Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keragaman menu, harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang roti Langsung Enak Bakery Sumbawa (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa). Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keragaman menu, harga dan citra merek sebagai variabel independen, kemudian keputusan pembelian ulang sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada responden sebanyak 100 kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keragaman menu berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,021<0,05, variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002<0,05 dan variabel citra merek berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is to find the influence of growth opportunity and capital structure on firm value. The research objects used is property, real estate and building construction company which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. This research used a purposive sampling technique in determining the research sample. The number of companies chosen as the sample in 37 company of 54 companies registered in property, real estate and building construction sector. This research was included in the explanatory research using quantitative approach. Data analysis method used in this research is partial least square (PLS) analysis. The result showed that in directly growth opportunity and capital structure has a significant effect on firm value. Growth opportunity undirectly has significant effect on the firm value by means of capital structure. Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect on capital structure and capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Growth Opportunity, Capital Structure and Firm Value

Abstract

Green purchase intentions is consumers' interest in buying products that are not harmful to the environment. The theory of planned behavior (TPB) was used to explain the intention to buy green. The variables used to explain green purchase intention are environmental knowledge, environmental awareness, and attitude. This study used 200 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as a technique in analyzing research data. From the data that has been processed, it shows that the variables of environmental knowledge and environmental concern affect green purchase intention through attitudes.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of profitability, growth opportunity, and capital structure on the value of company. The object of this research is companies in the sector of property, real estate and building construction registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2011-2014. This research is using purposive sampling technique in determining samples. There are 37 out of 54 registered in the sector of property, real estate and building construction companies selected as the samples. The data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS) analysis. The research showed that growth opportunity and capital structure have direct significant effect on the value of company, while the profitability has not affected the value of company. Growth opportunity indirectly has positive effect on the value of company through the capital structure. Growth opportunity has positive effect on the capital structure. Profitability has positive and significant effect on the capital structure while capital structure has negative effect on the value of company.Key Words : Growth Opportunity, Profitability, Capital Struture And Value Of Company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, to test whether prices, word of mouth, their image will have any bearing on consumer purchase decision in store MR.D.I.Y Seketeng Sumbawa Besar. This reserch method employs quantitative with an associative approach to primary data types. The population in this study is the sort of homeless who sho in stores MR.D.I.Y Seketeng Sumbawa Besar. The sample in this study is 100 responden and using Paul Leedy. Sampling techniques in this study use non-probability techiques by an overwhelmingly sampling purposive with some of the criteria determined by recearchers. The method of collecting samples on this study USES a quastionnaire and linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The results of this study are, (1) prices have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decision in stores MR.D.I.Y Seketeng Sumbawa Besar, (2) word of mouth have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decision in stores MR.D.I.Y Seketeng Sumbawa Besar, (3) brand image have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decision in stores MR.D.I.Y Seketeng Sumbawa Besar.

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) merupakan salah satu sumber pembiayaan pembangunan daerah dalam masa otonomi daerah. Sumber PAD adalah pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pegelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan, dan lain-lain PAD yang sah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi untuk pemerintah dalam merencanakan target penerimaan PAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan system dinamik dan analisis time series seperti model linear, quadratic, exponential-growth dan s-curve dalam membuat model proyeksi penerimaan PAD di Provinsi NTB. Pada pemodelan system dinamik, penentuan faktor yang mempengaruhi berasal dari variabel tax base seperti jumlah kendaraan, mutasi, tarif dan tingkat pembayaran PKB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan system dinamik diperoleh bahwa kenaikan 1% tingkat pembayayaran wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua, dapat meningkatkan 1% PAD, sedangkan untuk kendaraan lainnya meningkatkan 2% PAD. Pendekatan time series menghasilkan bahwa model terbaik dalam memproyeksi PAD adalah dengan menggunakan model linear, sedangkan komponen PAD lain menggunakan model S-Curve untuk pajak daerah, retribusi daerah menggunakan exponential-growth dan HPKDY serta lain-lain PAD yang sah menggunakan model quadratic. Penggunaan system dinamik dan time series menghasilkan dinamika proyeksi PAD memiliki tren yang menaik.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan menggambarkan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengelola keuangannya secara bijak hingga tercipta merdeka finansial. Merdeka finansial akan terwujud dengan membiasakan budaya menabung dan investasi sedini mungkin. Namun, remaja sebagai generasi muda di Indonesia khususnya secara umum belum memiliki tingkat literasi yang baik. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja khususnya para siswa-siswi di SMKN 3 Sumbawa Besar tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi dan workshop dengan memberikan materi, ceramah, dan diskusi/tanya jawab yang dilakukan secara offline. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu siswa-siswi di SMKN 3 Sumbawa Besar belum cukup memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan yang baik hal ini di tunjukkan dengan beberapa anak yang telah melakukan investasi namun dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini mahasiswa bisa mengetahui mengenai literasi keuangan, trik dan tips investasi yang baik. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mampu memberikan peningkatan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan sebesar 85% (mengalami kenaikan sebesar 25% dari sebelumnya)

Abstract

Quality learning is strongly supported by the availability of textbooks. Through the work produced by lecturers in the form of textbooks, it will have an impact on the originality of learning. This activity aims to improve the competence of lecturers in writing textbooks through online training. The implementation of the activity by the Academic Directorate of the Innovation Center (PIA) of the University of Technology using the Zoom platform. The delivery method uses lectures and responses. Participants totaled 47 people from representatives from 6 faculties. The results of the activity showed that participants were involved in providing responses to questions and responses, understanding the content of the material, and participants' readiness in writing textbooks. The results of the evaluation were carried out through a pre-test with a score of 60% and a post-test of 93% with an increase of 33% N-Gen. This activity is a good effort to improve the competence of writing textbooks as part of realizing original learning.

Abstract

Orientasi kewirausahaan, yang meliputi inovasi, proaktivitas, dan keberanian mengambil risiko, diyakini dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja UMKM. Keunggulan kompetitif mencerminkan kemampuan UMKM menciptakan nilai tambah melalui diferensiasi produk, kualitas unggul, dan harga kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dengan keunggulan kompetitif sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian berfokus pada wanita wirausaha di Kecamatan Sumbawa, Kabupaten Sumbawa, yang memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yaitu metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Populasi terdiri dari UMKM yang dimiliki oleh wanita di Kecamatan Sumbawa, dengan menggunakan perhitungan jumlah jalur dikalikan sepuluh didapatkan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, baik secara langsung maupun melalui keunggulan kompetitif sebagai variabel mediasi. Wanita wirausaha yang berorientasi kewirausahaan terbukti mampu menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang mendukung pertumbuhan usaha.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior among students, with PayLater Usage as an intervening variable and Self-Control as a moderating variable. The rapid adoption of digital credit services, such as PayLater, has reshaped consumption patterns, particularly among young users, by promoting convenience and flexible payment options. This research aims to understand how financial literacy and self-control interact to influence students’ consumption behavior through PayLater usage. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sample of 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa, the study finds that Financial Literacy has a positive influence on both PayLater Usage and Consumptive Behavior. Interestingly, while financial literacy is generally expected to mitigate consumptive tendencies, it indirectly contributes to impulsive spending by encouraging the use of PayLater. PayLater Usage is identified as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Financial Literacy and Consumptive Behavior, highlighting the role of convenience and perceived purchasing power in promoting consumption. Moreover, Self-Control negatively moderates the relationship between PayLater Usage and Consumptive Behavior, indicating that students with high self-control are less likely to exhibit impulsive spending despite using PayLater.
