Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap word of mouth Pelanggan Come On Coffee. Populasi dalam riset ini adalah pelanggan Come On Coffee. Pengambilan sampel pada riset ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap word of mouth.. Kata Kunci: kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan, word of mouth, dan come on coffee

Abstract

This study aims at determing the effect transformational leadership style and job satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kolaka.This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Looking at a relatively small population of 96 people, the researchers used population studies. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results of the study concluded that the transformational leadership style and job satisfaction variables affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees at the Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kolaka

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan ini diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat Desa Tirawuta, Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan masyarakat Desa Tirawuta melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan dengan memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan berwirausaha dengan penyampaian ceramah dan diskusi. Materi disampaikan oleh Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik program studi manajemen Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan dengan jelas, peserta dapat mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik mengenai kewirausahaan, kemudian juga bahwa peserta ingin langsung terjun di dunia usaha dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan komoditas setempat dan ingin membuat tempat wisata berbasis potensi daerah di Desa Tirawuta.

Abstract

Keselamatan kerja karyawan merupkan salah satu isu penting dalam perusahaan pertambangan karena industri pertambangan merupakan salah satu industri yang memiliki risiko kerja yang tinggi. Karyawan yang bekerja di industri pertambangan selalu dihadapkan dengan berbagai bahaya dan resiko seperti kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan pertambangan harus memperhatikan dan menjaga keselamatan kerja karyawan. Safety climate (Iklim keselamatan kerja) dan safety leadership (kepemimpian keselamatan) merupakan dua faktor penting dalam mendorong karyawan untuk melakukan perilaku aman di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Safety climate dan safety leadership terhadap perilaku keselamatan kerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa iklim safety climate dan safety leadership sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keselamatan kerja karyawan tambang. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan iklim keselamatan kerja agar karyawan memiliki perilaku keselamatan kerja yang lebih baik. Kemudian Safety leadership yang baik dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesediaan karyawan untuk melaksanakan tindakan keselamatan kerja, serta memotivasi mereka untuk memprioritaskan keselamatan kerja dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage case studi UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka. (2) The effect of innovation capability on competitive advantage case studi UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka.(3)the influence of dynamic capabilities on innovation capabilities as a mediating (intervening) variable in case studies UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka. this research is an explanatory research model with a Quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used literature study and questionnaire distribution. The population of this study were all UMKM of Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study were 55 respondents using purposive sampling technique.. Testing research instruments employed validity and reliability tests by using SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) wich measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the dynamic capabilities variable on competitive advantage Behavior, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.005. And the innovation capability variable also has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.000. And the dynamic capabilities on innovation capability as mediating (intervene) variable also has a positive and significant effect

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of perceived usefulness on purchasing decisions (study of management students at the University of Nineteen November Kolaka). (2) The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Purchasing Decisions (Study on Management Students at the University of Nineteen November Kolaka. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study uses observation and questionnaires. The population of this study is management students class 2018-2022. Meanwhile The sample of this research is 84 respondents by determining the sample using probability sampling technique.The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that the Perceived Usefulness variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions as indicated by the P-Values ​​of 0.049. As well as the Perceived Ease of Use variable also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions this is indicated by the value P-Values ​​of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance (2) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performce.This study used a quantitative method approach with the study population being all employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Bombana Regency with a total sample of 30 respondents. Instrument testing in this study used the Validity test and Reliability with SPSS 26.0. The research data analysis with a total 35 respondents technique used the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance as indicated by the t-statistic value of 8,405 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000, while the variable Organizational Commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance indicated by the t-value statistic of 0,142 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000.

Abstract

In the current era of global competition, organizations that want to continue to exist and develop must be able to produce innovative products or services. Innovative work behavior is one of the essential things that allows each individual or group to achieve organizational goals. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of paternalistic leadership and learning organizations on the innovative work behavior of PDAM Kolaka Regency employees. This study used a quantitative approach, with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data collected was analyzed using structure equation modeling (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS program. The results of the study show that there is no significant relationship between paternalistic leadership and innovative work behavior. This is due to wrong reasons. This is because in a paternalistic leadership style, leaders act like parents, so employees tend to rely on their leaders to provide direction and do not feel encouraged to take the initiative at work. While the influence of learning organization variables on innovative work behavior based on research results shows that it has an influence. This is because the training and employee development carried out by PDAM Kolaka Regency can be a means for employees to share experiences, knowledge, and innovative ideas, encouraging the exchange of ideas and better collaboration. Abstract

This research aims to find out how HRM strategies can improve Competitive Advantage in the case study of Esy Tourism in Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The informants in this research consisted of the owner and all employees. Esy Tourism. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses an interactive model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the HRM strategy in increasing the competitive advantage of Esy tourism MSMEs still does not fully use the HRM strategy, where employee recruitment still uses a family basis and is not competent according to the HRM strategy, but other strategies already use the strategy. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of Brand Awareness on Purchase Interest of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products, (2) the influence of Brand image on Purchase Interest of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products, (3) the influence of Brand Awareness on the Brand Image of Wardah Kolaka eco-friendly products. The influence of Brand Awareness on the Brand Image of Wardah kolaka's. The sample used was 110 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of research data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study show that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. This is evidenced by the t-count or t-statistic value of 4.580 greater than the t-table value of 0.338, and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest, where the t-count or t-statistic value of 8.263 is greater than the t-table value of 0.533.
