Abstract

Inventory control is a series of efforts that need to be done for each company to generate the maximum profit from existing inventory. In this study inventory control was conducted through the Multi-Unit Spares Inventory Control – Three Dimensional (MUSIC 3D) approach at PT Fajar Mas Murni Surabaya using three analysis, namely ABC analysis, SDE analysis, and FSN analysis. The result of ABC analysis show that category A consists of 6 items (3%) which contribute 81% to company income, category B consists of 16 items (8%) which contributes 15% to company income, while category C consists of 190 items (89%) which contribute 4% to company income. The result of SDE analysis shows that category S consists of 127 items (60% of all items), category D consists of 43 items (20% of all items), while category E consist of 42 items (20% of all items). The result of FSN analysis show that category F consists of 15% (7% of all items), category S consists of 41 items (19% of all items) and category N consists of 156 items (74% of all items).

Abstract

Waiting for service is a common thing in-hospital services. The more patients are waiting, the service delay increases, so waiting time in the queue gets longer. In health care in a hospital, a patient will queue several times in more than one queue in a hospital outpatient installation. The case study in this research is the queue system in the hospital's outpatient treatment, implementing an open Jackson queueing network to minimize waiting time. The workstations examined in this study were the registration, pre-consultation, and cardiology poly consultation, and pharmacy. The data is carried out for six days, counting the number of arrivals and departures with each point at intervals of 5 minutes. Applying the Jackson open queue network model, a recommendation was obtained for the hospital to increase employees' numbers. The registration workstation must have four servers; a poly cardiology workstation had three nurses and four doctors, while for pharmacy, had seven employees. With this personnel's addition, patients' total waiting time in the queuing system is approximately 12 minutes/patient. So, it can reduce waiting times in the queueing system that was initially 108 minutes/patient.

Abstract

Gizi adalah pilar utama dari kesehatan dan kesejahteraan sepanjang kehidupan. Status gizi adalah keadaan sebagai akibat konsumsi makanan dan penggunaan zat-zat gizi. terciptanya tumbuh kembang balita yang optimal merupakan hal yang diinginkan. Indikator yang sering digunakan dalam menentukan status gizi adalah kombinasi dari Berat (W) dan Tinggi (H) yang disimbolkan dengan W/H. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menerapkan Fuzzy Inference System dengan metode Mamdani untuk menentukan status gizi balita di kota Surabaya. Inputnya adalah berat dan tinggi badan balita. Ada sembilan aturan yang digunakan dan output adalah status gizi. Klasifikasi yang terdiri dari empat kriteria: sangat kurus, wasting, normal, dan kelebihan berat badan. Sistem inferensi fuzzy yang digunakan adalah metode Mamdani.

Abstract

Informasi mengenai harga saham sangat dibutuhkan oleh investor karena pembelian saham akan dilakukan pada saat harga rendah dan sebaliknya penjualan saham dilakukan pada saat harga tinggi. Untuk memprediksi perubahan harga-harga saham di setiap periode dapat dilakukan penelitian sebagai acuan bagi investor dan manajemen perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk memprediksi yaitu metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Pada penelitian ini metode ANFIS diimplementasikan dengan struktur standar ANFIS yaitu lima layer. Namun sebagai data inputan dianalisis menggunakan analisis time series. Kemudian dihitung RSME sistem prediksi tersebut menggunakan data training dan data testing yang diambil secara acak. Hasil perhitungan RSME dalam proses prediksi diharapkan mengetahui pengolahan data untuk time series begitupun untuk mendapatkan error terkecil sebesar 0,001.

Abstract

Program beasiswa Bidik Misi merupakan program bantuan biaya pendidikan yang diberikan oleh Kementrian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi kepada mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat ekonomi menengah ke bawah namun memiliki potensi akademik yang baik. Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya merupakan perguruan tinggi dengan jumlah pendaftar Bidik Misi yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya namun hanya menerima dengan kuota yang sangat terbatas. Dengan banyaknya persyaratan dalam proses penyeleksian dan melihat banyaknya jumlah pendaftar, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mampu membantu dalam proses penyeleksian mahasiswa pendaftar Bidik Misi dengan cepat, mudah dan tepat sasaran. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode Naive Bayes classifier dengan menggunakan variabel penghasilan orang tua, prestasi akademik, prestasi non akademik, uang kuliah tunggal, daya listrik serta jumlah tanggungan keluarga. Keenam variabel tersebut digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi sebagai indikator penentuan kelayakan mahasiswa mendapatkan beasiswa. Sistem yang dibuat dengan metode Naive Bayes classifier sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan hasil akurasi hingga 83,33 %.

Abstract

Pembangunan manusia kini dipandang sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan pembangunan suatu bangsa yang berkaitan erat dengan bidang ekonomi, sosial, budaya, politik, dan lingkungan. Keberhasilan pembangunan manusia diukur berdasarkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang mempunyai sumber daya alam yang beragam dan melimpah. Besarnya potensi sumber daya alam yang dimiliki seharusnya sejalan dengan kualitas pembangunan manusianya. Namun ternyata hal tersebut tidak sejalan dengan nilai IPM Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berada di bawah rata-rata nilai IPM Jawa Timur. Sehingga pemerintah Bojonegoro terus berupaya untuk memaksimalkan potensi dan meningkatkan nilai IPM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan peramalan (forecasting) sebagai acuan untuk memaksimalkan tingkat pembangunan manusia di Kabupaten Bojonegoro pada beberapa tahun yang akan datang. Pada penelitian ini, untuk meramalkan IPM di Kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) dari Brown dengan data yang digunakan merupakan data IPM di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dari tahun 2010 sampai 2020. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, peramalan terbaik diperoleh berdasarkan nilai parameter α 0.7 dengan besar nilai MAPE 0.376% yang masuk kriteria sangat baik. Hasil peramalan IPM untuk tahun 2021 sebesar 69.61, untuk tahun 2022 sebesar 70.14, dan untuk tahun 2023 sebesar 70.67 termasuk kategori IPM sedang. Kata kunci: Double exponential smoothing brown, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), peramalan

Abstract

The role of technology in an institution is beneficial for any activities, especially in managing documents administration, which is now most of the company used digital archive systems. That's because the manual archive system is considered less effective and efficient, where it takes a lot of space and time to search for document archives. Microsoft Access is a windows-based database processing program with Visual Basic for Application (VBA), commonly used to create a windows-based application. The purpose of this paper is to make an administration letter and archives system based on Microsoft Access. The results of this design have passed the trial process for approximately two weeks and received a positive response. The system design can be run well, and its functions correctly without errors. So it can help the secretary or other employees to manage all documents (letters and archives) more accessible and faster.

Abstract

The high population growth of the Madiun Regency can cause population density that can have implications for other problems, both in terms of social, economic, welfare, security, land availability, availability of clean water, and food needs. This study aims to predict the population growth of Madiun Regency using the ARIMA method. The ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) method is popular for forecasting time series data, which is reliable because the calculation process is done gradually. This study uses annual population data of Madiun Regency from 1983 to 2021 and produces an ARIMA forecasting model (0,2,1) with a MAPE value of 8.42%. The results of this study are expected to be used as information from the Madiun Regency government in anticipating the emergence of problems caused by the population level of Madiun Regency in the future.

Abstract

Background: Low-cost carrier (LCC) is a popular air transportation service as it offers affordable fares. Many airlines have adopted the LCC system because they need to adapt to the changes in the airline industry. The competition is tight. Despite the low cost, consumers demand quality services. Therefore, LCC airlines need to find their competitive edge. Objective: This study aims to determine the best-performing LCC airlines, the criteria, and the sub-criteria to improve the performance. Methods: This study uses two methods from multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), namely the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and elimination et choix traduisant la realite (ELECTRE) II. The MCDM is selected for this study because there are four criteria and 21 sub-criteria to evaluate airline performance. The AHP method selects subcriteria that affect airline customer satisfaction. It solves complex problems by establishing a hierarchy. After being assessed by relevant parties, weights or priorities are developed. The results are used to determine the best-performing airline. Meanwhile, the ELECTRE II method ranks the airline’s alternatives. This method is straightforward and widely used in the MCDM. Results: The results indicate that four criteria and 18 sub-criteria affect the performance of LCC airlines in Indonesia. The LCC airline with the best performance is AirAsia, followed by Citilink, Wings Air, and Lion Air. Conclusion: This research integrates the AHP and ELECTRE II methods in evaluating the performance of LCC airlines. This research also provides information about the criteria and sub-criteria to improve airline performance, hence, the customer experience.

Abstract

PT SUP is one of the companies engaged in trading broiler chicken products. Supplying broiler chickens to PT SUP sometimes results in product instability, and some conditions are inadequate; the financing process is not by income or obstacles that occur when serving customers. So this can disappoint the customers of PT SUP. This study aims to select suppliers for 4 out of 6 breeders chosen as the best suppliers and will get a reward from PT SUP to improve the performance and product results of the suppliers. The selection of the best supplier is based on the criteria that have been owned, namely Based on Curriculum Vitae (CV), location of the cage, capital, and service. The six suppliers come from 3 (each city has two suppliers), namely Lumajang, Lamongan, and Kediri. In this study, the author uses the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method to produce a consistent value of comparison results. It can be continued with the WP (Weighted Product) approach to get the value of the V vector for ranking alternatives. PT SUP will beard the results of the selection of the best four suppliers. The best supplier of PT SUP are Y1, Y4, Y2 dan Y3. Combining these two methods is a form of contribution to the MCDM enrichment.
