Abstract

Taking care of children shows to way that selected by parents in educating and taking care of their children. In the practice, it includes taking care of eating, drinking, outfit, home and making sure the success of childrens? development and growth until they become adult. Family becomes respondent in this research including husband-wife which the wife is lecturer and the husband is entrepreneur and teacher, civil servant and private. Data acquired from observation and deep interview. The researcher limits the research on subject with dual-career criteria who has 0-8 year child. The taking care meant here shows on certain ways did by parents in fulfilling childrens? base needs. The result of this research is hoped to be additional references in construction of parenting theory according to families? characteristics in which the mother works in University at Lamongan Regency, and Indonesia families generally.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on education in Indonesia. The learning process that was originally carried out at school has now changed to distance learning which is done from home. The use of information and communication technology provides convenience in learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted to determine the benefits of information and communication technology in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the elementary school level. By using qualitative research methods literature study. The development of ICT in this globalization era it is growing very rapidly. The advancement of ICT brings convenience in the world of education, especially in distance learning where teachers and students can continue to carry out more efficient and meaningful learning through E-learning, WhatsApp, Zoom, YouTube, Classroom, and other applications. The Ministry of Education and Culture has provided a free learning platform called "Rumah Belajar" for areas where internet connections are not very good. Through this learning house the government collaborates with TVRI to deliver learning materials in the home study program. And in the distance learning process the learning process that students do is inseparable from the supervision of teachers and parents.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers are now very much required to choose appropriate and correct learning strategies so that the process can be maximum. Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) applies Blended Learning strategies for the new normal era. This study aims to discuss learning strategies, implementation of learning strategies, analysis of learning strategies in the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) based on Blended Learning with the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content knowledge) approach in the new normal era. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and content analysis techniques. The collection techniques used are the opinion (interview), analysis, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out using the data collection stages, data analysis, and conclusions. The results of study 1) The education strategy at Kuala Lumpur Indonesian Schools is written on the syllabus and lesson plans (lesson planning design) made by the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School teacher unit (SIKL). 2) Implementing the Blended learning strategy of the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) in the New Normal era in one class is divided into 2, namely: the first is implemented at home through web / online-based technology. The second is learning processes are carried out face-to-face.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that occur in the learning activities of SD Negeri SokoKidul, so that the learning outcomes obtained by students have not reached the predetermined KKM. Based on observations, it is known that there are still students who are passive in participating in the learning process and the lack of variety of teachers in using methods affects the low learning outcomes of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes of grade 2 students of SD Negeri SokoKidul in learning theme 4 sub-theme 2 by using a cooperative method of example non example. This research is included in the Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting. One cycle consists of 4 stages of activity, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. The subject of this research is grade 2 SD Negeri SokoKidul with a total of 16 students consisting of 8 male students and 8 female students, in learning theme 4 sub-theme 2 for the 2020/2021 academic year using the 2013 curriculum. Data collection techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data analysis. For the learning outcomes of students who achieve KKM in learning theme 4 sub-theme 2. The indicator of success in this study is an increase in student learning outcomes marked by the achievement of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in learning theme 4 sub-theme 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang penerapan dan dampak penggunaan metode drill menggunakan media ular tangga berbasis keislaman pembelajaran matematika kelas II MI Kudus. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah pengumpulan data, koleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian adalah implementasi metode drill menggunakan media ular berbasis keislaman pembelajaran matematika kelas II meliputi tahap perencanaan dengan mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajaran, tahap pelaksanaan dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang termuat dalam RPP, dan evaluasi yang memuat soal soal pengembang hasil pembelajaran sedangkan dampak nya adalah mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi, mengembangkan kreativitas perserta didik, meningkatkan kegairahan peserta didik, dan meningkatkan mutu hasil belajar.

Abstract

Character education is the role of educational institutions to give birth to generations who have good behavior and are in accordance with the norms that apply in society. The growing development of this technology is an interesting thing to discuss and pay attention to, because issues regarding this character have become very important issues lately. Therefore, cultivating and strengthening self-character is very important because it forms and strengthens self-identity or identity so that children can behave well. Character is a characteristic of behavior in everyday life that is in a person who is characteristic. Character is currently a problem that really needs attention. Because along with the development of the times, namely the emergence of Society 5.0, this makes it easier for humans in this life, it also gives bad things to life. Society 5.0 is defined as a technology-based human-centered citizen. In dealing with today's character problems at the Integrated MI Tahfizhul Qur'al Al-Ma'shum (MITTQUM) school, it provides a superior and mandatory program, namely the tahfidz program. Strengthening student character education through the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program not only improves the quality of reading and memorization, but also the emergence of character values contained in the Al-Qur'an in students. The program is implemented so that children have good characteristics, such as religious character, discipline and responsibility. This character is formed because of the activities carried out, such as muroja'ah, depositing memorization, targeting memorization at each grade level, and other religious activities such as dhuha prayers and congregational prayers in congregation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of scientific-based student worksheets (LKPD) at SDN 4 Gulang Mejobo Kudus. The success of the implementation, as well as anything f supporting and inhibiting actors in the application of the worksheet. This study uses a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques applied are through observation and interviews, as well as through documentation. The results of the research show: First, the Application of Scientific-Based Student Worksheets (LKPD) in Training Science Process Skills in Class V Science Learning at SDN 4 Gulang Mejobo Kudus, there are 3 stages, namely planning. Implementation, and evaluation. Second, the successful application of scientific-based student worksheets (LKPD) in training science process skills in fifth-grade science learning at SDN 4 Gulang Mejobo Kudus creates an active class, students are eager to observe material, group objects related to the material, taking measurements. Students become confident in communicating the results of their work and can make conclusions from the results of their learning. Third, Factor in the application of scientific-based student worksheets in science learning class V at SDN 4 Gulang Mejobo Kudus namely supporting factors which include good school management, guaranteed teacher professionalism, adequate learning resources, varied learning methods, and media, there is an interest in learning and learning competition between students. And the inhibiting factors include inadequate infrastructure, parental support for poor student learning outcomes, and students' learning mental readiness that is not the same.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menumbuhkan atau memotivasi sikap aktif siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV dengan metode picture and picture. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dan juga wawancara. Alat pengumpulan data meliputi butir pedoman observasi untuk guru, siswa, situasi kelas dan minat siswa, dan wawancara untuk melengkapi data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam menumbuhkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor seperti menarik atau memberikan motivasi kepada siswa dan juga dengan mengenali keadaan siswa yang kurang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

In line with the swift development of technology in learning, textbooks appear to meet the need for fast and accessible information in the form of electronic books, better known as e-books. This study, therefore, aims to develop a 3D page flip e-book based on science literacy integrated with Islamic values for fifth-grade students. This study’s samples were Islamic Elementary School Miftahul Huda 02 Dawe Kudus and Islamic Elementary School (MI/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) Al Huda Kunduran Blora. Data collection techniques used tests, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This study’s results were in the form of the characteristics of teaching materials for 3D page flip e-books based on scientific literacy integrated with Islamic values, including aspects of science as the body of knowledge, science as a way to investigate, science as a way of thinking, aspects of the interaction between science, technology, society, and Islamic values. The validity of the 3D page flip e-book teaching materials based on scientific literacy integrated with Islamic values was tested and resulted in very valid criteria. Based on the research results, the validity level of teaching materials obtained a mean of 85.28%, so teaching materials were categorized as very valid. Thus, teaching materials for 3D page flip e-books based on scientific literacy integrated with Islamic values effectively improved students' scientific literacy skills. Then, the similarity test of the two means revealed that the experimental class had a higher increase in cognitive learning outcomes than the control class. The implications of this research include that 3D page flip e-book teaching materials can be used as one of the innovations; developed learning can be used as a teaching tool in the learning process; assisting students in learning the 2013 curriculum can be carried out by implementing scientific literacy-based e-book teaching materials integrated with Islamic values; the availability of e-books as learning media can increase scientific literacy; students can understand science concepts and processes to apply them in everyday life with integrated Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teacher's role in applying the value of disciplinary character in improving student learning activities at Al-Ma'soem Elementary School by combining the national curriculum and field of study (diniyyah) and developed through the principles of discipline and religion. Learning is not always interpreted as something but a flexible concept that develops and follows the demands of education as well as the needs of science and technology inherent in the form of human resource development. By looking at the way of learning at SD al-Ma'soem which cannot be separated from implementing discipline that can affect the intensity of student learning. The reward and punishment method is something that most people or institutions require in education, one of which is at Al-ma'soem Elementary School. This is considered as one of the solutions to overcome disciplinary problems and improve student achievement. The teacher to carry out the improvement of the teaching and learning process by applying the value of the character of discipline is very important and becomes a top priority. This is done so that students return to their enthusiasm for learning. This study aims to analyze the teacher's role in applying the value of the character of discipline in improving student learning activities at Al-Ma'soem Elementary School.
