Tahapan penting dalam proses pemilihan bagi penyedia barang/jasa pemerintah salah satunya adalah evaluasi dokumen penawaran. Untuk memastikan kesesuaian kuantitas harga penawaran serta kebenaran hitungan RAB dari setiap peserta tender/seleksi, maka Pokja Pemilihan melakukan evaluasi penawaran dan koreksi aritmatika. Kajian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh jenis kontrak terhadap hasil evaluasi penawaran, bila kuantitas pekerjaan yang diajukan oleh peserta tender/seleksi dalam RAB berbeda dengan kuantitas dalam HPS, dan bagaimana pengaruh koreksi aritmatika terhadap nilai penawaran pada evaluasi penawaran. Metode kajian dengan contoh kasus paket pengadaan barang yang datanya diambil dari laporan dokumen pemilihan yang diterima oleh PPK. Koreksi aritmatika dilakukan terhadap semua dokumen penawaran dengan HPS menjadi acuan masing-masing terhadap jenis kontrak lumsum dan kontrak harga satuan menurut Peraturan Presiden No. 16 Tahun 2018. Hasil kajian diketahui bahwa: jenis kontrak mempengaruhi hasil evaluasi penawaran dalam tender pengadaan barang, kuantitas yang berbeda antara RAB dan HPS tidak menyebabkan gugurnya penawaran yang diajukan oleh peserta tender, dan koreksi aritmatik pada evaluasi penawaran, menyebabkan perubahan nilai penawaran pada jenis kontrak harga satuan, sebaliknya koreksi aritmatika tidak menyebabkan perubahan nilai penawaran pada jenis kontrak lumsum.

This research was conducted at PT. Jasa Mulya Trans Gemilang, a company engaged in transportation services by routes of Pekanbaru-Duri-Dumai. PT. Jasa Mulya Trans Gemilang has two websites that are quite good on the search engines of Google: Bing and Yahoo. It also carries out Advertising Promotions through Social Media and Google Ads which have been running for a long time and until the time this research was conducted, there was no measurement of how well the effectiveness of Internet Marketing that has been running at PT. Jasa Mulya Trans Gemilang. Measuring the Effectiveness of an Internet Marketing Program is indispensable for consideration and promotional strategies that can be carried out for the future by the company. One of the ways to measure the effectiveness of Internet Marketing Utilization was the EPIC Model. In the EPIC Model, there were four variables which were investigated to measure effectiveness, namely Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication. Respondents in this study were the people of Pekanbaru and its surroundings who ordered travel tickets with destination of Duri and Dumai Cities. After conducting this research, it was obtained that the effectiveness levels of Internet Marketing Application of travel ticket reservations for Pekanbaru-Duri-Dumai which was measured in four EPIC dimensions were as follows: the value of Emphaty was 4.09, the Persuasion was 4.11, the Impact was 3.88, and the Communication was 3.99. From the four EPIC dimensions, the average result of the EPIC Model or EPICrate was 4.02 that could be interpreted on an effective scale. This means that in this research, the implementation of Internet Marketing at PT. Jasa Mulya Trans Gemilang through the internet consisting of Website, Social Media and Google Ads was effective.

Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik denganpendekatan cross sectional.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian siswa SMA wilayah kecamatanTuban sebesar 349 orang dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukandengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi logistic ordinal untukmenguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh persepsi terhadapintensi/niat remaja dalam berperilaku seks (p= 0,000). Jika sikap remaja memiliki persepsi positif makaremaja tidak berniat dalam melakukan perilaku seks yang beresiko. Remaja dapat mempertahankan danmeningkatkan pengetahuan dengan cara dapat memilah dan menyaring informasi yang didapat darimedia massa tentang perilaku seksKeywords: Persepsi, perilaku seks, niat, remajaABSTRACTAdolescents have high curiosity, including the issue of sexuality. Adolescent curiosity about sexuality dueto the development phase of teenagers is characterized by the maturation of the reproductive system andthe production of sex hormones. This study aims to determine the influence of perception towardadolescent intention of doing risky sexual behavior. This study used analytic design with cross sectionalapproach. The sample in this study was high school students in the districts of Tuban amounted to 349people by using simple random sampling. The data collection done by using the questionnaire. Thestatistical test used is ordinal logistic regression to examine the influence between variables. The resultshowed that there was influence adolescent attitudes toward intention in sexual behavior (p = 0.000). Ifthe adolescent has positive perception, the teen has no intention of doing risky sexual behavior. Teens canmaintain and improve the knowledge and a positive attitude so that they can sort and filter theinformation which was gathered from the mass media about sexual behavior.Keywords: Perception, adolescent, intention, risky sex behaviour

The social development of society in this world has progressed very rapidly. The most prominent thing in the development of information technology is the presence of new technology in the form of a computer network that is connected to the whole world, namely the internet. Jaya Mobil Variations Store is a store that is engaged in the sale of goods by offering various types of car accessories that can be used on all vehicles. The current sales system only serves direct sales, so it doesn't have an online sales system yet. The store only displays product catalogs to offer consumers and as a promotional medium. Customers placing orders or simply asking about prices must be via telephone, text message, or email which is then processed manually by employees or marketing of this company. Jaya Mobil Variation Stores have difficulty in managing sales transactions in large quantities manually. Developing business through the internet, expanding the market without having to incur high costs, selling products, and delivering information to customers, making it easier to serve consumers who need the product information they need

The application of knowledge management (KM) using Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is able to capture, store, and disseminate disaster information in all phases of the tsunami disaster. IoT promises to provide continuous fast data, AI used in several disaster risk management applications promises to automate the analysis and dissemination of potential disaster information, as well as the results of disaster event analysis more accurately and faster. This study aims to develop an AI and IoT-based KM model for tsunami risk management based on the comparative results of previous research. The results of the comparison show that most KM, AI, and IoT research focus on the process of knowledge capture, knowledge store, knowledge sharing and mostly focus on pre-disaster. Some other KM research focuses on KM systems without AI, and IoT on the process of knowledge capture, knowledge store, knowledge sharing and only focuses on the stage of a disaster. There is very limited KM research that simultaneously examines KMS, AI, IoT in all knowledge management processes for all stages of tsunami disaster risk. The results of the comparison utilize to develop AI and IoT-based KM models for all stages of tsunami disaster risk management. This study can be a good guidance for stakeholders on the application of AI-based KM and IoT technology to manage tsunami disaster risk in Indonesia.

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the influence of leverage, firm size and fixed asset intensity to Income Tax moderated by PMK 191/2015 in listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative data that have been published in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and tax revenue from DGT. The samples used in this study were 145, including 102 companies that met the study criteria, as this study using purposive sampling method in sample selection. Method of data analysis using technique of moderated regression analysis with Warp-pls. The result of the research shows that firm size has a significant effect directly to PPh on revaluation. Leverage and fixed asset intensity have no direct effect on income tax on revaluation.While the effect of leverage and fixed asset intensity on Income Tax of asset revaluation fully moderated (pure moderator) by PMK 191/2015. Otherwise , PMK 191/2015 play role as predictor moderator variable in relation of firm size’s effect on Income Tax of asset revaluation. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan fixed asset intensity terhadap PPh atas revaluasi aktiva tetap dengan dimoderasi PMK 191/2015 pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang telah dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan data realiasi pajak Direktorat jenderal Pajak. Dimana sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 145 yang terdiri dari 102 perusahan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian, karena penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik moderated regression analysis dengan Warp-pls. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap PPh atas revaluasi. Leverage dan fixed asset intensity tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap PPh atas revaluasi. Sedangkan PMK 191/2015 terbukti memoderasi sempurna (pure moderasi) PPh atas Revaluasi. Sementara PMK 191/2015 berperan sebagai variabel prediktor (predictor moderator variable) dalam hubungan pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap PPh atas revaluasi. JEL Classification: M41, G18

Arabic is one of compulsory subject in madrasah. This learning emphasizes the students ability to listen, speak,read and write students in Arabic. In learning Arabic, there are many methods that can be applied as a way to provide understanding to students. Among the methods that can be applied in learning Arabic, especially regarding the rules of Arabic ( alqawaid) is the mind mappng method. This learning implementation method is carried out by conveying material in the form of concept maps and providing examples that are easy for them to remember in a structured manner. The material is delivered deductively, which starts by explaining general rules and then continues with the most easily understood examples. Each theme is presented in a concise and structured manner and is interrelated. After this activity was carried out, the students became motivated to continue learning, besides that their ability to understand the rules of the Arabic language was getting better. This can be seen from their enthusiasm during learning and their ability to explain the concepts of Arabic language rules ABSTRAK Bahasa arab merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran wajib yang ada di Madrasah. Pembelajaran ini menekankan pada kemampuan siswa dalam mendengar, berbicara, membaca dan menulis siswa dalam bahasa arab. Dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab, banyak sekali metode yang bisa diterapkan sebagai cara untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa. Diantara metode yang bisa diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab khususnya mengenai kaidah bahasa arab ( al-qawaid) yaitu metode mind mapping. Metode pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan cara menyampaikan materi dalam bentuk peta konsep dan memberikan contoh-cotoh yang mudah untuk mereka ingat secara terstruktur. Materi disampaikan secara deduktif, yaitu dimulai dengan menjelaskan kaidah umum kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian contoh-contoh yang paling mudah dipahami. Setiap tema disampaikan secara ringkas dan terstruktur serta saling berkaitan.

Jenis dan variasi sampah dapat menunjukkan jumlah dan tingkat perekonomian penghuninya. Tingginya timbulan dan variasi sampah sering menjadi masalah pada beberapa perumahan. Kondisi rumah yang berdekatan, lahan kosong yang sedikit, kondisi TPS yang terbuka serta pengelolaan sampah yang kurang menjadi permasalahan bagi penghuni yang tinggal di perumahan tersebut. Kondisi ini dapat menjadi penyebab munculnya penyakit, bau busuk, serta lingkungan yang tidak sedap dipandang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini bermaksud untuk memberikan informasi tentang sampah hasil rumah tangga, jenis pengelolaan yang sesuai, serta hasil pengelolaan jika sampah tersebut dapat diolah dan menjadi income. Teknik yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan persuasif dalam pemilahan, pewadahan, dan pengumpulan sampah dari sumbernya. Fokus kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Perumahan Griya Rumaisha yang melibatkan ibu-ibu perumahan tersebut. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu mengenai pengelolaan sampah yang dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan di lingkungan perumahan Griya Rumaisha. Hasil pengelolaan ini juga nantinya dimanfaatkan sebagai pendapatan baru di pemukiman tersebut dengan membuat cairan eco enzyme

The effect of the integrated interactive Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) module on learning interest and creative thinking skills of class VII students at SMPN 23 Pekanbaru was the focus of this study. One of the learning resources that is particularly suitable for the 21st century is interactive modules. These modules serve as detailed learning packages designed to help students achieve their learning objectives. The Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) approach used in this study aims to not only increase students' interest and readiness to learn but also enhance their creative thinking skills. The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze the effect of the integrated interactive ESD module on learning interest and creative thinking skills, and to describe the correlation between learning interest and creative thinking skills in students. The study employed a quasi-experimental design combined with correlation analysis, using instruments such as a learning interest questionnaire and a creative thinking skills test. The findings of the study indicated that the integrated interactive ESD module had a significant effect on both the learning interest and the creative thinking skills of students. Furthermore, there was a positive correlation between learning interest and creative thinking skills, suggesting that enhancing students' engagement in the learning process through interactive modules can foster the development of their creative thinking abilities. These results highlight the importance of interactive learning resources in supporting student achievement in the 21st century
