Abstract

The construction of the new Halong Puskesmas was carried out because the old puskesmas no longer met the standards set by the government. The construction of the new Halong health center is intended so that in the future the people in Halong village and the surrounding area can get good service. Consistent building maintenance is a requirement that must be met, especially for buildings that are to be used commercially. Life Cycle Cost is used to find the value and percentage of the initial cost, replacement and maintenance costs and operational costs during the economic life of the building from the data provided by the Halong Health Center. The Net Present Value is used to analyze the feasibility of the investment by finding the present value of the difference between income and expenses during the economic life of the Halong Health Center. From the results, it is found that the four components that make up the Life Cycle Cost are the initial cost of Rp. 5,534,999,131.79, Operational Costs of Rp. 1,082,976,586.66, maintenance and replacement costs of Rp. 15,226,565,089.41. The final NPV calculation is -2,693,330,679.61. NPV<0.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in construction projects is delay. The Laha Negri Lima Road Structural Improvement Development Project was chosen for the case study because it experienced a progress delay in its implementation of 12.16% at 17.31% progress. which causes the total project completion time to be longer, with a planned project completion time of 210 days. The aim of this research is to determine the minimum cost and optimum duration of acceleration using the crashing method. Also assisted by using Microsoft Project 2010 software to determine the project's critical path and create a simulation model in the form of a new schedule after acceleration analysis. The alternative project acceleration used is an additional 2 hours (overtime). The results of the analysis for the alternative of adding 2 working hours (overtime) obtained a time of 129 days with a cost efficiency of Rp. 214,719,386.87 The results of the analysis show that accelerating the project with the alternative of adding 2 hours of overtime work results in less total time and costs compared to the normal duration.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering building is one of the science faculties at Pattimura University which consists of three floors. There is currently no evacuation route in the Engineering Faculty building that shows an exit or path to a safe place. This building experienced an earthquake so this caused panic among the building's occupants when they wanted to save themselves. Therefore, the Faculty of Engineering building needs to plan evacuation routes and gathering points to anticipate if a disaster occurs. Evacuation routes are very important in multi-storey buildings, especially during disasters such as earthquakes and fires. Having an evacuation route can prevent building occupants from scattering but can position them to go through and see the information on the evacuation display to get to the assembly point quickly and reduce the number of victims caused by panic when a disaster occurs.The aim of this research is to find out the shortest distance from the evacuation route for each floor to the gathering point and to find out the shortest distance from the temporary gathering point to the final gathering point using the Dijkstra algorithm. The research method used in this research is the Dijkstra algorithm method. Abstract

Setiap proyek konstruksi memerlukan alat berat untuk beberapa jenis pekerjaan, namun tidak mencakup semua jenis alat berat yang ada. Proyek pembangunan gudang dan ruko dua lantai di Hunut, Kota Ambon, terutama pada tahap pekerjaan tanah, melibatkan penggalian dan pemuatan melibatkan alat berat dengan satu excavator dan satu dump truck untuk mendukung proses gali-muat di lokasi pekerjaan tanah. Namun, jika terjadi kerusakan pada salah satu alat berat, hal ini dapat menghambat proses penggalian dan berpotensi mengurangi produktivitas, serta memperpanjang waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pekerjaan galian.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui nilai produktivitas yang dihasilkan excavator dan dump truck pada pekerjaan galian Proyek Pembangunan Gudang dan Ruko 2 Lantai di Hunut, Kota Ambon. Metode yang digunakan metode cycle time berupa data waktu siklus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan selama 14 hari tiap hari 9 siklus bahwa nilai rata-rata produktivitas alat berat excavator per jam adalah 132,09 m3/jam dan prouktivitas per hari dengan durasi waktu 8 jam/hari adalah 975,48 m3/hari. Produktivitas alat berat dump truck per jam adalah 8,21 m3/jam dan produktivitas per hari adalah 68,9 m3/hari. Jumlah alat berat di lapangan adalah 1 excavator dan 1 dump truck, namun dari data perhitungan memerlukan 2 unit dump truck untuk memenuhi produktivitas excavator, maka produktivitas alat berat tersebut tidak optimal.
