Abstract

Tenaga pendidik (dosen) memiliki peranan penting dalam membekali mahasiswanya dengan pemahaman tentang penulisan kaidah-kaidah baku yang harus dipatuhi dalam penulisan ilmiah tugas akhir atau skripsi. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) merupakan fakultas yang ada di IIB Darmajaya yang memiliki jumlah mahaiswa terbanyak di IIB Darmajaya. penyusunan tugas akhir atau skripsi Fakultas ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) dilakukan dengan mengajukan proposal ke program studi yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan pengecekan oleh Koordinator Bidang Keilmuan (KBK) konsentrasi program studi. Berdasarkan hasil pengecekan, ditemukan kasus yang ditemukan pada karya ilmiah tugas akhir atau skripsi yang disusun oleh mahasiswa ialah ketidaksesuaian antara tulisan yang dihasilkan dengan tuntunan penyusunan karya ilmiah yang tepat. Selain itu penyusunan karya ilmiah yang dilakukan mahasiswa cenderung mengabaikan kutipan referensi yang digunakan. diperlukan sebuah pelatihan guna meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai penulisan tugas akhir atau skripsi bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir sehingga menghasilkan hasil riset yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi bidang keilmuan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan mengenai kaidah penulisan tugas akhir atau skripsi. Praktik dalam pencarian dan pemilihan jurnal atau referensi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian serta pelatihan berupa praktik dalam penggunaan tools atau software (Publish or Perish dan Mendeley) guna mendukung penulisan tugas akhir atau skripsi. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berjalan dengan lancar dan berdampak positif dalam pengembangan karya tulis ilmiah bagi mahasiswa IIB Darmajaya

Abstract

Community service activities are conducted with the aim to improve the skills of Woman Islamic Religius Club processing banana fruit into a product that has a higher economic value into a banana pie. Merbau Mataram District is one of 17 districts in Lampung Selatan District, Lampung Province. Merbau Mataram Sub-district of South Lampung Regency has great potential to be developed, among others, in the plantation sector in the form of bananas. The harvest of bananas is mostly only consumed by themselves because of the economical selling point in the sub-district market that is not so profitable. In Baru Ranji Village there is a Woman Ismic Religius Club . On a regular basis they meet in a mosque or in one of the residents' houses to conduct a study of al-qur'an together and listen to lectures delivered by the ustadzah who are invited to Fill out the review. After the recitation of the study, it is only filled with activities that have no economic benefits. Based on the problem there is an opportunity for devotees to perform activities of service to the community with the object of Woman Islamic Religius Club. They can be taught skills to use bananas to be processed into banana pie.

Abstract

Peningkatan keterampilan sangat penting dilakukan dalam pengembangan wawasan yang melibatkan ibu-ibu kelompok wanita tani (KWT) singkong di pekon tanjung anom kecamatan ambarawa kabupaten pringsewu dalam menginovasi dan pemasaran produk olahan singkong sehingga menghasilkan produk yang memilki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan harga produk dasar sehingga berdampak kepada peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan praktik inovasi produk dan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial. Pemaparan menggunakan metode ceramah dengan memberikan pemahaman secara langsung guna memupuk pemahaman awal mengenai manfaat dan pentingnya sebuah inovasi sebuah produk serta pemaparan materi mengenai pemasaran online menggunakan media sosial yang saat ini memiliki jangkauan luas dalam pemasaran sebuah produk. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan produk olahan singkong menjadi opak yang memiliki tingkat nilai jual yang lebih tinggi serta media sosial yang dapat digunakan oleh ibu-ibu kelompok wanita tani (KWT) singkong di pekon tanjung anom kecamatan ambarawa kabupaten pringsewu sebagai media pemasaran produk.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to study the interests of prospective students and students at the concentration of management study program (S1) Darmajaya IIB in Bandar Lampung. This research is a descriptive research. This research used questionnaire to collect data from 2387 sample consist of Darmajaya 3rd and 5th semester students and external respondents namely SMA / K and MA / I students in 47 schools spread across Bandar Lampung. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires conducted and the results of the analysis, obtained information for opening a new concentration of management study program IIB Darmajaya, the recommendation for opening the concentration is the concentration of Hospitality Management, Strategy Management, Operations Management

Abstract

Darmajaya Society Center (DSC) is one of the campus canteens located at the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business (IIB Darmajaya). The results of observations made by the service team show an urgency for the implementation of science and technology where the business processes carried out by MSMEs related to recording, ordering and payment systems are still carried out manually. Another problem is that there has been a quite drastic decline in the sales turnover of canteen tenants or DSC MSMEs since the Covid 19 pandemic. The aim of this community service activity is to provide education to MSME players related to digitalization in terms of marketing and finance so that MSME players are able to use developing their business in a digital direction as a effort to increase sales. The activity implementation method used in MSME service activities at DSC is through the active participation method. The active participation method is a method of training and mentoring by identifying problems faced by partners. The results of the service activities carried out are in the form of increased understanding and knowledge of tenants or MSME actors as measured through pretests and posttests for each activity. The results of digital marketing and financial literacy training activities were obtained based on the posttest results of participants reaching an average score of 80% when compared with the average answer of participants in the pretest activity which only reached 40%. In the WhatsApp business training activity, participants obtained posttest results with understanding reaching an average of 70% compared to the average pretest answer which only reached 30%. In the training activity on using Qris, it was found that the posttest results reached an average of 80% when compared to the average answer of participants in the pretest activity which only reached 50%. The conclusion of this activity is the increasing understanding of tenants or MSME actors in the DSC IIB Darmajaya canteen regarding digital marketing and finance as well as the ability of DSC MSME actors to use WhatsApp business applications and non-cash financial applications or Qris.
