Abstract

This is a correlational research, aimed to determine (1) the correlation between the work experience and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, (2) the correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, and (3) the correlation between the work experience, well-being, and work motivation of the private high school teachers in Waingapu City. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The research located in private high schools in Waingapu City in 2021 (PGRI High School, Muhammadyah High School, Kristen High School, and Andaluri Catholic High School). The population of this study were 140 people, with the sample of  90 people. The data analysis technique was the bivariate correlation with the Spearman test tool, which was processed using the SPSS Version 21.00. The research results are as follows: (1) There is a significant correlation between the work experience and work motivation because the overall correlation coefficient value (r = 0.442**) is at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (2) There is a significant correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers overall (r = 0.469**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (3) There is a significant correlation between work experience, well-being, and work motivation, with a correlation coefficient of (r = 0.604**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. The suggestion is that the school foundation needs to optimize their efforts to improve the teacher work motivation through the appreciation of their work experience and also paying attention to the well-being of the teachers.

Abstract

Academic supervision is one of the processes in an effort to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers through a process of regular supervision and coaching. Bengkayang Regency is one of the regencies in Indonesia that is included in the 3T criteria (Front, Outermost, Disadvantaged) with low academic supervision results, due to limited access and geographical conditions. The purpose of this study was to describe the impact of academic supervision carried out with a Management Information System (MIS) for academic supervision on the effectiveness of the performance of school supervisors. The research method used in this research is a mix method research method with a sequential exploratory model, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative analysis was carried out first to find out detailed data related to the supervision process carried out by school supervisors, while quantitative analysis was carried out by analyzing the differences in the achievements of academic supervision from before and after using the online supervision system. The research subjects used in the study were school supervisors in the Bengkayang district which consisted of 8 school supervisors. The research instruments used were questionnaires, interview guidelines, and documentation. The results showed that the Academic Supervision Management Information System (MIS) made it easier for school supervisors to carry out the academic supervises process. Through the system, the results of supervision have increased compared to the previous period. Tacademic supervisionhe online-based academic supervision system in general, is a solution to access limitations including distance, time, and the ratio of supervisors to supervised teachers. The suggestion in this study is that the use of an online-based academic supervision system can be used not only in the 3T area but can be applied in other areas, especially in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Students in computer and network expertise competence (TKJ) have good personalities, judging from their attitudes when participating in learning activities that are relatively conducive. According to information I got from several teachers, there are still students who lack focus in learning. Because approximately 2 years of learning is carried out online, students are bored and bored so that interest in learning decreases. In learning activities at SMK Negeri 1 Tengaran, especially in class X TKJ in Informatics subjects, teachers still use simple methods which still use whiteboard media to write and power points to present learning. To make learning more effective, the learning method that will be used is the Quizizz interactive media method which can be a potential alternative to increase student learning interest. This type of research uses Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design Experimental research involving 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Based on theoretical opinions and relevant research that has been explained, researchers concluded that there is an influence of quizizz interactive media on student learning interest at SMK Negeri 1 Tengaran.Based on the results of research conducted in control classes and experiments on grade X TKJ students at SMK Negeri 1 Tengaran in the subject of Informatics Data Communication and Mobile Phones material, it can be concluded that there is a visible influence on student learning interest in the eyes informatics lessons using quizizz interactive media in class X TKJ. Furthermore, learning using quizizz interactive media also has a positive impact on students' interest in informatics learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a system-based academic supervision model to address specific inefficiencies in the supervision process, such as logistical challenges and resource limitations. The purpose of this research is to develop a system-based academic supervision model in overcoming the ineffectiveness of the academic supervision process. The method in this research is development research using the Borg and Gall model which consists of 10 steps of product development from preliminary research to product dissemination . The research subjects were teachers and school supervisors in Salatiga City, especially in elementary schools consisting of public and private schools. The selection of subjects is based on subjects with criteria, namely subjects who play an active role in the academic supervision process and have experience in academic supervision at school. The instruments in this study were observation guidelines, interview guidelines, user perception questionnaire, and product trial questionnaire. The research instruments have been validated by expert validators and meet the criteria of valid and reliable. The results showed that the development of the Management Information System for academic supervision of the Borg and Gall model resulted in a product that met the criteria of valid, effective and practical for academic supervision. The research findings show that using the academic supervision system makes it easier for supervisors and teachers to carry out the academic supervision process. In addition, the efficiency of supervision becomes better, because it can overcome the distance and the limited number of supervisors to the number of schools whose ratio is not balanced.In addition, the use of an academic supervision system speeds up the supervision process, simplifies the use of assessment instruments, and is practically used flexibly.

Abstract

The problem in learning during the covid-19 pandemic is how the university implements effective online learning for students. In order to facilitate online learning to be more comprehensive and integrated, the development of an integrated learning system, namely the learning system in Flexibel Learning or Leaning management, is expected to increase the effectiveness of online learning. The research method in this study is a mixed-method research method with a sequential exploratory model. The research begins with a qualitative study to find the root of the problem and then continues with quantitative analysis to find the influence between variables. The study subjects were fourth-year students in the mathematics education study program. The study results show that the integration of the system facilitates the implementation of learning in the online learning process, but there are still obstacles, such as internet access and learning devices. In contrast, the regression test results show a significant influence between the integration of the learning system on student learning outcomes. The influence of learning system integration on learning achievement is 61.3%, and 38.7% is affected by other factors such as motivation, learning independence, student responsibility, and adequate internet access.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran inovatif dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan siswa dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar termasuk di SDN Banyudono 3. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang potensi komik digital sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang efektif dan mendampingi guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Banyudono yang berjumlah 59 orang untuk dapat mengembangkan komik digital menggunakan aplikasi Pixton. Pelatihan dilakukan secara luring di SDN Banyudono 3 dan dibagi menjadi 3 pertemuan. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan ini berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru terhadap media pembelajaran pada umumnya dan pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa komik digital menggunakan aplikasi Pixton, yang dikaji dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil pre-test dan post-test dari kategori sedang menjadi baik (peningkatan 19,02%). Kegiatan ini juga mendapat respon positif dari peserta, bahkan mereka merencanakan untuk mengimplementasikan komik digital yang sudah mereka buat dan akan mereka buat pada pembelajaran di kelas. Persepsi mereka mengenai pembuatan komik digital yang dahulunya dianggap rumit dan sulit juga telah berubah setelah mereka dapat menghasilkan komik digital karya mereka sendiri

Abstract

Pendampingan belajar bagi anak usia dasar dan menengah ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab kebutuhan peserta didik yang berjemaat di GBI Karanggede. Mereka mengalami kesulitan belajar untuk mempersiapkan tes atau ujian khususnya pada mata pelajaran matematika dan Bahasa Inggris. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi belajar anak mulai usia sekolah dasar hingga sekolah menengah secara intensif oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa yang ada di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer. PkM ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan melibatkan tim dosen, mahasiswa, anak usia SD dan sekolah menengah yang ada di GBI Karanggede. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 4 bulan ini terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Menurut hasil evaluasi dan wawancara singkat dengan orang tua murid, anak -anak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini meningkat hasil belajarnya dan salah satu peserta berhasil lolos seleksi nasional perguruan tinggi negeri.
