Abstract

 The research carried out aims to find out the extent of the implementation of Law Number 10 Year 2009 concerning Tourism, whether this policy has been properly implemented or not and to find out how the efforts made by policy providers (the Government) to advance the tourism potential in the city of Cirebon, especially Kejawan Beach. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive design because in this study, data collection through observation and interviews is obtained directly down to the field, therefore the techniques used were Purposive Sampling and Accidental techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of Law Number 10 of 2009 has not gone well and there is still a lack of tourist attraction to visit the coast due to the lack of government attention to the shore beaches, and the lack of complete infrastructure and governance that has not been maximized in accordance with Law Number 10 of 2009.

Abstract

The main problem of this regional autonomy research is the low competence of human resources in the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency, which is caused by its suboptimal implementation. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of regional autonomy and its impact. The method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview and library study techniques. This study concludes that the implementation of regional autonomy in Pangandaran is not yet optimal. The positive impact of regional autonomy can increase the efficiency and responsiveness of government in public services with public preference, and arouse the spirit of competition and innovation among local governments. The negative impact, the quality of public services is low, due to the transfer of authority which is often misunderstood or misused so that adequate and formal supervision and control is needed both formally and informally as well as synergy between local, provincial and central governments.

Abstract

The function of language, particularly Indonesian, in moulding the character of a student is critical, and this is true both orally and in writing. An Indonesian instructor must understand that learning the language is about developing language skills rather than mastering the grammar of the language. Because of this, this study emphasized the issue of improving the competence of Indonesian language teachers so that they can better serve their students. In order to uncover the subject of inquiry, this study employs a qualitative technique combined with descriptive methodologies. According to the findings of the study, learning the Indonesian language has a major impact on the development of students' personalities and character. It is possible to receive assistance by learning to read and write as well as speak and listen.

Abstract

Throughout the COVID-19 epidemic, learning activities were conducted online. Students’ capacity to comprehend the content offered by the teacher is significantly impacted when they learn through this online technique. This also occurs in the subject of Indonesian. As a result, innovation is required to enhance students’ comprehension and abilities when learning Indonesian, namely through blended learning. This study aims to collect data on the blended learning model’s implementation in Indonesian language subject during the Covid-19 pandemic. This descriptive qualitative research method entails locating data sources through literature searches for subsequent analysis. The results indicated that the blended learning model is an excellent model for Indonesian language learning during the epidemic and the new normal. It allows students and teachers to learn autonomously, be helpful, and improve. The blended learning model’s purpose is to assist students in developing their learning styles and preferences for learning; to provide practical, realistic opportunities for educators and students to learn independently, be helpful, and continue to grow; to increase scheduling flexibility for learners by combining the best features of face-to-face and online instruction; to engage students in interactivity during face-to-face classes. At the same time, the online component gives students rich multimedia content at any time and from any location as long as they have access to the objective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how the management of official vehicles at Financial and Asset Management Agency of Bogor Regency is based on Permendagri Number 19 of 2016. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of official vehicles BPKAD of Bogor Regency had been carried out in accordance with Permendagri Number 19 of 2016. This was done for the sake of creating an orderly administration in the management of regional assets. Asset inventory is carried out every five years by inputting official vehicle data in The Application of Information Technology of Local Goods Cycle (ATISISBADA) so that they no longer use the Goods Inventory Card (KIB). However, there are still obstacles, namely the problem of incomplete and inaccurate asset inventory data. The legal audit has been carried out properly, as can be seen from the clear status of control of official vehicles. The assessment is carried out by KJPP. Optimization of official vehicles has been carried out well. Supervision is carried out periodically then control is carried out by following up if there are errors in the management of official vehicles. The activities of managing official vehicles are made easier by the existence of ATISISBADA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the use of information technology in the implementation of office administration and to find out the use of Information Technology in the implementation of office administration at the Cikalong Village office, Cikalongwetan District, West Bandung Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of literature study, and field research using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results showed that information technology at the Cikalong Village Office was used to receive information, store information, organize information, send information, protect assets. Although there are obstacles in the form of inadequate facilities, and employees who have not been able to optimize information technology, the utilization of information technology has not been implemented properly.

Abstract

The act of plagiarism or copying other people's work via the internet is a phenomenon that has been around for a while among students; in making scientific work assignments, not a few students plagiarism or copy-paste from the internet so that the task is immediately resolved. The purpose of this research was to find out how the State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung's efforts to prevent and deal with plagiarism in the midst of the digitalization era. Therefore, another objective of this research is to determine whether the State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung students are capable and understand digital literacy. So far, the efforts made by the State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati have been quite good in preventing plagiarism by making policies on the percentage of plagiarism and also providing sanctions for students who commit plagiarism. However, some students still feel they need help understanding how to avoid plagiarism. In addition, some students have understood digital literacy. However, its application still needs to be improved, such as being often influenced by fake news or hoaxes and students' lack of interest in studying the truth of information on the internet for reference to scientific papers because it is considered to take a long time.

Abstract

As the coronavirus emerged, a necessity in the educational sector, instructors or lecturers have been required to establish teaching methodologies. On the other hand, as the epidemic winds down, the transmission of knowledge is gradually shifting back to being carried out offline or through a mixed approach. Online education is beginning to lose popularity as a result. This study aimed to examine the practical implications of knowledge gained through e-learning. Employing qualitative research by literature study, keywords used as data are mapped based on Google Scholar and Garuda sites in the form of books and articles are [“educational institutional”] and [“e-learning”] and [“pandemic”], by having ten inclusive data of literature associated with the intended subject matter. As a result, students felt more at ease and satisfied when using online learning as a platform for voicing their opinions and concerns. In addition, using various online learning media can facilitate an increase in the learner's level of autonomy. During the COVID-19 epidemic and the implementation phase, e-learning was particularly beneficial in online learning. Then, after it ends, learning with e-learning media is still very much needed because almost all educational institutions have optimally developed e-learning media along with improvements in implementation, always up to date with technological developments, and very effective and efficient by minimizing costs.

Abstract

This paper is a review of previous research on the issue of MKBKM, which is currently being discussed. An innovation that brings extraordinary changes but has very tough challenges. The purpose of this study is to reach a conclusion on the level of research on this issue that has been explored.. Thus, further developments can be directed according to existing needs. Departing from public perception through social media on Twitter regarding this matter. Then a systematic analysis was carried out using bibliometric techniques on 359 Scopus-indexed documents using Biblioshiny and VOS Viewer software. After that, it is applied to policy implementation theory, namely educational policy implementation with four dimensions: smart policy design, inclusive stakeholder engagement, conducive context, and coherent implementation strategy. Using descriptive quantitative methods to generate data that is well-informed and clearly based, we discovered that research on this topic has been conducted since 1977 and has been dominated by authors from the United States until now. The weighting of the discussion focuses on student, study, and system problems. Meanwhile, the policy implementation theory has not been fully implemented and must continue to be developed, especially in each of the existing dimensional elementsKeywords: Independent Learning, Policy, Bibliometric.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih belum optimalnya kinerja Guru dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Guru masih melakukan catat buku saja, selanjutnya menyuruh siswa mengerjakan soal tanpa memberi penjelasan tentang materi yang diajarkan. Pembelajaran yang seperti ini pastilah tidak efektif, menjadikan siswa malas dalam belajar dan cenderung membuat siswa melakukan kegiatan lain yang lebih menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru bahasa indonesia dalam melaksanakan pelajaran bahasa indonesia yang bermutu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif berdasarkan penelitian lapangan, data penelitian dihimpun melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, analisis, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas dalam pembelajaran sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas kinerja guru, karena pada dasarnya kinerja guru merupakan kinerja yang dilakukan guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di sekolah sebagai pendidik. Setiap tindakan atau pekerjaan yang dilakukan tentu ada yang mempengaruhi baik dalam diri sendiri maupun dari luar diri individu. Keberadaan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya tidak lepas dari faktor yang mempengaruhinya.
