Abstract

Desa Payakabung, Kecamatan Indralaya Utara, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan, dikenal sebagai salah satu sentra budidaya jamur tiram. Melimpahnya hasil panen jamur tiram sering kali menjadi tantangan bagi masyarakat karena rendahnya nilai jual akibat minimnya pengelolaan dan inovasi produk. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat melalui Program CSR PT PLN Indonesia Power Unit Bisnis Pembangkitan Keramasan Unit Pembangkitan Indralaya mengadakan pelatihan diversifikasi produk dan pemasaran jamur tiram. Pelatihan ini memanfaatkan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, uji coba produk, dan pendampingan langsung kepada kelompok tani jamur tiram di Desa Payakabung. Inovasi yang diperkenalkan adalah pengolahan jamur tiram menjadi nugget, yang memiliki nilai gizi tinggi dan dapat dijangkau oleh semua kalangan. Produk nugget jamur tiram ini tidak hanya menawarkan alternatif pangan bergizi tetapi juga peluang usaha baru yang prospektif. Selain itu, pelatihan mencakup strategi pemasaran untuk memperluas jangkauan produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah dan memasarkan jamur tiram, yang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan dan perekonomian lokal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work environtment and incentive on employee productivity partially and simultaneously at Sumber Hurip Hospital. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with the type of correlation study. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study the authors took a sample using the probability sampling method is simple random sampling. Simple random sampling is taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population. The population in this study were Sumber Hurip Hospital employees with a total of 320 employees. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. The results of the study show that Workload has no effect on employee work productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital. Work environment has an effect on Employee Work Productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital. Incentive has no affects on employee Work Productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital. Workload, work environtment and incentive have a simultaneous effect on Employee Work Productivity at Sumber Hurip Hospital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perusahaan untuk mengadopsi sistem berbasis kecerdasan buatan guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, mengurangi biaya operasional, serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder dari berbagai perusahaan yang telah mengimplementasikan AI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 35% serta menurunkan biaya operasional rata-rata sebesar 20%. Selain itu, implementasi AI juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan akurasi analisis data serta mengurangi tingkat kesalahan manusia (human error) dalam proses operasional. Integrasi sistem berbasis AI memungkinkan perusahaan untuk melakukan monitoring kinerja secara real-time dan menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih akurat dalam perencanaan strategis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi AI menjadi strategi penting dalam transformasi digital perusahaan modern serta berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing di era ekonomi berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Mathematics and Computer Science are closely related. Many problems that appear in Computer Science’s problems can be solved by using mathematical techniques or concepts; for example, finding the nearest distance, minimum fares, or minimum time. The determination of the minimum value can be found by using of mathematical programming, namely dynamic programming. Nevertheless, there are several another consideration factors such as security roads impassable, the vehicle used, comfortability road infrastructure, and others. Dynamic programming is one of the methods in mathematics which is useful to create a sequence of interrelated decisions, and provides a systematic procedure to determine the optimal combination of a decision. This paper will discuss about dynamic programming that applied in the determination of the minimum distance. Determination of the minimum distance will use an application to make it easier for calculation.Keywords: mathematics, dynamic programming, minimum distance, application

Abstract

This research discusses about finding all solutions of The Knight's Tour Problem. The steps done by a knight on a chess board forms a path. If the track is able to pass through all points (boxes)  and can return to the original point (box)  is called as Hamilton Cycle, that produces Closed Knight's Tour;  if the path can pass through all the points but can not return to the original point of the track is called as Open Knight's Tour. There are various ways to solve the Knight's Tour Problem, one of which is to use the Backtrack algorithm. In this paper we will discuss of finding all solutions of Knight’s Tour Problem vary from 3x3 up to 8x8 chessboards.Keywords: knight’s tour problem, backtrack algorithm, open and closed knight’s tour
