Abstract

Cerita pendek merupakan salah satu karya sastra yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri dibandingkan dengan karya sastra yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis stilistika atau gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam merangkai ceritanya menjadi sebuah cerita pendek yang menarik. Ada beberapa unsur yang harus diperhatikan dalam pokok bahasan analisis ini. Unsur tersebut antara lain, unsur leksikal, unsur gramatikal, penggunaan retorika, penggunaan kohesi dalam cerpen “Dongeng Penunggu Surau” karya Joni Ariadinata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini secara singkat dapat dijelaskan bahwa terdapat data yang telah ditemukan baik secara leksikal maupun gramatikal. Dalam cerpen ini terdapat 953 kata yang terdiri dari 425 kata benda, 220 kata sifat, 215 kata kerja, 58 kata tugas, 35 kata bilangan. Hal tersebut jika ditinjau dari unsur leksikal. Sedangkan, dari unsur grmatikal jenis frase dan klausa juga terlihat jelas dalam cerpen tersebut. Terdapat frase edosendtrik dan frase eksosentrik serta berbagai jenis klausa,, kompleksitas kalimat. Sedangkan pada aspek retorika juga ditemukan beberapa aspek antara lain permajasan, penyiasatan struktur, dan pecitraan.Kata kunci : analisis stilistika, cerpen, dongeng penunggu surau A short story is a literary work that is unique in comparison to other literary works. The purpose of this study is to analyze the stylistics or language styles used by the author in compiling the story into an interesting short story. There are several elements that must be considered in the subject of this analysis. These elements include lexical elements, grammatical elements, the use of rhetoric, and the use of cohesion in the short story "Dongeng Penunggu Surau" by Joni Ariadinata. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive method. The results and discussion of this study can briefly be explained that there are data that have been found both lexically and grammatically. In this short story there are 953 words consisting of 425 nouns, 220 adjectives, 215 verbs, 58 assignments, 35 numbers. This is when viewed from the lexical element. Meanwhile, from the grammatical elements, the types of phrases and clauses are also clearly visible in the short story. There are edosendritic and eccentric phrases as well as various types of clauses, sentence complexities. Meanwhile, in the rhetorical aspect, several aspects were also found, including explication, structural manipulation and imagery.Keywords: stylistic analysis, short stories, dongeng penunggu surau

Abstract

Early childood is a group of children who are in the process of growth and development. As the development of the era, children like to imitate something that’s being viral both on television and on social media. Something that is viral today, among others, is dangdut koplo music. Dangdut koplo music is currently enjoyed by public. This has a negative effect on children’s politeness in language because the lyrics are rough and not educating. This study aimed to determine the negative effects of listening to dangdut koplo songs for early childhood. This research was conducted in the village of Pudak Wetan, Ponorogo Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Validity data technique used source triangulation and triangulation method to explore the truth of information through observation and Interview. The observation was conducted with children and society around the neighborhood, whereas the interview was conducted with children, parents, and environment around the neighborhood. The results of this study proved that many children in Pudak Wetan Ponorogo Village who used to listen to  Koplo songs became rude when talking. The language they used became  rude and inappropriate. Dirty words were often used by these children. Even apprently they did not have appropriate manner towards the elder. Children memorized and mastered Koplo songs more rather than educating songs for children. Therefore, the habits of listening to Koplo songs gave negative impacts on politeness in language in early childood.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine an increase in communication skills through spinning a yarn method using hand puppets in children aged 4-5 years at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 61 Pulung. This study is a class action research. Data collection needed to support the results of research included instruments of observation and interviews. The data obtained were described descriptively. The subjects of our study were 15 children in class A1. In the first cycle communication skills got results reaching 40%. This has increased compared to the pre-action results. In pre-action, only 20% of children was able to master the aspects of communication skills. Cycle II has improved a lot. Children who were able to master all aspects of communication skills reached 80%. From this research, it can be concluded that the use of spinning a yarn method could improve communication skills in children aged 4-5 years. This spinning a yarn method using hand puppets was able to attract the attention of children so that children were more focused and able to create fun learning.

Abstract

This research aimed to know whether there was an effect of ultaco games on Group B children in understanding the covid-19 health protocol at RA Aisyiyah in Siman district Ponorogo regency. Due to the spread of the covid-19 outbreak, which infects early childhood, introducing the health protocol to prevent the infection of the virus is needed. One of the attempts is by using ultaco games or snake-ladder games. This research used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample was selected by using a simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using t-test, specifically a paired t-test and an independent sample t-test. Before analyzing the data, normality and homogeneity tests were carried out. The results obtained from this study are that there is an influence of the Ultaco game as a new educational game tool for early childhood on the ability to recognize the Covid-19 health protocol in group B children as indicated by the sig 2 tailed value obtained, which is 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari surat merupakan suatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam komunikasi secara tertulis. Berdasarakan hasil kajian sebelumnya, bahwa kesalahan dalam penyusunan surat masih sering terjadi. Dalam hal ini permasalahan mitra ialah, tentang kurang memahaminya tata bahasa, ejaan, dan tata letak penyusunan surat dinas, yang sesuai dengan Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (EBI), dan sesuai dengan peraturan penyusunan surat dinas sesuai ketentuan pemerintah daerah setempat. Solusi yang akan dilakukan untuk menghadapi permasalahan klasik tersebut ialah, dengan mengadakan pelatihan penyusunan surat dinas bagi sekretaris desa/kelurahan sekecamatan Jenangan. Target luaran yang dicapai dalam pengabdian ini adalah tersusunnya modul pelatihan penyusunan surat dinas yang baku sesuai dengan EBI dan sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah daerah setempat. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan pengabdian ini adalah metode pelatihan sehari atau workshop sehari. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman para sekretaris desa/kelurahan di Kecamatan Jenangan mengenai menyusun surat sesuai dengan EBI dapat meningkat. Pemahaman tersebut, mulai pemahaman tentang penggunaan tanda baca, penulisan ejaan yang baik dan benar, dan format surat yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Ponorogo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan Penerapan Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dari Buku Ajar Pilar Karakter di Raudhatul Athfal ‘Aisyiyah Nglayang. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah 14 anak usia dini pada kelas A. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data interaktif model Miles dan Hubberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai pendidikan karakter dari buku ajar pilar karakter di RA ‘Aisyiyah Nglayang yaitu: Jadwal pilar karakter dilaksanakan rutin setiap hari sesuai RPPH, penerapan nilai karakter secara daring berupa laporan foto kegiatan tentang pendidikan karakter di rumah. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran buku pilar karakter peserta didik dapat membedakan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter baik dan tidak baik melalui gambar buku ajar pilar karakter, sehingga peserta didik di RA ‘Aisyiyah Nglayang menjadi lebih mandiri, disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Salah satu upaya guru untuk mengatasi anak yang belum fokus dalam pembelajaran pilar karakter yaitu dengan menerapkan karakter pendengar yang baik, sehingga anak akan kembali fokus  mendengarkan guru dengan yel-yel pendengar yang baik. Tujuan pembelajaran dari buku ajar pilar karakter untuk menciptakan dan mengembangkan budi pekerti yang baik dan dapat menjadi contoh untuk siswa.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) had an impact on various fields, especially in education. The existence of this pandemic requires everyone to not be able to carry out his normal activities as before. In the education field, the teaching-learning process cannot be done directly in the classroom. Therefore, the teaching process is inverted by distance teaching (online). Distance teaching is done to reduce the spread of COVID-19 among students and the community. This research is library research that aims to explain creativity in the application of distance teaching. This research is library research conducted by reading and recording various literature or reading materials that are in accordance with the subject matter. The results of this study indicated that distance teaching requires a practical and attractive framework so that the students can participate in learning enthusiastically. Distance teaching is very effective and efficient but teachers have limitations in controlling the value of students’ character education directly. Distance teaching has an impact on parents and teachers because parents have to provide additional costs for purchasing internet quota. On the other hand, for teachers, not all teachers are proficient in using technology and social media as learning media. The results of the study are expected to be able to consider for teachers in doing distance teaching during COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui cara mengimplementasikan kosa kata bahasa Inggris, (2) mengetahui hambatan yang dihadapi dalam mengenalkan kosa kata bahasa Inggris, (3) mengetahui solusi dalam mengenalkan kosa kata bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitain deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengambil data seluruh anak kelas B2 BA ‘Aisyiyah Mangkujayan Ponorogo. Sumber data diperoleh dari guru dan siswa BA ‘Aisyiyah Mangkuajayan Ponorogo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kosa kata bahasa Inggris dilakukan dengan metode tanya jawab dan menggunakan gambar. Kosa kata yang dikenalkan yaitu 6-7 kosa kata bahasa Inggris. Implementasi pengenalan kosa kata bahasa Inggris hanya dikenalkan pada kelompok B dan dilaksanakan pada semester dua diminggu pertama. Pengenalan kosa kata bahasa Inggris dilakukan satu minggu sekali sesuai dengan tema yang ditentukan. Penulis berharap pada pembelajaran selanjutnya guru pendamping akan memperhatikan pronansiasi dan intonasi saat mengenalkan kosa kata bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini. Setelah penelitian ini selesai diharapkan media gambar digunakan secara maksimal dalam pengenalan kosa kata bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The objectives of this classroom action research is to describe and explain the process of learning to begin with through picture stories in BA ‘Aisyiyah Sidoharjo. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research. The research model used is Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subjects of this class action research were group B students in BA ‘Aisyiyah sidoharjo, amounting to 17 children consisting of 10 boys and 7 girls. The object of this research is the skill of beginning reading in children through pictorial story media The data analysis technique was carried out with qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of research on the beginning of reading activities showed an increase, it can be seen from the results of the initial activity before the action showed 5.89%, an increase of 17.63% in Cycle I to 23.52%, and an increase of 65% so that it reached 88 , 23% in Cycle II. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the activity of learning to begin reading with picture stories can improve the skills of beginning reading in children.  Keywords: Early Ready, Picture story, Early Childhood

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe and explain the process of speaking ability by picture series media of the students in B1 group at Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Keniten Ponorogo in academic year 2017-2018, (2) describe and explain the result of speaking ability by picture series media of the students in B1 group at Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Keniten Ponorogo in academic year 2017-2018. The picture series media chosen because it can to train of language skill and expression skill the child (speaking and telling story). The type of this research was classroom action research with Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subject of this research was the students of B1 group at Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Keniten Ponorogo consisting of 20 students. The data technique were collected by using observation, documentation and interview. Data analysis of this research used the qualitative data and quantitative data. The success indicator in this action research it said success when percentage of speaking ability of the students were 80%. Based on the result of the research show the speaking ability by the picture series able to improve the speaking ability of the students in B1 group at Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Keniten Ponorogo in academic year 2017-2018. It showed by the mean percentage of speaking ability by the picture series in pra cycle that have a good criteria that is 15%. In the first cycles percentage of speaking ability by the picture series that have a good criteria that is 30%. In the second cycle percentage of speaking ability by the picture series that have a good criteria increase to 85%. It shows the classroom action research it says success, because the percentage of speaking ability by the picture series of the students get success indicator that is 80%.
