form of lecturers providing assistance to groups that have difficulty in solving the LKM problem..

Abstract

This research kind is a research and development. The purpose of this research is to produce module statistical material based PMR-approach for Class XI student of SMK valid, practical, and effective. The developmental research refers to the model ADDIE with the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The field testing subjects is 15 students of class XI of SMK Brawijaya Ponorogo. The data were collected using an sheet module validation, achievement test and questionnaire practicality. The data were analyzed using the analysis of the mean scores and descriptive statistics. The results of this research are summarized valid module with revision. The module is said to be effective based on the results of tests on 15 students with the result that students who meet the criteria of the increase amounted to 86.67%. Modules are also said to be practically based questionnaire practicality filled teacher then analyzed and obtained a mean score of 4.60 or on the criteria very well.Keywords: module, PMR, statistical
