Abstract

Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang berkembang saat ini telah beralih ke metodologi yang lebih sederhana. Metodologi yang dikenal sebagai agile methods ini mengutamakan fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi selama pengembangan. Bahkan perubahan ataupun penambahan pada saat fase terakhir pun teratasi apabila menggunakan metodologi ini. Salah satu yang paling popuper yaitu eXtreme Programming. Metodologi ini memiliki keunikan yang sebenarnya juga bisa menjadi kelemahannya, yaitu tanpa dokumentasi formal. Makalah ini akan mencoba memasukkan dokumentasi sederhana pada extreme programming sebagai requirements management. Selanjutnya hasil penambahan sebagai fase requirements management tersebut diuji dengan distribusi normal untuk menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tersebut mempertahankan eXtreme Programming dalam batas-batas agile method.Kata kunci: Agile methods, eXtreme Programming, requirements management.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Anti Tuberculosis drug therapy given has side effects, one of which is hepatotoxicity.. The purpose of this study was to describe the levels of SGOT, SGPT, and total bilirubin in pulmonary tuberculosis patients based on the characteristics of gender and age. This type of research is descriptive observational with a case study approach. Data retrieval using purposive sampling of 120 patients was carried out by analyzing data on medical records. The results of the study in the intensive stage of treatment showed an increase in SGOT for 12 males and females an average of 71 U/L and 93 U/L. The SGPT of 12 men and 14 women averaged 86 U/L and 92 U/L. Total bilirubin in 10 men and 12 women averaged 1.58 mg/dl and 1.68 mg/dl, respectively. The increase in SGOT in 15 patients 26-45 years, 8 patients 46-65 years, and 2 patients 65 years averaged 79 U/L, 70 U/L, and 97 U/L. SGPT occurred in 15 patients 26-45 years, 8 patients 46-65 years, and 3 patients 65 years with mean levels of 82 U/L, 97 U/L, and 96 U/L. Total bilirubin occurred in 15 patients 26-45 years, 5 patients 46-65 years, and 2 patients 65 years with mean levels of 1.72 mg/dl, 1.38 mg/dl, and 1.57 mg/dl. , whereas in the advanced stage of treatment, all patients had normal levels of SGOT, SGPT, and total bilirubin with an average of 27 U/L, 29 U/L, and 0.41 mg/dl.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui kemampuan asimilasi kolesterol dari tiga strain Lactobacillus acidophilus FNCC 101, FNCC 108, dan FNCC 120. Uji asimilasi kolesterol dilakukan secara in vitro dengan menumbuhkan strain L. acidophilus secara anaerobik pada suhu 37 o C selama 24 jam pada media MRS broth mengandung kolesterol dan oxgall 0,4% (w/v). Konsentrasi kolesterol pada supernatan diukur dengan spektrofotometri panjang gelombang 550nm dan absorbansi yang diperoleh dipakai untuk menghitung kadar kolesterol berdasarkan standar kolesterol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa L. acidophilus menurunkan konsentrasi kolesterol pada supernatan. Tanpa inokulasi L. acidophilus, konsentrasi kolesterol pada supernatan adalah 1,46 μg/ml, sedangkan setelah inokulasi dengan L. acidophilus FNCC 120, 108 dan 101 konsentrasi kolesterol secara berurutan adalah 0,45; 0,47; dan 0,52 μg/ml. Asimilasi kolesterol optimum terjadi pada penambahan oxgall 0,4% (w/v) dengan konsentrasi kolesterol 0,52 μg/ml tersisa di supernatan dibandingkan konsentrasi 0,81 dan 0,71 μg/ml pada penambahan oxgall 0,1 dan 0,3%. Asimilasi kolesterol optimum pada suhu 37 o C dengan konsentrasi kolesterol supernatan 0,52 μg/ml. Asimilasi kolesterol meningkat setelah pertumbuhan mencapai fase logaritmik dan optimum setelah inkubasi 15 jam. Sebagai simpulan, L. acidophilus FNCC 101 mempunyai kemampuan asimilasi kolesterol tertinggi, ini dicapai pada suhu pertumbuhan 37 o C, penambahan oxgall 0,4% dan pada fase pertumbuhan logaritmik.

Abstract

Gaya bahasa hiperbola dan asidenton Panatacara pesisir terletak pada penyimpanganpenyimpangankonotatif bahasa panatacara yang hadir melalui tuturan dalam peristiwapawiwahan. Gaya bahasa tersebut untuk menciptakan kekhasan bahasa pesisir. Hiperbola danasidenton menjadi salah satu ciri pembeda gaya bahasa di pesisiran dengan gaya bahasaSurakarta dan Yogyakarta. Selain itu, gaya bahasa hiperbola dan asidenton panatacara dalamprosesi pawiwahan adat budaya Jawa pesisiran untuk membangun makna. Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).One of the weed control technologies that are environmentally friendly and require little cost is technical culture such as intercropping planting. The aim of this study was to determine the combination of the planting intercropping sweet corn with legumes and the planting time of legumes which effectively suppresses weed growth. The research was conducted from August to November 2019 in Air Duku Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu at an altitude  ± 1051 masl. The study used a non-factorial completely randomized block design (RAKL) with three replications. The treatment applied was an intercropping system of sweet corn with peanuts, soybeans, and  long beans planted at 15, 10, 5, and 0 days before planting sweet corn. Observed variable data were collected and analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) level of 5%. The observed weeds were analyzed by the Summed Dominance Ratio (SDR). The results showed that Cyperus rotundus L. weed was dominant at 3 and 6 weeks after planting with SDRs of 57.12% and 55.53%. The weed dominance of C. rotundus L. was replaced by Sacciolepis interrupta at harvest time with SDR = 48.42%. Peanuts planted 15 days before planting sweet corn were the best treatment in suppressing weed growth based on the largest total dry weight emphasis (84.59%), and the lowest weed population number, namely 2.65 individuals. The highest growth and yield of sweet corn were peanuts planted simultaneously with sweet corn, long beans planted 5 days before sweet corn, and soybeans planted simultaneously with sweet corn.

Abstract

Untuk memudahkan penyelesaian pekerjaan rumah tangga maka perlu adanya alat bantu yang diharapkan bisa lebih praktis dan lebih efisien. Misalnya dengan menggunakan peralatan rumah tangga yang serba otomatis. Sebagai contoh : rice cooker, alat memasak serba guna, dispenser, mixer dan lain-lain yang mendukung teknologi baru, murah, dan tidak dibutuhkan tenaga pembantu rumah tangga yang semakin mahal dan sulit didapatkan. Peneliti mencoba membuat peralatan yang lebih praktis dengan melakukan desain ulang peralatan yang ada. Peralatan tersebut adalah alat penuang kopi yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dalam menuangkan kopi. Sistem kerja peralatan ini dapat menuangkan kopi ke cangkir dengan dimensi yang telah ditentukan secara otomatis tanpa menekan tombol. Volume kopi yang dituangkan dapat otomatis sesuai volume yang dikehendaki. Peralatan ini menggunakan sensor yang didesain untuk dapat bekerja otomatis mendeteksi cangkir kopi yang diletakkan pada posisi tertentu yang selanjutnya akan diisi dengan minuman kopi. Volume kopi yang dituangkan menngunakan perhitungan debit aliran air. Untuk mendapatkan volume penuangan kopi yang sesuai maka dilakukan pengaturan waktu. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa penggunaan sistem kerja peralatan ini lebih praktis dibanding sistem konvensional. Karena pada sistem otomatis, volume kopi yang dituangkan pada cangkir dapat diatur dan secara otomatis berhenti sesuai volume yang kita inginkan. Abstract

The South China Sea is known as the second busiest sea lane in the world after the Suez Canal in Egypt, this area also has an abundance of living creatures and has large oil and natural gas reserves. Because of its potential, the area is still a contest for claims between several countries. Currently, it is known that the United States and China are the largest hegemonic countries in the economic field that are fighting for power in the South China Sea region. Some experts even discussed the possibility of competition that will end with war or military conflict in the 21st century. As a result of this tension, other countries in Southeast Asia which are generally not superpowers have put themselves in a situation that is called a security dilemma. Indonesia is not a claimant country in the South China Sea area but has sovereignty near the area which is Natuna Island. If there is a conflict between the United State and China in the South China Sea area, it will have direct implications for the sovereignty of the Indonesian state in Natuna. To deal with this scenario, Indonesia must prepare its defense forces. In this security dilemma situation, Indonesia is strengthening its military and making alliances with other countries that also do not want conflict or war, Indonesia also trying to balance its power with China and the United States with the balance of power strategy. The aim of this article is to describe whether the balance of power strategy that has been carried out by Indonesia is successful as a deterrence strategy.

Abstract

Personel Protective Equipment (PPE), as prevention to curb COVID-19 transmission which mainly via droplet, is a mandatory protocol as rising COVID-19 confirmed case. Face shield can protect face from droplet exposure. Besides health care professionals, pregnant women and newborn infants are susceptible population to exposure of SARS-CoV-2. Infant under two years is not recommended to use face mask due to breahing difficulty which can lead to mortality. Therefore, face shield is recommended for infant to give protection from virus transmission. As part of community service, Politeknik Negeri Batam produces Non Medical Infant Face Shield for infant and toddler to curb COVID-19 transmission. The program aims at community health centers (Puskesmas) of Batu Aji, Tanjung Uncang, Sekupang, and Kampong Jabi Nongsa. These partners value highly the community service program in terms of simplicity, clear working instruction, comfortability, recurring sterilization, and product quality. Moreover, high demand of face shield in Puskesmas that use face shield more than three times a day, indicates benefit of the community service in providing PPE for medical treatment at Puskesmas

Abstract

Pineapple is one of the important commodities owned by Indonesia. There are so many pineapple producing areas in Indonesia, one of which is Sipahutar District. Sipahutar is a pineapple center in North Tapanuli, North Sumatra. The program of the Agro Creative Field Station (SLAK) aims to socialize and implement pineapple cultivation Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as an effort to overcome pests and diseases in pineapple plants. Which starts from observing diseases in the field, processing and solarizing the soil, planting, training in making Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR), fertilizing, maintaining, until harvesting. Diseases found in the field are root rot disease caused by fungi Thielaviopsis paradoxa and pineapple wilt caused by the Pineapple Mealybug Wilt-associated Virus (PMWaV). Soil treatment makes the soil healthier because of the availability of organic material for the soil that comes from the provision of manure when processing the soil. Besides that, it is also able to prevent weed growth and minimize the use of herbicides. Whereas soil solarization can increase soil temperature so that it causes disease in the soil, nematodes, and dead weed seeds; increase the activity of some beneficial microbes in the soil; improve nutrition available to plants. Soils that were given a solarization treatment were darker in color compared to soils without solarization treatment. The use of healthy seeds and soaking seeds with PGPR before planting is an effort to restore soil and plants. However, the results are not yet visible, because the plant age is only 1 week when the SLAK program is complete.
