Abstract

Masalah kesehatan balita seperti gizi buruk selalu menjadi prioritas badan kesehatan dunia maupun Indonesia. Gizi buruk selalu menempati urutan pertama penyebab kematian balita. Orang tua sebagai caregiver utama anak menjadi agen penting dalam peningkatan status gizi balita. Kegiatan kelas balita ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua terkait perawatan anak balita sehari-hari, imunisasi, ASI eksklusif, MP-ASI dan gizi seimbang. Kelas Balita ini diadakan di desa Lenda Kecamatan Cibal Barat. Jumlah peserta 50 orang yaitu orang tua bayi usia 0-5 tahun. Metode kegiatan adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang perawatan bayi sehari-hari, Imunisasi, ASI Eksklusif, Jadwal pemberian MP-ASI, gizi seimbang. Pengetahuan orang tua setelah mengikuti kelas balita ini dilaporkan meningkat. Diharapkan peningkatan pengetahuan ini dapat mengubah perilaku orang tua dalam praktik pemberian makan dan perawatan balita sehingga status gizi balita meningkat

Abstract

Every medical treatment conducted by health professionals have to be based on the consent from patients. This consent obtained through informed consent. Informed consent is a communication process between health professionals and patient on approving the medical treatment. The objective of this study was to identify the implementation of informed consent on the acceptor of hormonal injection contraceptive family plan method. This study was a qualitative study using phenomenology approach, which the data analysis initialized by reducing interview result, then data were verified using data triangulation and the research conclussion developed. The participant of this study were 3 midwives and 1 primary midwife. The study identified three (3) themes on the implementation of informed consent namely human resources, the implementation of informed consent and the related policy to implement informed consent on prefering the hormonal injection contraceptive. The acceptor adherence on signing the informed consent are considered low thus the health education and approach of informed consent from health professionals are important to increase public awareness paetu=icularly the family plan contraceptive acceptor.

Abstract

Integrated health post  is one form of community-based health efforts, which empowers and facilitates the community in obtaining basic health services, to accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant mortality. The Integrated health post  is ideally carried out with a five table system and five basic activities. Integrated health post  in local government clinic kota Ruteng has conducted registration, weighing and filling the Health Towards Card  (KMS) well, but the extension activity was never carried out by kader. Kader often find it difficult, because there is a lack of confidence and are not sure they are able to do counseling, especially for kader who have not attended extension training. In addition, the unavailability of standardized aids to be used when counseling at the Integrated health post . This research was conducted with an observational method with a cross sectional approach followed by 54 kader. Sampling using purposive sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaire and observation sheet. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents based on age were mostly more than 35 years old (51.9%), most had high school education background (70.4%), most of them had been kader  for 1-5 years (53.7% ) and most of them have never attended counseling training (63%).The use of flipcharts by the kader at the time of counseling in  Integrated health post   at the table four was good (51.8%). There is no relationship of age (0.022) and counseling training that has ever been followed (0.285) with the use of Integrated health post  training flipcharts. There is an educational relationship (0,000) and a long time as a kader  (0.001) with the use of counseling flipchart at Integrated health post . It can be concluded that flipchart can help kader  in conducting extension activities at table four  Integrated health post  balita in accordance with the problems and needs of participants.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perubahan fisik dan fisiologi pada remaja membuat remaja rentan mengalami Anemia. Anemia pada remaja berdampak negatif pada perkembangan kognitif, fisik dan emosional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi remaja dengan Anemia dan melakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang Anemia. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Menengah Atas yaitu di SMK Bintang Timur dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama yaitu SMPN 1 Wae Ri’i dan SMPN 3 Langke Rembong berjumlah 95 siswa pada November 2022. Metode kegiatan mencakup screening Anemia dan penyuluhan kesehatan. Hasil yang dicapai melalui screening beberapa remaja mengalami Anemia berdasarkan pemeriksaan fisik yaitu konjungtiva anemik sebanyak 3 remaja (3,2%), wajah pucat sebanyak 5 remaja (5.3%), bibir, kulit, kuku dan telapak tangan pucat sebanyak 2 remaja (2.1%). Berdasarkan screening tanda dan gejala Anemia beberapa remaja mengalami letih, lesu dan lelah (28.4%), sakit kepala, pusing serta mata berkunang-kunang (32.6%), mengantuk, cepat lelah dan sulit konsentrasi (28.4%). Hasil evaluasi dengan metode post-test menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja mengenai Anemia telah meningkat sebanyak 85%.Abstract: Physical and physiological changes in adolescents make adolescents susceptible to anemia. Anemia in adolescents has a negative impact on cognitive, physical and emotional development. This activity aims to identify adolescents with anemia and conduct health education about anemia. This activity was carried out at senior high schools, namely at Bintang Timur Vocational School and junior high schools, namely SMPN 1 Wae Ri'i and SMPN 3 Langke Rembong with a total of 95 students in November 2022. Activity methods include anemia screening and health education. The results achieved through screening several adolescents experiencing Anemia based on physical examination, namely anemic conjunctiva in 3 adolescents (3.2%), pale faces in 5 adolescents (5.3%), pale lips, skin, nails and palms in 2 adolescents (2.1%). Based on screening for signs and symptoms of anemia, some adolescents experienced fatigue, lethargy and fatigue (28.4%), headaches, dizziness and dizzy eyes (32.6%), drowsiness, fatigue and difficulty concentrating (28.4%). The results of the evaluation using the post-test method showed that adolescents' knowledge about anemia had increased by 85%.
